1 starThe business listed on site in the Birdeye account has not existed since last year. Despite informing them to cancel our account, they continue to try to charge us. 1 starOur business utilized them for reputation management. We found their results lacking, but that was not the issue. We requested information on canceling the contract over two weeks ago. Eight emails later and five phone calls and every point of contact I have with the company is ignoring me. It has gotten to the point where I believe they are intentionally ignoring me, and we may have to take further action.Review frombruce l

1 starsame thing is occuring to me:shame on me for not picking up on their shady practices but now they still wont' get on phone or reply to my emails.. im filing complaint with the ************************.
