      I ordered 2 pairs of shoes, I never received them. I tried to contact them The same day but it says to wait 3 days to report a problem. After 3 days your screwed because you cant get a refund. They trick you to wait 3 days so you are not able to get a refund. And the packages are insured for only 50$ when the merchandise is $1500.00

      Poshmark does not protect the buyer at all. The sellers are chronically dishonest and sell items that are not matching the description. They didn't hold the sellers responsible for dishonest marketing and thus they support the wrong end of the transaction. I will not buy anything else on poshmark.

      I sold an item (order 62f295e9ce9ec50898e080be) NEW WITH TAGS. The item has pictures in the listing and there are ZERO stains. However, the buyer showed photos with stains stating they wanted to return the item and Poshmark approved the return. So now I'm stuck with a BRAND NEW ITEM that the buyer STAINED to get a refund and Poshmark has ignored my "contact us" request. Livid. Poshmark does not protect the seller and this is the second time a buyer damaged my item that was new and nothing has been done to them. Meanwhile the item that was listed at $105 is damaged and I'm out $105 and cannot do anything with it. Poshmark should be responsible. Disgusting platform.

      Absolutely rip off. Bought BRAND NEW shoes. They arrived worn/used. Asked for partial refund as they were back to school shoes and no time to return and find a new pair. They wouldnt give me any sort of partial refund. So I paid $150 for USED/worn shoes that were advertised as brand new. DO NOT BUY FROM POSHMARK. Total sh*t show trying to get help (for over a week!) from customer service.

      I had a horrible experience with Poshmark and will NEVER use them again. I bought a top from a seller and the sizing was completely off. I have bought from this manufacturer before and all the sizing was correct. When I brought the problem to Poshmark they indicated that they would not facilitate a return because the seller did not misrepresent the item. They are technically correct, however they offered no assistance with the bigger issue of protecting the consumer when something goes wrong. Based on what I am seeing others have had issues with Poshmark as well.

      ******* Beware..... Poshmark is full of $$$$.... Do not sell a luxury handbag on this site. They will do a fake authenticity check to hold your money up and let the buyers play with your items. The buyers has 3 days to decide if the ywant to purchase. This means your possesions are in their hands. They can damage your items and then return it. Poshmark takes down your posting saying they recieved a tip stating the items you are selling are not authentic. Then, when you ask them for the proof of how they know if its authentic or not. Poshmark can not respond. Poshmark customer services says they will get back to you in 24 or less. How about they never get back to you.... Use this site with precaution... After I get this other issue of them holding up my money resolved. I am closing my account. I do not do business with shady platforms.

      Terrible, company to buy anything from. I bought a pair of tennis shoes women's size 10, for my mother. The shoes sole came apart while she wore them. . When I tried to return them, I was given the run around and asked for a ridiculous number of pictures to send to prove they came apart while she tried them on. No refund given on the order. I will NEVER buy from there again.

      Sellers are not accountable for an accurate listing I bought a top listed as a size large, but arrived labeled a medium. When I tried to return it I was told the size was in the listing so not eligible for return. I sent a picture of the label on the shirt and a screenshot of the listing to prove it was misrepresented. Customer support appears automatic reply regardless of the concern. After three attempts to convey the discrepancy, I decided it is not worth my time. I would NEVER buy from there again because its a ****** on what you will get.

      SELLERS BEWARE! If you are thinking of making $$ on Poshmark, think twice about it, DONT put your hard earn money in buying inventory because you never know when Poshmark will delete your listings and disable your account! You will be stuck with your unsold inventory! Poshmark takes 20% of your sales, yet provides dismal customer services. They deleted all my listings without informing me first. I have to reach out to their support team, waited 3 days to get a robotic response stating I am selling counterfeit items, which is absolutely FALSE! I only have ********************************************************** the US from major retails stores, I am sure they dont use fake stuff! But Poshmark doesnt care, your listings are fake as long as PoShMark SAID SO, they dont offer you chances to dispute or gives you reasons as to how they THINK your items are fake. Sellers have no say! Poshmark asks users to review other sellers listings and see if they THiNk listings are fake, this is laughable practice to honest sellers!

      Trust me, pay full price somewhere else! We ordered a king size comforter set July 18th @ $291.00 including $5.99 shipping. Seller said S&H wasnt enough so she canceled the first order. The seller upped the S&H and had me buy a dummy sunflower purchase at $5 plus the **** Shipping. So we paid another $11.81. Then after it shipped, she said she needed $130.00 total from us for Shipping! She said Poshmark cant ship large multiple boxes, and so **** was going to give us POSTAGE DUE? I contacted **************** who said we shouldnt have to pay extra, and to contact customer service again and theyll take care of postage. The tracking number never moved from the ** post office, and customer service said theyre backed up, continue to wait. So August 2nd, I contact them again and said wheres our order, we need our replacement comforter? They turned around and canceled the whole order, AND PAID THEIR SELLER THERE HER SHARE ANYWAY! What kind of business model is this? The customer is wrong and they reward a shady seller? Do not get scammed like us! My husband and I our 50+ year old veterans, we would never do this to anyone, and dont appreciate it being done to us or anyone else! Dont use Poshmark
