    I am very excited about the information that is on the StackCommerce Web site. I have already completed two courses in Excell Tips and the information has helped in developing a better understanding of some of the advanced features of the software.

    I had to contact **************** to inquire about my use of Passwords *** they responded very quickly in providing links to sites that helped me with my problems.

    Overall, I am very pleased with this Web Site.

    I struggled with installing **************** on MAC due to purchase of 2 separate licenses, for 2 different MacBooks, under one email address (my fault). The immediacy, patience, and quality of the ***** responses was almost unheard of today. Especially on a Sunday! ** LEVEL OF CUSTOMER SERVICE EVERY COMPANY SHOULD STRIVE FOR ** Guess where I'll purchase again or refer others to??

    I purchased a product from stackcommerce and received it right away (it was a digital order) and then when the key didn't work I had a friendly representative quickly answer my questions and then gave me a new key that worked perfectly! Great job!

    I had an issue with one of StackCommerce's vendors (Surfshark). ********* claimed my account was expired when it was not. I provided documentation and they changed their story and blamed StackCommerce. I contacted StackCommerce and they emailed an affiliate account manager at Surfshark. Surprise, surprise, suddenly my account become unexpired. 10/10 customer service at **********************. Boo on Surfshark though.

    I had an issue with a "lifetime" subscription that I purchased over five years ago that suddenly stopped working. Stacksocial was able to find me a replacement product and another license. It was not the ideal outcome I wanted but the customer support was fast and responsive. I will continue to buy from them.
