      The "staff which I highly suspect are terrible they don't know how to do just bots because they don't know how to do anything but cut and past the badly written form emails. There is no oversight There are so many people selling junk on Posh so many pages of 4 for 20 and creepy guys asking you to model stuff and scammer like this ***** that Poshmark does nothing about you are too busy giving sellers a hard time well I am working on migrating to a better site you lost a buyer as a good seller with high reviews and I am going to open cases with you at the BBB and **** but you get to keep this POS buyer who has had other complaints who uses her mother's death to try to get out of paying for the thing she bought. There is a constant problem of buyers ruining things it is so bad sellers have had to start our own list to circulate because the staff there does nothing about it

      I never received a Poshmark package and opened a ticket with their customer service team. It has been over 2 months since the deadline I was given BY Poshmark support. 2 months and complete radio silence after 4 follow up emails. Ive also reached out to them on Instagram and they keep telling me Ill hear from someone soon. I will no longer be selling or buying on Poshmark.

      I started to shop on Poshmark due to some higher end brands being expensive. I purchased a Black Coach bag that was said to be authentic by the seller . Once I received the bag . I immediately reached out to customer service stating that the bag was not what she posted and that I wanted my money back . Poshmark asked for pictures that I sent the same day . Three days later they emailed Poshmark wanting some clearer pictures I sent . Two days later stayed they didn't get the pictures and send my money to the scammer ! I reached back out to there customer complaint they ask me not to file a complaint for 10$ Poshmark credit . I want my hard earned money back from the person that scammed me for the fake Coach bag!

      Terrible. I bought a pair of pants labeled womens sizes, when they arrived they were kids pants. When I tried to return them I was given the run around and asked for a ridiculous amount of pictures to send to prove they were misrepresented. I dropped the case because it was *****, and I figured I could lose that money in order to save aggravation I don't have time for. I will NEVER buy from there again.
