      Several attempts were made by the previous owner (via phone and email) **************************** to contact someone at ******* about the patently false / defamatory reviews hosted on their site. Unfortunately those attempts at legitimate communication were ignored by Birdeye. The new owners of the company are adamant that this has gone on far too long and want the situation remedied promptly.

      I called to cancel my subscription with them prior to my renewal. They keept telling me someone would call me back. They never did. I called 3 times. Then my renewal came and my credit card was charged over ********* I called them and they said I missed the deadline to cancel but I called them before the renewal and they wouldn't call me back. I've called 8 more time to tell them to unsubscribe me. They assured me when would. Today I got another email.
      This is harassment and I want no further dealings with this horrible company!

      We were on a year contract with Birdeye, Inc until March 31st, 2022. I requested to cancel and not renew another year in February and March 2022. I requested this by calling the number on the bill, the number of customer service, email a cancellation request through their website and also emailing a request through email. I talked to several people and was told it would be processed and someone would reach out to me. I never got a call back. I requested several times to not renew. We just looked at our card statement and see they have been charging us. When I called the complany they said we are on a year contract. I explained how I had requested to cancel and again, they said, we will cancel this for you. Someone will give you a call back. That has been a week ago now and still no one has called, nor has our account been cancelled. This is fraudulent and all the charges we have incurred since March 2022 were not authorized. They send us on a wild goose chase, with no response every time I try to reach out.

      We asked for a cancellation and refund of charges we did not authorize. The business agreed to this.
