On March 8th, 2025, I purchased Larineco reminsrelizing gum. After making the purchase I received shipping confirmation that the product was being shipped from *****. Once I saw that the product was being shipped from ***** I decided that I was going to return the product due to the fact that the advertising made the appearance that it was not coming from *****. I reached out to their customer service and they responded actually very professionally at first and asked what my issues were. In their response email they explained their manufacturing process and said some times they have to ship from abroad when supplies are low. In my response email I asked for a refund regardless (I still have the product, I also tried one piece of the gum). Once I sent that email, I received an address not found response in my inbox. Somehow I got signed up for a subscription to this company. Originally I did order one box from this place. After My credit card got charged the second time. I went immediately that day and attempted locate a way see my account and how it got on a subscription. Either way I found no way of canceling this nonsense with out emailing them. So one march 16 I got charged *****. then again 0n 4/07 after advising them to cancel. I uploaded my emailed receipts. I also reported this to ************Initial Complaint

I emailed them to cancel this subscription and they replied to me trying to persuade me to stay. I answered them asking then to please cancel and they proceeded to email me again 2 additional times again trying to persuade me to stay. After the 4th response they sent me an email with a link to a portal to cancel - the portal asked for my email address instructing me that a special link would be emailed to me where I can cancel. This did NOT work. I never received an email. Additionally they claim that the confirmation emails with the order information consists of a link to cancel which it does not. Ive now sent a 5th and 6th email directly to them asking to cancel my subscription. Very shady and very manipulating in their process to cancel.Initial Complaint

I was misled into believe with deception that this was an American based company. I was told the items were made and shipped from **********. After waiting weeks for my products, I was sent a confirmation number in Chinese letter that my item was coming from *****. Then, I was charged for a second product only to realize they charged me $10 for a random fee and enrolled me into a subscription without my knowledge. I spoke with **** d and he assured me he would take care of it and hes done nothing.Initial Complaint

The business has not provided me the product I ordered from them. It has been since December 11, 2024. They have said that they have long shipping times but I have not received an update or estimated arrival date.Initial Complaint

Received the product and contacted customer service in December 12, 2024 because the gum wasnt chewable as advertised. It disintegrated in my mouth. December 13, 2024 they responded via email that they had identified a problem with the batch and gave me the option of waiting a month for the new product and theyd ship that. I agreed. Emailed again on March 9th asking for a full refund since they obviously havent meet their end of the deal. Now they are saying, March 10, 2025, that they will open an investigation.Initial Complaint

My problem is I placed an order with this company after looking over the website trying to determine if it was legitimate. The site states it is located in ****************, **. So I placed an order. After a week and half of not receiving it, I checked tracking and it was shipped from *****. This a HUGE misrepresentation of the product. I requested a full refund on this basis and they would not fulfill it. Not only should these companies be held accountable for lying about where the products are, they shouldn't be allowed to do this without the consumer knowing.Initial Complaint

I bought a chewing gum product that was never sent. I received multiple email messages, promising the product would be shipped. It never has been, and now I am unable to contact them. They don't respond to emails anymore, and their phone number is not in service.
