    My complaint is about the Larine ****** company. I came across this company from an online ad claiming they sold remineralizing gum. I order two packs of said gum. What they are selling is not gum, it instantly just dissolves in your mouth. I reached out wanting a refund. They responded offering a 40% refund of my order. I said no I wanted a full refund. They responded two more times with a 50 and 60% refund of my order. I again declined both stating I wanted a full refund. After that they went ahead and refunded me the original 40% they offered. It states on their own website a 60 day money back guarantee, they did not uphold this statement. Original purchase date 11/13/24 Price Paid $39.93 Price Refunded $23.96

    I purchased their gum. Fully expecting to receive gum. When I did receive my package and popping a piece of gum into my mouth it immediately dissolved. I emailed the company for help. I was told that there was a problem with that batch as it was the packaging that caused the gum to lose its chewiness and promised to send me a new batch in a month. This was November 11. January 3 I email them again asking for a refund because it has been almost two months and I havent heard anything from them. They give me a run around that they will send me a new batch in a month. I kindly declined and asked for a refund. They responded by saying I could keep the product and they would refund me 40%. I declined and again asked for a full refund and stated I would send back the product as its not what they claimed it to be and I do not want a faulty product. They email back and say I can keep the product and they would give me a 50% refund. I again respond that I do not want the product and that I want a full refund. I get another response saying I can keep the product and they will refund 60% of my money. Their website has a 60 day 100% money back guarantee. I have not heard back from them the last time.

    I ordered one of their products and after three weeks I still had not received the products. I then typed in my order number into the website order tracker and it stated that my order did not exist. I reached out to Larine to figure out why my order did not exist, and they stated that it was a warehouse issue. So I asked for a refund at that point (which should have been easy because my order had not yet shipped). I received a robotic email that said I should just wait and see for the product to arrive, at which point I could request a refund. I then stated again that I wanted a refund and I received a 100% identical response as their previous email. I then quickly received an email with a tracking number which tells me that the product had not yet been shipped until I reached out to them. It took another week and a half for the product to arrive. After receiving the product, I reached back out and stated that I recieved the product, had not opened it, and would like a refund. They stated that they could not issue me a refund because of "high shipping costs" which does not make sense because on their website it states that returns will be sent to **********, and I live in *******. Their website also states that they have a 30 day return policy after receiving the product, and I am well within my 30 day window.

    Never received the remineralizing gum I purchased. The business is ignoring my cancellation and refund request.More details: I purchased a remineralizing gum product from Larine on Nov 29, 2024 for $42.93. This product was guaranteed made and shipped in the **, but the tracking link showed that it was coming out of ***** when I checked on the status on Dec 11. I emailed them on Dec 11, 2024 **************************************** letting them know I was not happy about the deception and long shipping time and asked that they cancel my order and refund my money. (At that point the product was still showing that it was located in *****.) They replied back that it was "manufactured and shipped in the ***" and "there was probably some issue with your tracking number" and did not acknowledge my cancellation and refund request. I also noted that the tracking number link was conveniently now broken. On Dec 20, 2024 I still hadn't received a refund or the product so I emailed them again. On Dec 21, they emailed me back and said "Ive checked with our Order Fulfillment Team, and the delay in stock and minor tracking issues with the current batch orders are still being managed. Due to the high volume of orders during the holiday season, resolution is taking a bit longer than usual.We are working closely with our warehouse and delivery partners to resolve this as quickly as possible. Youll be contacted once the issue is resolved. If not, feel free to follow up with us.Please bear with us, as we are experiencing a high volume of inquiries related to these delays."I emailed them again on Dec 26 asking for a refund again now for the 4th time. They are ignoring my request.

    Placed order weeks ago but order never shipped. When I reached out about it, they never responded. Did more research and it looks like there's a slew of recent customer complaints on trustpilot and reddit that indicate they either never received their order or that they received a bad product, AND that customer service was either non-responsive or uncooperative in initiating a refund (despite their satisfaction guarantee).

    I ordered a product from Larineco (Order #*****) for ~$63 on November 8th, 2024, and i didn't receive it until November 29th, 2024. Unfortunately, the product was defectiveit completely disintegrated in my mouth, making it unusable. I immediately contacted their customer service and requested a full refund, as their website prominently advertises a "100% Money-Back Guarantee."Despite multiple email exchanges and my repeated requests, the company has refused to honor this guarantee. Instead, they have repeatedly offered partial refunds (ranging from 60% to 80%) and insisted I keep the defective product. This is unacceptable and contradicts their advertised policy.Throughout this process, customer service has been slow, unresponsive at times, and unhelpful. They acknowledged the product has issues, yet they are unwilling to refund my full amount as promised. I have provided a screenshot of their guarantee policy and outlined my concerns clearly, but they continue to delay resolution.

    I purchased a product from a company for the first time, Larine *** for an exciting product claimed to help revitalize your teeth. This product is advertised as gum with instruction specifically not to swallow or consume the gum. Upon receiving the product approximately 4 weeks later, the product is not gum. It dissolves in your mouth almost like a mint, unable to chew for anytime whatsoever. I tried a different pack and the same issue was present. Ive been asking for a refund for 3 weeks now and each time they refuse to give me my money back. I tried to ship it back and they said they do not want it back yet refuse to give me a full refund. For a product that is supposed to be gum and not consumed, this is simply a joke as the gum dissolves in your mouth in seconds. The product is garbage and I strongly suspect this company is a scam in its entirety. All I want is my money back. I would deny the charge on my CC yet since I authorized the purchase this scenario would fall outside of typical fraud. I also have the entire email chain discussing this issue between Larine *** and myself.

    I paid for the product, and the product was never delivered. I contacted the seller asking when it would be delivered. They responded it would be delivered at such and such date. Unfortunately, this happened three times, I was told it would be delivered at a later time, then a later time. I still have not received it, over a month after paying for it. I proceeded to ask for a complete refund and have had multiple generic emails returned to me explaining one thing or another that did not at all relate to my concerns and frustrations.

    Larine sold unsafe food under the guise of being chewing gum, you receive candy hard as a rock that can easily chip a tooth if consumed. When advised about it they said its still under development and wouldnt issue a full refund but only a refund of 30% of the purchase price. This reeks of fraudulent and dangerous business practices.
