    My dealing with StackCommerce started out quite ***** (or I'd give it five stars). The code sent to me to redeem my Office purchase for my iMac was invalid (or so I was told, I suppose it could have been my error), and I spent an inordinate amount of time trying to make it work. Once I started working with support, it was just a matter of hours before the issue was settled and my product was installed. I'm not an easy person to please...but in this case I am exactly that -- pleased.

    **************** was GREAT! I had problem downloading the software (MS ****** said the code had been used) that was probably my fault, and I expected **************** to be nonexistent or at least unhelpful. To my surprise, they not only responded, they cared and they got the problem solved!!! Very happily surprised, great job particularly ******** who helped me, and who followed up daily until she the information ***** that she needed. Thank you to her and the company! They are 10 out of 10! (Plus they had great prices, or I never would have used them to begin with!)
