    I purchased a software license for Microsoft Office 2021. The initial license gave me an error message saying the code had already been used and did not allow me to download the software. I contacted support and they were able to provide a new license number which did allow me to download and install office. Not happy about the apparently recycled license they gave me the first time, but the issue was resolved in less than 24 hours.

    I bought MS Office Pro from Stacksocial. Its a great deal. I was promptly sent the instructions to install it and something promptly screwed it up and got a message that the key had already been used. My request for help via an email was promptly responded to and over the next few days I worked with their support people to get my installation resolved. I found their people to be patient and understanding and interested in getting my problem resolved and I in turn remained patient, courteous and confident that they would help me. I was passed ** to their next level of support and found the same professional desire to help. My instalation finally went OK. All this seemed tedious at times, but they do offer a great deal that is worth a bit of trouble. I'd go back to them again.

    I purchased a Microsoft Office 2021 for Mac license, and initially, the key provided did not work. However, I worked with support, they asked for some screenshots to verify that the key didn't work for me, and then provided a new license key. The new key worked just fine, so I'm a happy customer! The whole Microsoft licensing procedure is fraught with annoyance, so I cannot fault StackCommerce. Indeed, they took extra effort to get this to work, and I would not hesitate to purchase other items from them in the future.

    If I could give no stars, I would. What a hassle of a company to deal with. Customer service is pretty much non-existent. A returns process has been a nightmare. Still waiting for a refund two weeks after the product was returned. Beware!

    My purchase was an incredible deal and saved me about $400 from the retail price (via the Popular Science store). When my license key came back as having already been used, I reached out to their support and worked with ********* J. She resolved my issue within 2 brief interactions and I couldn't be happier. i would certainly do business with them again in the future.
