The are selling obvious fakes and not allowing returns. I had a wallet that I send numbers pictures that it literally is vinyl and the seller stated she was not sure if it was authentic because it was "reposted". It was denied to return for what reason....none given!! It was because - my guess the seller is making them a lot of money. This on reddit is talked about a lot. This business needs shut down because it is a crime to sell copyrighted items. I took it to ****** and they literal looked up to see if logo or even color was a Dooney brand and it was not besides it was vinyl and cheap inside with NO logo like the brand always has! I have many businesses so I will be happy to talk about this experience and make sure I will report them for selling fake bag/wallets and doing happily without following the law.

Deactivating Poshmark! Money has been taken out of my bank account without my consent. PM claims I made an accidental purchase. I absolutely did not make the purchase. Not even humanly possible being my phone was put away in my purse since I was driving at the time. When I reached my destination I naturally grabbed my phone to check for missed ************ messages. Instead all I had showing was a congratulations from PM for my purchase. I contacted PM immediately and they told me I made an accidental purchase and that I could resell the item when it arrived. I tried explaining the situation but they kept blowing me off. I also reached out to the seller but she refused to cancel and put the item in the mail to me 3 days later. I checked the item out on the sellers site to see what I supposedly bought. It was a pair of jeans I had never heard of. The sizing listed was several sizes too small for me being Im not a double zero. Her 2 pictures listed were very vague. The jeans were folded and only the top of the jeans were showing in the pic. She wrote excellent condition no flaws in her description and thats it. The jeans arrived and one whole leg of the jeans was twisted. Absolutely warped beyond repair. I immediately opened a case due to the flaw b/c theres no way I can even sell these jeans that I never bought to start with. My photos show the flaw plain as day but in the wee hours of the morning while most everyone was sleeping my claim was denied. PM sided with the seller claiming the jeans matched the sellers description perfectly. I was instructed to resell if they dont work for me. I responded once again that I cannot sell warped jeans unless I hide the flaw and scam someone like Ive been scammed. However, I would never push this item off on someone else. I have integrity and morals. Now my ability to respond on the **** thread has been taken away. Ive been silenced. Im currently out of $90 that was stolen from me. PM needs to be held accountable.

Ten years selling on this platform and Im done. My sells have gone from $10,000 monthly to $1,000 and now $100 if Im lucky. The platform only cares about promoting closets selling false and those listing 1000 items per day (commercial establishments like Coach etc have closets now.) selling fakes is illegal and Poshmark just looks the other way while the rest of us cant pay our bills after relying on the income that we once were able to make. This company has changed drastically since it was sold to a Korean entity a few years back. No different than TikTok at this point. Our personal information is now in the hands of these people. They obviously arent concerned with sells preferring not to publish listings unless you are paying additional fees over and beyond the 20%.

They want $500 before you can become a seller after you put your items on their site. This is highly unethical. They have no reason other than to prove you are a "real seller". Having money proves you are a "real seller"? You have to pay with Apple Pay or Venmo, so you have no guarantee your money will be refunded, as they state it will eventually be. Sounds like a real scam!!!!

Several of my authentic items were removed . When I emailed customer service with proof the items were authentic, I received no response. Legitimate sellers reputations are defamed without merit!

Poshmark got so much worse since they got bought out. As a seller and buyer, horrible customer service, getting generic response sometimes not even relevant to your problem ( so just pre type email). Coming out with new rules that make no sense and backfire at the end and later Poshmark apologies and bring old rules back. Authentication program is horrible, even if you send them proof of authentication they have " their people" and if they say not real ( but it is) they send it back to you. It's a p*** show. But don't forget to buy tickets to posh fest :D what a joke....

They remove items for counterfeit items that aren't counterfeit and then restrict your account and even if you file an appeal and explain to them there's no way the item can be counterfeit as its listed as handmade and no idiot on the planet thinks coach or Louis ******* makes handmade tumblers as an example lol and they wont even respond back and can't talk to a live human. Yet they have 500 fake bags on their website lol.

Extremely Disappointing Experience Beware Before Using Poshmark ************ has been a terrible experience from start to finish. Items are often not as described they arrive dirty, damaged, or clearly unusable. Theres a reason someone is selling them, and its rarely shown in the photos. You only have a very short window to inspect what you receive, and if youre unavailable due to vacation, a special event, or just life, youre forced to accept it, no matter what condition its in.Reaching out to Poshmark for help is useless customer service doesnt seem to care. Their policies are designed in a way that heavily favors them, not the buyer or seller. As a seller, the fees are outrageous, and by the time they take their cut, youre barely making anything. And as a buyer, youre often not getting a deal youre getting taken advantage of.They have all kinds of tricks to avoid giving refunds or reimbursements. Many people end up having to re-polish their items meaning resell them just to try and recover the loss. But doing that means you get hit with the same fees all over again. Its a never-ending cycle, and in the end, youre just working for Poshmark for free, giving away your items, wasting your time, money, and energy.I would not recommend this platform to anyone.
