      We were given 2- $500.00 emailed credit cards and 2-$100.00 emailed credit cards/links, from ***** airlines for giving up our seats, twice. The amounts for air travel credit are never to expire. However, it turns out the email links do. For whatever reason Black hawk can not/ will not send a new link or reissue. We have spent over a month and countless hours on the phone, email, online chats with ZERO assistance. We are unable to take the dream trip because of this. So very sad and disappointed! Angry doesnt cover it either.

      I purchased this ******plus gift card in January from local supermarket. It is a one year subscription card and I have been trying to get in touch with them for for weeks. They just send auto reply and open and close ticket without solving issues. I recently send them ss of or error and the reply they send was, in order for us to resolve this, please send us error messages you have received like wth. I will make a official complaint against them. I am going to make complaint against them with ****** plus so that they cannot sell ****** plus gift card.

      Was given a gift card for Christmas I activated it and before I can use it money was taken from the card.I did the research PayPal in the transactions Called PayPal they found who stolen the money off ask me to call the gift card company I did and have them everything I know and have to get another card sent to me. And I have gotten the same email over and over again as I'm being harassed.$50 was taken from me.Also was told that associates/employees Save the numbers on the card and once the card has been activated they take the money off of it.I'm have all the documents and paper work to show but in my email they want my account number debit card they don't need that I was given a gift card for Christmas.

      They sent me a defective product, I have been getting the run around for a month and now they are saying I should contact Visible for a solution. I had contacted Visible first a long time ago. They indicated Blackhawk is contracted for the promotional items. Blackhawk needs to step up and do the right thing not just for me, but as a representative of Visible/Verizon.

      I was given a prepaid virtual MasterCard as restitution involving a class action lawsuit. Obviously if I had been consulted I never would have chose this payment method, but I was not consulted. The card was loaded with about $13, big whoop I know but supposedly its MY money. Problems began immediately upon receipt. I downloaded their launcher to add the virtual mastercard into my Apple Pay wallet, which is the only actual means of using this card for point-of-purchase transactions. The website says that the only things this card cannot do are: 1) purchase gas at the pump or 2) receive cash for or transfer balance to another account. Ok great. As directed, I wrote down the card info before adding it to my Apple Pay wallet.Ive now attempted to use this virtual card at two different gas stations, inside. Both times it has been declined. Both times *** actually tried for a few dollars under the supposed amount, to allow for fees or whatever. No dice. Seemingly, the only place that can confirm to me that this money is on the virtual MasterCard has been the issuers website. Repeated attempts to call the customer line have ended with obtuse robotic women stifling me into believing there is no way to talk to an actual person. The only thing these robot women REALLY want to get across to me is that if I dont spend my $12 by a certain date, it will be lost forever! What an interesting combination of problems! Literally, an awful joke. Please, do not enter into my current situation willingly!

      This company has gift cards that you load money to, a good percentage of those cards are compromised before the consumer buys them, I have had that happen twice! When you call the agents won't get a supervisor, they will lie about what's going on, millead you on the process. Once I filed a CFPB complaint their compliant officer ************ on LinkedIn under their company, contacted me, and after his email I see this is a Top down process, this company has had my $134 since 12/27/2022 due to a compromised card, and a $59 dispute since November 2022! Don't buy the.gift cards that you add the money trust me this company will send you on a serious "don't give a f journey!" Fry's, Target, and ********** are not absolved they will not help AT ALL because of the legalese between BHN and the stores! If I truly needed that money for something I would have been screwed and that's what I want to help others with, DO NOT BUY THESE CARDS with funds you need or to give to someone you care about!

      Seems to be a scam with comprised **** gift cards. You register cards they get compromised immediately. The dispute if you have all your documents can take ***** days to get your money back. Worst part is they don't have cards pulled from store knowing exactly where it happens cause they ask you during dispute. Dispute support apologies but doesn't act like it bothers them at all that fraud exist. Won't no longer be buying these gifts cards

      I was gifted a $3500 Omni Card/Blackhawk gift card upon my retirement in November, 2022, after 30+ years of employment. I was unaware the gift card had a one year expiration. The agreement given with the card stated that upon using the card that you agree to the terms of the card. I never used the card. During my first year of retirement my husband was stricken with serious health issues and we both had a tough bought with COVID. We are now blessed with good health and are ready to take a special trip. Not happening!!!! The gift card has expired and Omni/Blackhawk is unwilling to help in anyway to reissue or reload the card. They have basically pocketed $3500 that was given by my employer in good faith. DO NOT PURCHASE GIFT CARDS FROM **** COMPANY!!!!!

      This company is terrible!! We bought 2 amazon Gift cards from Tantallon Superstore back in december. The cards dont work , because they were used on Amazon before we purchased them. We have gone to Tantallon Superstore and contacted Amazon too. All you do is say oh the cards are good and closed our file. Those cards are not good ,, We want our money back. That **** dollars was needy by our family members ,, how the heck do we get it back . We are going to make sure everyone knows how bad this company is to deal with ,, I have read the reviews and its not looking good at all for your company.

      The Run Around So thankful for the BBB maybe posting my issue here will stop this run around - I received 2 gifts cards awhile back and they dont expire until ****. I tired each card at different location listed on the front of the cards. I was told the cards are active try again. What tha what? The cards are magically not redeemable thru the website. Now Im so disappointed about this experience with these bootleg cards. I was not going to waste gas going to these locations so I attempted to place and order with Macys since they are listed on both cards. Shocker cards were not excepted. I sent everything to BHN **************** which included snapshot of the error message. They requested my phone number and a time to call, why? Im still waiting.       It aint over!!!!02/14/2023 It aint over - Went to Macys store about 20 miles out of the way. The first card was declined then swiped again then was approved. The second card was declined not once, not twice but three times. Once the conversation started customers and staff had nothing nice to say about these cards. Doing the holiday, they say customer get ****** at them for the cards declining. Oh yes, I submitted pictures of the transaction and the DECLINE! Im beyond the frustration and embarrassment of waiting and wondering if this card will be declined. Ive had a total of 3 cards decline and only one getting approved. I know Im not the only person getting decline so how many of these cards are declined then toss in the trash. So yes, I complained since once again I'm being told to do something else. Yes, gas is high and the store is out of the way. That part she got correct. I feel by telling me this TIME that in order to use the cards I have to go to a physical location magical. Really all caps what a great customer service.The gift that never gives"! Feb 1, 2023 Received replacement cards - once again I went to ****** to place and order with the new activated cards and once again, they were NOT accepted. Yes, I keyed them as **** card per your instructions. Emailed all info including pictures this morning showing same error message that Ive always gotten.
