      On April 19. 2023, our Non-********************** Cemetery, engaged with Birdeye, Inc. with the promise to Maintain a winning reputation, engage digitally, and deliver an exceptional customer experience - all from one intuitive platform. We have tried to make good use of Birdeyes service, but our employees do not like, nor will they use the service because the platform and interface are anything but intuitive so Birdeye has not been a help to our organization. Our employees find the service to be hard to use and prefer to communicate with customers and co-workers via email or messaging through their personal smart phones. Because of lack of use, our management team have been discussing dropping the service for some time. It came to a head in a discussion on July 20, 2023 that this service is a complete waste of money and resources for our company and I was instructed to cancel the service.Trying to cancel service with Birdeye is challenging to say the least. One cannot call Birdeye and talk with or on-line chat with a representative. Instead, one must submit a support request and wait for a response.There are 77 complaints listed with the BBB at this time with only a 3.1/5 stars on BBB Customer Reviews. Not very impressive for a company that wants to raise customer reviews for other companies. Anyone thinking about using Birdeye who is looking at reviews need to realize that as a reputation management firm, they are able to manipulate reviews so that bad reviews are either not seen or minimalized. Plus the BBB rating is not affected by reviews on the BBB website.Ms. Palak came back with a ridiculous offer to continue the service until April and give a discount of $1,500 bringing a cancelation fee to $1,500. We would much rather end this association in a friendly manner and could be willing to pay a reasonable cancelation fee, but even the discounted fee of $1,500 (was $1600) is way out of the question. We are a Non-********************** Cemetery.

      Terrible business! Get your money on a year subscription ! Then quit working! We spent just under $10k I guess the good news is we were able to get 4 reviews in 6 weeks although they still haven't sent up one of our locations! They told us that they could set up 3 cities but because the subscription only says 3 locations they are going to pick the cities because the specific cities were not on the subscription and the sales people who I gave the specific cities to and who told me no problem! , no longer work there ! My biggest mistake was not checking the BBB until there was a problem and since I first checked BBB site all there bbb reviews has disappeared from bbb site I did do a screen shot but can't add ithe screen shot here ! there F rating and there 64 complaints ! All of which said the same thing I'm sharing with all of you !

      Our practice has been using this platform since 2017. I love the site and find it EXTREMELY easy to use. They have made some improvements to the site which I have found very useful. We don't use all of the modules, but the review requesting, responding and inbox are invaluable! We've had many reps over the years and most of them have been super intuitive, helpful and friendly. I would recommend!

      I've been in the *** space for several years and have experience with a few different software solutions with different companies in the residential multifamily industry. Birdeye is by far the best overall reputation management system I've used. The software itself is very user-friendly on the back end and it fully integrates with our CRM, which allows us to set up a lot of automated review solicitation campaigns that help keep the flow of reviews coming in. Because of the Direct Feedback option, we're able to see the bigger picture and take care of issues before they get away from us or before they show up on a public site. The tagging functionality and Insights also allow us in the back office to have a pulse on the goings on in the field instead of having to rely on the field teams to take the time out of their day to update us. We're able to be much more proactive rather than reactive as well as apply put numbers and more trackable "hard data" to the "soft data" of customer satisfaction and sentiment. We've had a few different account managers since beginning with Birdeye, and while some have been better than others, overall I've been very satisfied with the customer service from their teams. They've always been willing to work with us and try their best to customize the product to make sure it's working as best as it can for our needs. Especially since we have a small team, that extra touch is very appreciated. I will say that some of the reporting could be a bit better, especially for the Inbox feature, but I've already brought that up to the account manager currently assigned to us and he's working with their Dev team to see what's possible. I couldn't be happier with our choice to go with Birdeye. They've rolled out some nice updates recently and I'm excited to see more updates they've teased are coming in the near future as well.

      As all the other negative complaints have mentioned, Birdeye has also been posting fake negative reviews about my business on their site, while trying to solicit my business for their "business reputation" product. I've been receiving unsolicited emails from Birdeye, then received an email last week that 'Dutchman' had posted a negative review and Birdeye could fix it. The review posted by 'Dutchman' is totally fake and no 'Dutchman' ever contacted our company. Birdeye has posted fake negative reviews on their website about ** in an effort to acquire our business, which is extremely UNETHICAL. Fraudulent business practices like this should not be tolerated and this company needs to be shut down!!!! They created an UNAUTHORIZED business profile for our company (******** Commercial Realty) and we want it REMOVED from their site immediately! I reached out to them a week ago, and never received a response from them (of course). Please help!

      I absolutely love and adore the Birdeye product/platform as well as every single person I have ever interacted with on their team! They provide an incredibly-robust solution for marketing and customer interactions/social media review maintenance, and their product is extremely user friendly with an accomplished team of employees at the ready to assist with anything that their own customers are in need of. Birdeye continues to consistently innovate and anticipate the needs of the industry and their customers, and any company that utilizes their product will be greatly blessed with increased exposure to their customers, as well as a deepened relationship with and profound insights pertaining to the consumers that contribute to their bottom line and profitability.
