      The agent was excellent and took his time and checked all the cards i on had on file. He explained everything and told me about the replacement cards that I surely did just received in the mail. Great customer service !!!!

      The customer sercice *** was very helpful resolving my lost cards. (I think I accidentally threw them away). However, I wish that they would always give us a choice of a physical card, which i prefer over digital, but sometimes they don't give you a choice. Otherwise, I am happy with their service.
