  Outstanding service. Manny and Isaiiah delivered the dishwasher and installed it in less than 20 minutes. They were courteous and respectful. They did a fine job. Thank you. ************************* ****** **

  By far the WORSE customer ********************** company ************************ I have ever dealt with! Delivered my washer, dryer and refrigerator without the parts to install them. The delivery guys were very respectful and stated I would get my delivery fee along with parts ordered (that was missing) refunded back to me. Never happened! Called to reschedule a new install date and they never called or showed up, I had to get the ********** manager involved and they gave him the run around as well. Finally on the 3rd attempt to come out and do the install, they show up, with. Wrong parts again! I have heard every excuse in the book from this company and they dont care. Management needs to be restructured and get some individuals in those positions that can get the job done correctly!!!

  Despite a call and an email yesterday, assuring that the appliances were "ON THE ****** for delivery, the truck arrived without the appliances. A 26 minute phone hold with ********** and come to find out that NONE of the ** Appliances were on the truck. The driver had at least 2 deliveries that weren't on the truck. Missing the point of logistics.

  When taking my stove off of the truck he dropped it off the lift onto the ground instead of lowering it. The driver ran over my trash bin when leaving 12/7/2023 after delivering appliances. He did not stop or report it to myself.

  Unbelievable, unprofessional team with TEMCO Logistics . I was scheduled for an appliance delivery not once but 6 different times now. First attempt was on a Monday they couldnt get the truck under a bridge. Notes were put into a system for a smaller truck and my delivery was canceled.Had to call for this information and they had to reschedule me again. they reschedule me for a Saturday. Waited all day no text no calls nothing.I had to call again to find out information. they told me they dont deliver on Saturdays that it would have to be rescheduled for that Monday. At this time I am furious. So Monday came, waited all day at 6:45pm still nothing. no calls text nothing I had to call again . And was informed that upon customers request we needed to reschedule for Wednesday. So their employees took it upon their self to say that we called and canceled it for a different day. And had it put in the notes. So at this point I am way beyond furious . And all they can keep telling me is we will have to reschedule. So Wednesday comes and once again no calls text anything. I called and they told me they cant get under the bridge once again,and the women on the phone had the nerve to tell me its because theirs a new team and new employees I told her I dont need any excuses because everything is in the notes about a smaller truck and the bridge. So once again I was rescheduled for Friday. So here it is Friday we actually got a call this time saying we were an hour out well that hour passed and almost 2 hours later they cant get under the bridge again when clearly its in the notes they need a smaller truck or go around the other way to my house.very unprofessional and clearly their supervisor dont read the notes because 3 attempts they said they cant get under the bridge I am still left without a refrigerator. Going on two weeks now I even offer to pick it up instead of them bringing it to me and they told me I couldnt.

  Unbelievably inept team of 2 that bumbled delivering my refrigerator. They knocked off a family heirloom on a wall that was totally out of their way in delivery, $600.00 original cost 70+ years ago. ******* up a buffet cabinet that was pristine prior to their entrance, refused to remove tape &/wrap inside refrigerator which is in their job ******************* check the exterior water dispenser as I had to turn the water line back on myself. The kicker is I caught 1 guy taking pictures of a room he never entered or exited to delivery & upon my asking I was ignored. Asked again, the other guy said he was taking pictures of broke clock, which was sitting behind him & no way near the room that was being photographed. I refused to sign their delivery in good order with no damage contract & documented the damage along with my initials. They refused to leave me a copy of report. Filing a POLICE REPORT, appears to be casing my home. ********** asst **** *** took my information & filed a claim for the clock damage, apparently a 3 rd party~ ******** will be handling the insurance claim. Beware of accepting Temco Logistics for deliveries. Upon research Temco is now a subsidiary of **********.

  Temco Logistics in ********, ****** was scheduled to deliver appliances purchased through *********** Items were scheduled for delivery from 2:30-6:30pm. Temco Logistics arrived at 2:15PM. They did not call or text. Literally a random person on the street signed for my items (totaling $2000). They were delivered on the street (not even on my property) left there and stolen by the stranger who signed for them. When I reached out to ********** the customer ********************** representative argued with me back and forth and did not work to rectify the situation. Temco then tried to re-deliver the stolen items. I explained to them that there was no way of being sure the items were not damaged. Temco Logistics and ********** have yet to rectify the situation.

  Temco Logistics personnel are very rude and unprofessional. Temco Logistics was delivering and installing my ********** order. Here are the things that made them unprofessional - 1) When they entered our neighborhood they honk their truck horn for no reason, 2) They incessantly rang the bell and banged the door until I opened, 3) They had no booties or plan to cleanup after their work, 4) They spoke in an unprofessional tone as if they are doing a favor delivering and installing product and service I purchased. I will give them 2-star because they did the following right - 1) called before they arrived, 2) came at the start of the time window. They seem to have some things going well. With a little bit professional training they could be better.

  Bad experience and it seems to be consistent on ****** reviews as well as BBB. The delivery drivers led about what time they showed up as is indicated by my Ring camera. And then left before I got there, stating that I had a 15 minute delivery and installation window. Also a lie as they were only there for 10 minutes as is indicated by my Ring camera.

  TERRIBLE, UNRELIABLE COMPANY!!We ordered a Dishwashwasher 3 WEEKS AGO online and PAID for it, including ******************************************** NO: WB48014144 Ordered & paid for with *********** BUT DELIVERY AND INSTALLATION WAS SUPPOSED TO BE BY TEMCO Logistics, who is an extremely unprofessional company, treating clients very disrespectfully.Delivery & Installation was supposed to be on June 10., but they only delivered the machine and were not able to install it. We were rescheduled for today, Saturday, June 17., 2023, but AGAIN, they were not able to install and left ** with the machine still sitting in our living room.The company ********** seems to work with is TEMCO Logistics, they are extremely unprofessional and ineffecient.These companies take the money from clients but then do not deliver the service a client paid for.This installation needs to be completed immediately. The dishwasher has been sitting in our living room for a week.These 2 companies treat clients extremely disrespectfully and unprofessionally and do not deliver the service the customer has prepaid.
