      They are not my company. They have never been given permission to act like they are. Their chat popup for my unauthorized and unclaimed business listing they have input on their site implies they are saying . "Welcome to (my company name here)!" Anyone arriving there is not arriving at my company's authorized site and the chat popup implies that either they are or they are fielding leads for me. They are attempting to deceive any potential customers of my company and having just discovered this I'll be forwarding all of this to the appropriate authorities including my legal team to take a look at this. I've requested via their support email to remove my listing. I find this highly unethical and would never do business with a company that does this.

      We contracted with this company to assist with our online/social media presence back in 2017. We cannot identify anything that they have actually done to assist our business over the years. When we were charged our annual fee again earlier this summer, we tried to contact the company so our account manager could show ** anything they have done. There was nothing to show. They did nothing but take our money. This company is dishonest and deceitful and should definitely be avoided.

      BirdEye has been a great partner of ours. We've been working with them since January 2022. They've been over-responsive addressing any technical issues, and have multiple representatives assigned to our account. ********** couldn't be happier. Most of the reviews that I've read are from people who don't actually have the BirdEye product, rather just a free listing on BirdEye.com. I've been involved with internet marketing for over 20 years and trust their products. Don't believe everything you read, give BirdEye a chance.
