      These guys are rude, nonprofessional and willing to take advantange of a senior citizens if I did show up to help my mother. We ordered a refrigerator from *********** The delivery guys was making the fridge fit by removing baseboards and shoving the fridge in a gap that obviously was to small. He had already damaged the new $2000 fridge and insisted that all we needed was to contact our handyman and have him cut the tile counters tops so that it would fit. When I showed up I made clear that we would not be excepting this delivery, it was at this point when he got not upset but ****** off and insisted that refrigeration was already here and its now ours. Once again, I told him that we were not accept this fridge and to take it out. He contacted his boss. His boss told him since we are not signing off on it to remove the fridge. I asked him to bring the old fridge back inside since we had a mess of food on our countertops. He said the old fridge was already packed in the truck and that he would not bring it out that it was going to go with him.I once again asked him that we were going to need the old fridge and he said I dont care the fridge is already outside in the truck. I am not bringing it in. I am not getting paid for this so deal with itThese guys not only did they fail to install the new fridge they damaged it. They also damaged my mothers baseboards and stole her old fridge.This happened this past Monday. It is Thursday night, and my mother still does not have a fridge.We have been in contact with ********** and they are correcting the issue.This delivery company is by far the worst service that I have ever received. I failed to mention that this guy got aggressive and threatened me for insisting him to bring the old refrigerator back. I also had words for this guy but good would that do. Temco Longistics zero stars if we had the option.

      We purchased a washer and dryer pair of appliances from ********** including delivery, set up and removal of old appliances. Two Temco employees brought the new appliances to our townhouse today. While we were discussing the details of the hookup of the gas line and dryer vent with the Temco employee, we wanted to take some measurements of the appliances. However, the Temco employee left the house, zeroed out the order. I walked up to the truck and asked them to deliver the appliances. They refused and left. We were very disappointed.

      Noticed the Temco truck in *************** lot in ****************, **. Offloading your Recycling (old Appliances) that are supposed to go to (Temco will haul-away the old product and manage its disposal through our licensed recycling process.) A LICENSED RECYCLING PROCESS and not to Tijuana stacked 2 stories high on a little 1990s pickup truck causing unsafe driving conditions and debris across out freeways. This is shameful that customers are paying for recycling and this is what happens.

      Temco logistics threatened me saying that I could get beat up anytime. Im waiting for a police officer to show up so that I can file a report for threatening and harassing me. The driver, *************************************, continued to scream at me as he was driving away from the property.

      Unprofessional is the only words used to describe the white glove service. First they told me that they could not hook up my dryer due to the fact I had the wrong pipe for the dryer I said not a big deal I can hook it up then they scratch the dryer I told them I need it and I would take it up with ********** so they set the old dryer back in the corner of the room and left it. Then they broke the water shut off for the dishwasher and said it was not their fault. I would say the only thing they did right was leaving my house.

      Had multiple representatives lie regarding my delivery even though the drive mixed up the address on his personal phone and the proceeded to cancel my delivery and blame it on weather even though the driver had other deliveries the same day and the manager proceeded to provide only excuses and then ended the call with no intention on call back

      On 2/15/24 my ********** order #H4139-XXXX55 was delivered by Temco Logistics (a ******** of **********). The order included installation of a OTR microwave and installation of a new 4 wire 220v power cord for the range. The Temco delivery employees were unaware they were to install the microwave. After showing them my HD receipt, ***************************** began to try to remove my old OTR microwave by first removing all of the screws holding the microwave to the Oak cabinet above. Since the ****** had already placed my new range directly under the microwave, I twice cautioned he might want to move the range but those two recommendations were ignored. With the overhead screws removed and still not able to free the microwave ***************************** (the Temco Installation Tech) used a screwdriver to pry between the microwave and my Oak cabinets to try and free it. In doing so he damaged my Oak cabinets. They then abruptly left my home. After spending a large portion of my day on the phone with HD customer ********************** employees, I reviewed the 220V range power cord wiring which ****** had done. There are clear instructions on the rear of the range on how a 4 wire power cord is to be wired. Tip: The green ground wire is NOT to be wired to the neutral terminal which **** did. It is to be wired to the frame of the oven. This is a huge SAFETY issue and could void the warranty.So then I called HD customer ********************** again and tried to get in touch with a customer ********************** MANAGER to no avail. I was told one would to reach out to me that was 6 days ago.So I spent nearly $2k for installed appliances delivered on 2/15/24, neither of which is usable/functional and HD customer ********************** cannot get a Temco delivery person out to my home to correct these issues until 2/20/245 days without a way to cook. This is not a White ***** Delivery Solution. DO NOT ever send the Temco Logistics employee ***************************** to my home again.

      This business is not accountable or accessible for their actions. Their driver, who was in a truck they were not familiar with, destroyed thousands of dollars in brand new landscaping, and there had been no resolution for over 3 months. The driver ended up 50 ft from our driveway and parked on new trees, spinning their wheels and digging 3 ft deep ruts into our electrical wiring and irrigation for almost an hour before they finally gave up and got towed out of our yard. We submitted videos and pictures months ago and its been endless breaks in communication and promises. Its unbelievable to me how a simple delivery can create such a mess and then months of frustration, and now a lawsuit just to get some resolution. This company is despicable.

      If I could give no stars I would. Two delivery guys brought my appliances and spoke Spanish and the one didnt speak English at all. They refused to install my dishwasher even though I paid for installation. All he did was point to the basement and said no install. They left without ever asking me to check the other appliance they delivered to make sure it was okay.

      Good morning, I was able to locate your order and was able to confirm that the dishwasher install could not be done as the shutoff valve for the dishwasher is in your basement. ********** policy is that the shutoff valve must be behind the unit, although we can install if it is close by. Due to yours being in the basement, it is not feasible for us to complete the install. I apologize that this was not better explained to you at the time of delivery.

      TERRIBLE company with untrained/unexperienced employees. Ordered a new fridge from *********** their drivers showed up on the day of installation, removed our old non-working fridge (the only thing they did right), installed "our" new fridge, damaged our stairwell and cabinets putting the new one in. And only AFTER ASSEMBLING AND INSTALLING THE NEW ONE did they attempt to confirm our unit number and our names. The fridge they installed in our place was for OUR NEIGHBOR in a COMPLETELY DIFFERENT UNIT. The employees attempted to contact Temco while still on site, but nobody answered their calls. They removed the wrong fridge. We have been in contact with ********** since then, and THEY still have not been able to get a response from Temco. THIS COMPANY IS AWFUL, and we STILL do not have our correct fridge.
