    Had a hiccup on a purchase - and literally within 90 mins it was diagnosed and resolved. Super nice, friendly people, but spot on it in a jiffy.

    I ordered a product from them and the product key didn't work. I completed the customer service contact online form and they responded by the end of the day. The next day they provided me with another product key, which I tried and it worked. No issues!

    Purchased Sam's Club membership for $15.00 with $10.00 in gift card as e-coupon. First time buying. The process was a little complicated and could be improved and made simplier but not too bad if you have persistence. The regular price for membership is $45.00 and to get it for $5.00 (after gift card redemption) is a steal. Get it while it lasts!!

    My experience with this support team has been awesome with every contact. In my first contact, I had purchased software for an Apple product, and I own a PC and those two platforms are not compatible. Although the product said clearly NONREFUNDABLE, this support group refunded my money immediately. I was so impressed that I went into the store and purchased a MacBook Air so I could come back to the company again and repurchase the software for my Apple product. Why did I do this? Because of the impressive support this group gave me. After that experience, I returned to the company again and purchased the product for my PC. Again, I needed support, this time with the install and again the team was there to support me. They helped me with the install, and I now have the product I purchased on both my MacBook Air and my PC. Because of this support team, the company now has two completed purchases instead of none and a customer that is a very happy camper!

    Excellent support service, I had a problem with codes applied with a vendor and they were not responsive to any form of contact, I contacted StackCommerce support and they were able to get a response, get the code applied and resolved my issue rather quickly. I have always recommended StackCommerce to friends and family.... Keep up the great work and thank you again.!

    Kristina M was quickly and decisively able to help me access and activate my online course matierials after I tried several times unsuccessfully. I was surprised to get a response on the weekend, but Kristina's easy to follow instructions resolved everything favorably. I don't get this quality customer support from much larger and well-known companies. Kristina saved my weekend from being a wasted one. 5 stars!

    Ordered an office product for super cheap(microsoft office pro 2021). When I received the key, it didn't work. I emailed customer support and they immediately got back to me the following day with a new key that worked! They were really professional and timely. They're not a scam.
