    In February 2022 I received a shut off notice ******************************. Due to the owner selling the property he took his name off the account. I wasn't aware of this at the time. I went to the new owner Bridge Management Inc # **** to inquire about this because they were not returning my calls. I was told they would take care of it. I was ask to fill out some new paperwork for them. They told me that my name would have to be on the paperwork since I live there. That was February 5, 2022. I thought nothing of it because I never received a bill. Nor did I ever receive a bill from the previous owner while living there. I gave Bridge Management my 30 day notice the end of February. I moved out on March 29, 2022. The ********************* called me September 16, 2022 to tell me I had a past due bill of $231.04. I told them I shouldn't have any bill. They should talk to the owner. I was told the application was in my name with my Drivers License. I ask when this was done. They said the application was received on February 5, 2022 but was incomplete. They said another application was received and process on June 16, 2022 from Bridge Management. Bridge Management was aware I moved out because they received the keys by mail on April 5, 2022. I called them they said they wouldn't do that and they didn't do that. The owner has not returned my call as of yet. This is really BAD BUSINESS and a little SHADY!!

    Still have not had contact with the company having trouble receiving my security deposit back for my rental agreement
