    I was very upset and emotional because a refurbished laptop stopped working. My daughter was in college and had assignments due. ****** was very calm, very patient, very attentive, and professional. She arranged for immediate replacement. Before sending it back, I tried a different charging cable, and it worked. I'm glad I didn't need the return after all, and thankful customer service is outstanding. I would be happy to purchase again in the future.

    In 2017 i purchased an lifetime subscription on a VPN service through stackcommerce in 2022 I however became aware that the provider of this no longer supports lifetime subscriptions. Now what to do. I have contacted customer support from ******************** and they offered me a new lifetime subscription with an other VPN provider at no additional costs. Within 24 hours I am back happy VPN-*** with this new provider continu*** my expected liftetime subscription but with a new provider. This support from stackcommerce is beyond my expectations and am extremely happy with the quick and quality of the provided solution. Happy user for life.

    I appreciated the discount offered on **************** Professional 2021. However, my Product Key did not work immediately. I don't know what went wrong, if I hit the Redemption button twice or if a previous purchase through Stacksocial used the same key code. Anyway, once I was home (a month later) and with a reliable internet connection, I contacted Customer Support. Within 24 hours, they were able to resolve the issue. It also took a little exploring on my own to complete the activation. So the service was not perfect, but a good response once I let them know the problem still needed resolution. Thank you! I plan to use their service again.

    This support is ******************. I've contacted them for different issues (mainly my incompetence) and have always heard right back from them. They stick with you until you understand eactly what needs to be done - sometime even supplying screen prints so one knows exactly how to do certain things on a computer. I highly recommend them !!!
