I had a 2-6pm delivery window for a GE dishwasher delivery and install. I got a call at 11:31am from the delivery person telling me that they could come early. I talked to him and told him that I wasn't home and that my delivery window was supposed to be 2pm. He seemed to pause and verify that and told me, "I'll see you at 2pm" then we hung up. I got a voicemail 15 minutes later that I wasn't able to pickup that said they were coming around 12:15pm anyway. I was home at 2pm when I looked at the tracking online and the tracking said they attempted delivery at 12:30pm and then left. I also noticed that they had changed my delivery window to be ****pm. This is NOT what it was earlier that morning as I took a screenshot of the original 2-6pm window. I called them at 3pm after waiting an hour at home and noticing that they had already attempted delivery at 12:30pm. They told me they could not come even though there was 3 hours left in my delivery window. I was also told that they could not come the next day and the best they could do was the following day after that and that they couldn't even offer me a specific time window other than to make a note of my request. The fact that they lied to me on the phone about "seeing me at 2pm" and then changed the delivery window after the fact is completely disrespectful. They give a FOUR HOUR window to begin with, how should I be expected to be home as much as 2.5 hours before that to wait for their call? What is the point of the four hour window in the first place? I want to be compensated for my time and for them lying to me on the phone.Business Response

Okay, the BBB site asks me to accept your response as resolved or to reject it. It sounds like you will respond again after talking to ********************. I will also say that I have front door camera footage that shows that no truck came to my house during the time that they said they came. So, yes, they left me a voicemail, then I called right back and somebody told me they could come at 2pm. Then AFTER they told me 2pm, I still got a 2nd voicemail that said they were coming early. And then even then they did not actually come at all that day.I will await what you decide as far as compensation. Thanks for the response.

I placed an order for a stove from the ********** on July 17, 2023. The stove included the installation and haul away of the old stove. On Saturday July 22 the drivers delivered the new stove. When they went to install the stove, they looked at the gas line and said it was a city line they would need a plumber to do it which would be supplied by and paid for by **********. The two men that came to deliver the stove identified themselves as the supervisor and the dispatcher. They said they will make the appointment for me for the plumber and once he/she arrives the stove would be installed and the old one removed. This appointment was scheduled for 7/27. On 7/27 after not receiving any time as to when someone would be coming to the house, I contacted the *********** The agent contacted temco and said there was an error when the appointment was made and the plumber would be arriving the following day, 7/28. I would receive a call with the installation range before 8pm that day. I never received a call, so on 7/28 I reached out again to ********** and was advised now by this agent that unfortunately, temco doesn't provide a plumber and now I have to purchase my own plumber to do the installation and removal of the old stove. Once that's complete ********** would haul away the old stove.Business Response

Temco delivered a refrigerator to the neighbors across the street. The Temco driver backed into our fence on June 28th 2023. It's been a month and we are told repeatedly that the repair is submitted to claims. We have no estimated date of repair and Temco is not communicating. On 3/10/2023, I had a freezer delivered by *********** They damaged our property by running over and rupturing our irrigation system and causing a large defect in the property, moving a ******* and running over our plants. I filled a General liability claim with the transport folks that caused the damage, Sedgwick delivery . Their phone # **********. They sent it thru claims, at Temco. My contact person was *************************** in the ******************* She never gave me a phone #, only *********************************************** www.TemcoLogistics.com She offered us $400 to fix everything on 5/5/2023 and would send us a check on 5/12/2023. 6/6/2023 I asked where the check was. They said it took 15 business days to issue it and then they would send it. 6/26/2023 I emailed back without a response. I then emailed again 7/7/2023 and still no response. I have the email strings showing this. I have fixed my yard and just want to be compensated as they agreed to. Thank youBusiness Response

On Jun 17, ****, I placed an online order for a refrigerator through the ********** website, eagerly anticipating its delivery by Temco Logistics. Unfortunately, the first delivery attempt turned out to be an utter failure. When the delivery person arrived at my apartment, they glanced inside and abruptly left, stating that they would return shortly. Regrettably, the delivery person never returned, leaving me and my family bewildered and without any explanation.Concerned about this incident, I immediately contacted **********'s customer **********************, seeking assistance and clarification. I was assured by your representative that the subsequent delivery would be handled by a more experienced team to avoid any further issues. However, to my dismay, the second delivery attempt was also a complete failure. The delivery personnel failed to show up at the scheduled time, despite the online system indicating that they had missed us.Throughout this ordeal, I tried contacting **********'s and Temco Logistics customer ********************** multiple times to seek clarification, express my frustration, and request a resolution to this matter. However, the level of responsiveness and assistance I received from your customer ********************** department was alarmingly lacking. The lack of concern and support further aggravated my disappointment and dissatisfaction with **********'s services.Considering the inconvenience, financial loss, and frustration caused by these failures, I kindly request that ********** and Temco Logistics takes immediate action to address this matter. I expect a prompt investigation into the issues I encountered, an explanation for the repeated delivery failures, and appropriate measures to rectify the situation. After reading your complaint and then reviewing your orders, I see several areas of opportunity for re-training, from the delivery team and on-site customer **********************, including some necessary disciplinary action. This will be addressed within the next 48 hours at most. Again, my sincerest apologies.
I do see where your next delivery is scheduled for July 8, this upcoming Saturday. I have reached out to location management and will work with them to make sure this is a successful delivery for you. The day before delivery and the day of delivery, I will be watching your order and will be available to assist should it be needed.

