  I ordered from stack commerce through the New ********* store. Everything was smooth. The prices were great, the ordering was simple and fast, and I had my items unbelievably quickly. I think it was two days, maximum three, to travel from one side of the country to the other! I contacted customer service, since after I got my item I wished I had bought the extended warranty for it. I got a respectful, pleasant response in my email the next day. What better could one want? So in summary, yes I would certainly recommend this company based on my experience.

  Excellent customer service! Due to an electronics snafu I was double charged for a purchase. Olivia J in customer service not only fixed the situation, but had my refund back to me in under 30 minutes. A great employee is indicative of a great company. They have my business and I encourage others to patronize them.

  I purchased an office home and business licensing code from Stack. It was an easy process to do online. I did have an issue with the code not being saved to my microsoft account for later access. I emailed right away referencing my purchase order and provided a screen shot of my microsoft account. Customer support was quick and reliable. ********* was able to assess the licensing code problem in a timely way to get me back up and running to meet a deadline. Thanks so much for your attention to this order and restoring my confidence in purchasing online and having the proper customer support expertise to resolve this situation in a timely manner.

  I purchased two Apple Watch key chain chargers. I was sent the shipping information and waited the suggested time before checking the tracking information. When I finally did check, the information was not found. I reached out to customer service; they responded quickly. The package was resent. Again, I was not able to track the package. Once again, I emailed customer service. Once again, I got an immediate response. The package was reshipped. Although I, again, was not able to track the package, it arrived a few days later. (The other shipments never arrived) I appreciate the quick responses to all of my emails. I felt that they were on the case no matter what time I sent the emails. I'm happy with my interactions with customer service.

  received a charger that didn't work w my apple product- They offered a replacement in case it was just faulty but i didnt want that and they cheerfully refunded my money and did not request return of the product I was surprised and extremely pleased

  I am very satisfied with my purchase of Microsoft Office 2021 Professional for the great price I paid. I had a problem with a product key working. Thanks to Daniel of the Support Team, we got it working. This kind of support requires integrity, knowledge and tenacity. These are reasons I support Stack Social purchasing some of the programs and products they offer. So far, all with successful conclusions.
