1 starI received a suitcase that had more damage than advertised. The suitcase had no authenticity papers included. I contacted Poshmark the day I receive the item and followed instructions for a return label. I had to resubmit my complaint several times. I tried calling the line was full. I was told that my papers were not received before the three day time limit and they could not assist me. Poshmark sent an acknowledgement that they had received my complaint and three days later tried to say they had not.Review fromLois T

1 starI ordered a jacket, size large, and received said jacket size large. The fit is to snug across my back and the jacket has a foul odor. I followed all guidelines for a refund and 5 days later, I'm still fighting. I sent pictures of the jacket to include the size "large" tag inside. It's impossible to send a picture of "odor" and asking for measurements with a tape measure in the picture is ridiculous. Poshmark needs to be scrutinized.Review fromkrystal l

1 starPlease do not EVER use Poshmark. I wish I had read these reviews before buying something online. Poshmark is a scam. I bought what I thought were jeans. I thought it was strange that the jeans were posed in a way that it was hard to see the actual length. When I received the Jeans I realized they were not as advertised. They were capris (short pants). When I asked for a refund I was stunned to be told that I could have "asked the seller questions". There was nothing easily found on the website directing the buyer to contact the seller. DO NOT USE POSHMARK. Remember: 1. Poshmark misleads buyers by posting descriptions of goods that are incorrect. 2. the jeans had a hole in it and the description didn't mention that. 3. It was not clear anywhere that buyers are supposed to ask questions. why would that be necessary if the goods are posted honestly?4. the refund policy is not clear anywhere.Review fromDavid B

1 starPOSHMARK: a platform for counterfeits! After finding a luxury brand item at a reasonable price point, I hastily made my first purchase. Within minutes I realized it was a fake and instantly reached out to the seller and to POSHMARK stating it was fake and I wanted to cancel my order. This correspondence was completed before I received my order confirmation. POSHMARK stated they can only cancel a shipment of it has been past 7 days and the seller has not shipped. Of course the seller never replied. I received notification the item shipped the next day.Upon arrival I notified POSHMARK it was unacceptable due to reasons I stated before it shipped. Then I had to submit detailed pictures. I was then notified I was granted a return and once the seller confirms to POSHMARK the item was received back in the same condition, my refund would be released! But hurry, time is tickingafter 2 business days the return shipping label will be deactivated! So I am supposed to return my counterfeit shirt back to a seller who has not even responded to a single message and rely on them to contact POSH about the condition of the return in order for me to get my refund? Or does my gut tell me they receive the item back and post right back up for sale on another site while they wait for POSHMARK to distribute their funds after taking their part! After removing the fake tags and the plastic logo off the front, the plain black tee is now in a community donation bin!Only thing luxury about this site is the first 4 letters of app. The result is just pitiful!Review fromStuart L.

1 star!!!!!!!!!!!! BEWARE of POSHMARK !!!!!!!!!!!I bought a pair of ****** shoes, gently worn. They were marked size 12 D which is my size. I take **** - 12. I received them and immediately tried them on. They are too small. I think theses are either irregulars or mislabeled at the manufacturer or are a knock off, not genuine. They refuse a return after sending pictures and full explanation. These shoes are just not right. They even look small was my first impression before trying them on. They are definitely not size 12. My request for return has been ultimately denied by Poshmark. Buyer please beware of this company.Review fromRichard R.

2 starsI have bought dozens of items from sellers over the years. The items have always be exceptional quality. I always have trust in the sellers. They are sweet, funny & like mom when shipping a package. Most of my items I accepted without even being home.I was usually at work when the item was delivered so I just wanted to make sure the sellers got paid that day & not wait till I arrived home from work to receive the package. I recently had a problem I tried to resolve. Maybe you can help. I buy things 3 different ways. Some times I make a offer. Other times I just wanna have fun & hit buy Now. When I am just shopping I often just do a like. That way the seller lets me know what she can offer me. I often find this the best way to buy. I dont want a woman calling me Cheap. The customer service at ******************** is terrible. The always agrees with the seller. The posh protect is a real joke. If the item is not shipped in 7 days they dont cancel the purchase. The send the seller a reminder. The buyer has no protection against a seller. Once the item is shipped you own it. I make a like on a item that was listed at $50. The seller responded quickly and offered $44.00 & Free Shipping.I accepted the offer. I clicked on the offer she sent me. Somehow it rang up as a buy now purchase. I contacted both the ****************************** Poshmark told me the seller was correct and I hit the buy now button. It would also have a negative impact on my account if my bank refused payment. The seller shipped the item without checking the purchase amount. I never bothered to check neither until the item was shipped. They both accused me of buying the item as buy now when I bought the item as a bundle purchase.I received the item last week on Thursday and returned it on Friday. I was not approved for the return and spent $28.00 on return shipping. Poshmark makes such a big deal over 1 little return. My total claim is the amount I paid plus return shipping costs.Review fromDeborah H

1 starI bought a Louis ******* bag listed at $800. Because of a small problem with the leather, I asked to return it, which was approved, but the seller and I agreed that I would accept the original deal. I have tried multiple times to cancel the return request but have not gotten an answer since from Poshmark. They have NO phone support and their voicemail is full. They have my $800 but have not released any funds to the seller. She cant get a response either but is filing a complaint in CA about their violation of terms. Buyer beware!Review fromAlly C

1 starZero stars. Negative stars. There is no protection for buyers. I ordered a pricey top, which was as described in pictures, minus the awful stench of moth *****. It was horrendous. No amount of washing was going to make I go away. Also, for what I paid, I shouldnt have to do so. This is something that should have been disclosed to me. I opened a claim. The seller claimed she washed everything, but theres zero chance this item was washed before it was sent out. Any other company would have allowed a return. I asked to take it somewhere for an impartial third party to smell it. I explained how overpowering the smell was and how when left in my guest room it made the whole room smell. Their team didnt even read the email and I got a generic response that said heres five dollars for a future purchase and feel free to reposh this item. No thank you! I would never want anyone to else to smell this item! Im closing my account of several years. I do believe in circular fashion and will purchase items that are properly vetted from other companies that care about their customers and not just making money. Perhaps I will reposh this smelly top to Poshmarks customer service team and see if they will then provide buyers with more support. Until then, its the Wild West and buyer beware!Review fromJeris R

1 starI have purchased from Poshmark about a dozen times, been really happy half the time and unhappy 2 times. About 5 days ago I received a package from Poshmark that I didn't order. I started a communication with them, sent pics of the item and the label. Kept asking them what they wanted me to do...I assumed someone was really waiting for this item. I finally was told to just "return to sender"...I used my time and gas to go to the post office where the clerk said "I'll just refuse them". I said "whatever works". As soon as I got home I received an insulting email telling me that I was trying to skirt shipping charges and now suddenly, they don't like my history!!! I couldn't believe it...here I thought that I would be thanked, not reprimanded...still waiting for an apology. What the heck kind of a business does this?Review fromAshleigh E