I have been trying to resolve an issue for over a month and have gotten nowhere. I had two appliances delivered and installed via the ********** on 5/25; shortly after they left, I noted that my mailbox (located at the end of the driveway) must have been hit by the delivery truck, as it was now at a 45 degree angle. My car had been in the garage the entire time to allow the delivery truck to park. I called ********** immediately and they passed my case over to another company, ********. After dealing with ******** by phone, I received an email requesting pictures. I emailed the requested info and pictures. No response, then I get a snail-mail letter saying my case has been referred to Temco. I've left multiple messages on one phone number, provided via the snail-mail letter; when I call the other listed on their website, it rings and then a robot voice says "Goodbye" and hangs up. I received an email a week ago requesting the same information and photos I've now supplied to three companies multiple times and have never heard back, despite sending multiple emails and enduring the automated phone lines of three different companies. I am at my ****' end... and my mailbox remains unfixed. My claim number is Claim # WE19945244.Business Response

Ordered a Washer and Dryer from ********** on the 16th of June, scheduled delivery on the 19th. Was informed on the 19th delivery not able to be done because the Logistics Gate to get on Base was closed for the holiday. fair enough. Was told it was rescheduled to the 26th of June. Notified by text that the delivery could not be completed because " Unable to Attempt." Called ********** and ****** about delivery was told. "It looks like they did not even try to deliver my Washer and Dryer." New delivery date set to the 3rd of July but as it is a holiday weekend the Logistics gate will most likely be closed for the 4th of July. Next available delivery date will be the 10th of July which will make it about a month from when it was originally delivered. We have already disconnected and prepared for delivery and will be with out Washer and Dryer for that time. Creating an environment where either we do not have clean cloths or we have to spend more of our money to go to a laundry mat to get our cloths clean. This is causing tension in the fact that a delivery should not be that hard and the reliance of a single delivery company is making more and more people have issues with getting appliances delivered. order number H4747-206128.Business Response

On May 17th 2023 one of Temco Logistics' trucks (Indiana License ******** tried to turn around in our driveway at ***************************************************** and clipped one of our trees and got stuck under it, blocking *********** for several hours. Local police was on site during the incident. While the truck was towed out several hours later, significant damage was done to the tree. On June 15th, 2023 shortly after midnight, said tree snapped off just above where the damage was done and fell across ************* blocking it again. ****** *************** came out in the middle of the night and cleared the tree off the road as best it could but left all of tree parts on both sides of the road. ************* is a narrow one lane road at this point and the debris needed to be cut up and hauled off asap. Similarly the remaining tree ***** needed to be cut down and removed before it too falls across the road. See photos attached. I have tried to contact ***** Logistics at their headquarters and customer ********************** numbers and keep getting the run around. They have connected me to their supposed ******************** as well as provided me with numbers for the ******************* which instead were for ********** Appliance, a ********************* and a workers comp claims company (Sedgwick of ******). I have also sent three separate emails to the company without any response. I have since had to have the tree debris removed from ******** Rd and moved to our driveway at an expense of $500+ and it now needs to be hauled off and/or chipped prior to fire season, the cost of which (estimated at $1,000) Temco needs to cover as well as the cost of a 75+ year old California Live Oak that it killed.Business Response

I ordered a washer and dryer from ********** within the last weeks. Three times my delivery has been canceled by the delivery service, Tempco. As a result it has caused undo hardship for me in terms of time and finances. The people with whom I spoke were all very nice however they could never directly reach dispatch to provide the customer with updated information as to where the truck was and the time it would arrive. The third time they canceled was tonight. I was number 2 in the skew , then I got a message saying the delivery was canceled for the day and I would be rescheduled! I had waited all afternoon just as I had the previous 2 times when I was canceled. I will be writing to ********** to request they look for a new delivery service that meets the needs of the customer.Business Response

I do show this order successfully completed on 06/17, which I am glad to see. However, I do see a lot of notes regarding missed attempts and a few areas where we dropped the ball. Temco is a terrible company. I purchased a washer and dryer from ********** and delivery was supposed to be on the following Monday. I had 5 days to clear my schedule. The window was from 8-1. No call on Sunday, which I thought was strange, but rushed to get the kids to school and still be home by 8. Well, no one showed up by 1, so I called and they said the appliances were never put onto the truck. Thanks for letting me know! Ok- part 2! The next window I have been given is Wednesday from 1-5 and now I can track through a mobile system. Still no phone call Tuesday evening. I check at 10 on Wednesday morning just to be sure and Im at number 7 in line, so I continue to work. At 1, I receive a phone call from the gatehouse stating they are there to deliver, but the number states Im number 3 in line still. Hmmm, ok. I rush to get home and the man with broken english goes upstairs and says you need a drain pan for the washer. *** lived here for 9 years without one and no one contacted me to let me know that I needed one. I was upset for obvious reasons. I then asked if he would just install the dryer and he said there wasnt enough room! There is plenty enough room; he was obviously late for other appointments. What if I had only ordered a dryer? This makes no sense whatsoever. I asked to speak to his manager and he hands me off to the dispatcher??!! What is she going to accomplish? NOTHING! He leaves and I call **********. The lady on the phone says this is the first shes hearing of this requirement as its not required in **********. She called the company and they require a plumber to install the drain pan! Wow. They couldve at least installed the dryer so it wasnt a complete waste of my time, as I am self employed. I must first apologize for the frustration the team caused you and the misinformation they provided to you. While drain pans are recommended they are not required. If the customer happens to have one and there is a drain not already in the floor, then yes, a plumber must install.
I did locate the team that had provided you this information and their local Driver Manager regarding this issue. They have since been through a refresher course on washer and dryer installs, as well as how this interaction could have been handled better.
