    I purchased software and had problems installing/activating it. Their customer service responded within 15 minutes of initial contact, was very cordial & clear on what was needed to resolve the issue, and quickly took care of everything. Overall great experience, and I plan to shop there again.

    I purchased a 6 in 1 charger that was defective from the moment I received it. The company stopped responding to my requests for support and is offering no recompense. The utter lack of responsiveness combined with promoting a defective/flawed product - I will never buy from them again. As it is, I'm out $50 because of a product that never worked.
