      Birdeye has done wonders for my clients! We see results within a day or two usually. Gaining reviews has never been so easy. The system is easy to use and rarely do we have any issues arise. I'd recommend this to anyone. There are a ton of additional features within the system as well.

      Beware of Billing Practices I recently had an unfortunate experience with Birdeye, a company that provides customer feedback and online reputation management services. I want to warn potential customers about their billing practices.After deciding to cancel my membership, I was shocked to discover that Birdeye continued to charge me monthly fees. Despite canceling my membership, I was billed every month for an entire year. This practice is misleading and unfair to consumers.If you are considering using Birdeye's services, be very cautious about their billing terms and ensure you fully understand their cancellation policy. In my experience, canceling the membership did not stop the charges, leading to an ongoing financial burden that I did not anticipate.Conclusion While Birdeye may offer valuable services, their billing practices can lead to significant issues. Make sure to clarify all terms and conditions and monitor your account closely if you decide to cancel. This experience has been frustrating, and I hope others can avoid the same situation.

      Looked into this company to see why they have so many reviews and no place to leave reviews. I tried to sign up and asked ******* questions like how to do you get reviews and why are they all 5 stars. Doesn't that look suspicious? He just told me that ****** posts them so they are real.Then I read about all the contract issues where people are not able to get out of dealing with them even after the contract expires.

      I was interested in using theyre service however after asking a question multiple times and not getting a straight answer, the sales associate told me your not the type of customer were looking for and hung up. Additionally its fishy how they set you up for ****** reviews and as of Dec. 11th, 2:18pm EST they privated theyre knowledge panel, effectively making consumers unable to leave ****** reviews. Which is ironic considering they have ****s of ****** Reviews on theyre websites. That leads me to believe theyre ****** review page on theyre website is synthetic.

      This is the worst experience Ive ever had with a company. I had such high expectation when I signed up with them they promised me that they will be able to work with my existing software so I figured $250 a month is not bad and I decided to give it a chance, unfortunately the Birdeye team could not synchronize my landscape program with the Birdeye software so all I wanted in return. Was to close my account!!! Instead of doing that, they kept stalling, taking their time for four months, they kept building me without providing me the services, which was promised. Please stay away from this company because they will tell you everything you want to hear at the beginning but once they sign you up, you will realize they do not care about their customer and they will transfer you to someone from customer service in India, that will do whatever they can in order to keep you as a customer without providing the correct service.
