I bought several cards for 40-45.000 coins. And then listing it for ~60-90.000 coins in an attempt to earn coins on a new card.When will your servers allow people to enter the game. and yes, some cards ended up being sold at the last minute. Is it against the rules to place cards within the price range you have determined?2) I try to buy TOTS Items for a price close to the minimum. You can check it - more than 100 Tots Items bought for ***** coins. I am rejecting this response because:In general, I don't count on anything anymore.
Every time I get a standard reply.
They don't provide any specific information about why their system banned access to the transfer market.
What transactions were made and were counted as selling or buying coins (even that is not clear).
It is absolutely unclear what you can appeal to if I describe actions than has been made on account in that period
and in response you get a standard reply - we checked and we did everything correctly.

These players tend to follow the rules of the game without any cheating or irregularities. However, due to the possible misjudgment mechanism of EA, their account was banned. This is a devastating blow to players who spend countless hours in the game accumulating character levels, acquiring rare items, and unlocking achievements.From an economic point of view, some players have purchased in-game paid content, such as virtual currency, advanced equipment packs, etc., in order to improve the gaming experience. After the account is banned, the content that has been paid for is instantly unavailable, and the player's money investment is wasted. Transaction in Question: Purchase of TOTY ******* ***** for 800,000 coins, sold for 995,000 coins — both within the in-game market price range of 885,000–1,062,000 coins at the time.
Details:
On May 21, 2025, I was wrongfully banned from the EA FC 25 Transfer Market following a legitimate transaction involving a high-value player (**** ** *** **** *****). This ban was imposed under the assumption of "coin distribution," which is a violation of EA’s Terms of Service.
However, the transaction in question was:
Done entirely through the official in-game Transfer Market
Within the public market value range
Based on standard, earned in-game coins — not involving any third-party activity
I filed five separate appeals, each time providing detailed evidence and a strong rationale, but received generic and dismissive responses from EA’s Terms of Service team. These replies failed to engage with my arguments or acknowledge the market data I submitted.
I was told by EA Help that my case was escalated to the Studio Team for further review, yet no confirmation or resolution has followed.
Why I’m Filing This Complaint:
I have been denied access to paid and earned features without proper justification.
EA has failed to demonstrate transparency or accountability in handling this issue.
I believe I am being unfairly punished due to automated systems misclassifying a legitimate in-game transaction.
EA's refusal to provide meaningful customer support leaves me no choice but to pursue external channels.

A written explanation or acknowledgment of manual review
