    I moved out of ******************************************* in January 2024 and was advised i would receive my Security deposit check wtihin 21 days. It has been over 2 months and no check has arrived. I keep being told wait another week, and another one, but my check never comes. I was given the number to corporate and still no one has rerturned any of my calls.

    Ive been living here since July 2023 and none of my electricity plugs work. They dont come fix nothing in the house and theres mould everywhere at first. There was water leaking everywhere. All they did was replace the tub now me and my kids are sick from mold

    This is the worst property management company that Ive experienced in my adult life. They are slumlords they do not fix anything. Their staff is rude and abrasive their maintenance people do not complete work orders they give you the property in deplorable conditions falling apart. Ive called Code Enforcement thats the only time you get anything done, this is the worst company ever they need to be investigated. Theyre keeping peoples deposits they need to be regulated by code enforcement.

    I dont sleep in my bedroom because its too cold, been waiting for a new ac/heater Im only getting told they are working on getting another one but it shouldnt even be like this everything shouldve been right before I moved in! And also my stove connecter wont fit with the connecter thats on the wall I would have to pay to get it changed out my my pocket and if I do so that will be coming out of rent because I shouldnt have to be fixing anything on the property when I havent even been here for a week!

    1. This business increased rent without ***** day notice. 2. No hot water is available. 3. Carpet is in terrible condition 4. House heater does not work. 5. No insulation. House is freezing. This business is LOCATED AT ********************************************************************************** This family has called and made many complaints to the front desk and they do not resolve any issues. Before , it was the issue of the restroom door being broken. The family had to call them and show up to the office many times. Now, the problem is that there is no working heater or hot water. A disabled sick person lives in the home and needs hit water. The front office was told and said they dont have the number to anyone that can fix it, they only put requests in. It is absolutely abominable living conditions given that the rent for this family was just increased. Many of the tenants of this business are scared to file complaints because many are undocumented. This family is scared to make a complaint because they are undocumented and fear the business will retaliate against them. Living conditions are horrible and the complaints of these PAYING tenants are never heard. The properties are infested with roaches and pests which have also been notified to the front office and nothing has been done. Something weird is also going on because the business license in the office is under ******************** XIII and on ****** its called **************.

    Mildew in my bathroom showers toilet has been stopped up for 7 months with f**** I cant use the toilets and I cant use my kitchen sinks . My kids cannot bathe the heater also doesnt work cuz the plumbing is really bad Ive made at least 45 complaints no one comes and does they jobs . I have asthma I can barely breathe with the smells my toilet is not glued to the floor so Everytime we use the restroom the toilet comes up with u and the paints is not painted in bathroom . The water heater also dont work.and I need pest control the bugs are every where

    On Dec 9 2022 I gave Bridge Management **** to move into a 2 bedroom apartment. They gave me 7 days to move in from the signing of my lease. On Dec 16 *********************************************************** ready due to uncleanliness and maintenance work still required. With proof of videos and pictures I stated to bridge management what all needs to be replaced to be move in ready . They informed me to wait another week to move in. On Dec 23 I spoke with Bridge management in regards to finding a different property unit due to the urge to move in and not agreeing with the maintenance work of the previous unit. Bridge management has stated they will be canceling my application. & will be charging for the days of signing the lease until termination of lease .

    Calls to request maintenance ************************************ spoke to several ppl to put work orders in I have a week or so each time to call back now *************************************** are flooding ********** i***************************** without bathroom services this is just disgusting unsanitary unhealthy
