    First learned of TechSpot by way of the NeoWin tech site. Have bought several products from them and everything has gone well. Very proactive help group. Good products at fair prices. Most definitely will be using their services again in the future.

    This is my second purchase from StackCommerce and I have been very, very pleased with both. My first purchase over a year ago was for a lifetime subscription to **************** (Excel, PowerPoint, etc.). I have used it flawlessly on two computers ever since purchase. My purchase this week was for PDF Expert. I had some trepidation to switch from Adobe, but $80 once vs. $250/year pushed me to try. Wow. I purchased and downloaded it yesterday and used it today for the first time. I think it may be better than Adobe. The font seems to be cleaner and its ability to export from online to pdf seems to produce a better document. I still have some keystrokes to find, and being a Boomer, I may never need these keystrokes, but so far, this has been an amazing, money saving conversion. I contacted StackCommerce customer support to see if I could also install this on my MacBook, and they immediately got back to me. They let me know that this license is for all the *************** that I own. Color me impressed. I will be making more purchases from them.

    First time customer with ********************. I bought a copy of Windows 11 Pro for a planned pc build a couple months ago. Finally built the new pc and installed Windows, but activation failed. Error message was wrong key for the version of Windows I installed. Contacted *****'s customer support, clearly outlined my issue and included a screen shot of error message. Even though it was Memorial Day evening, I still got an email back about an hour later with an updated key. Issue solved with no fuss. It's been a while since I've encountered this level of customer service. I feel safe going back for future purchases after this first purchase.

    I had a problem with the password I generated and tried to change it. For whatever reason, the return emails never appeared in my in box.I contacted Customer Support and within one email I was provided with a temporary password, which allowed me to enter the website and then to change my password.The response from ***** as the Customer Support representative was outstanding! As a particular note, ***** responded back on Friday evening of a three day weekend holiday! Super service!

    I've purchased lots of ********* programs from them (several Office 2021 Pro, Visio, and Windows 11) all at extremely low prices. All you get is a product code and link to show you what to do. I have to tell you I was nervous in the beginning, but everything worked perfectly for all of my purchases as well as those I recommended for friends.
