Hello. I downloaded Sims 4 I think it was 2022 or 2023. I played Sims growing up and downloaded it to my ***. Fast forward the EA apps were updating and whatever, it logged me out of my account, I bought MANY game packs some $ to $$$ and I was trying to figure out why I can't find my account. EA banned my account and I can't appeal through normal channels, so I came here to help. I love APEX. I invested money and time in my account, but everything is ruined. I am filing this complaint against Electronic Arts Inc. (EA) regarding repeated and unjust sanctions placed on my EA SPORTS FC 25 account. My Transfer Market access has been permanently restricted without any clear or transparent evidence of wrongdoing. I have been repeatedly accused of “coin distribution,” which I categorically deny. All coins earned on my account were accumulated through regular gameplay—particularly through playing Weekend League and selling legitimate in-game rewards.
EA has now overturned multiple prior sanctions on my account, confirming that their detection system is flawed and prone to error. Despite this, they continue to send me repetitive, automated responses that ignore the context, ignore the facts I provide, and offer no specific evidence or explanation of the alleged violation.
I have requested a full manual review of my account multiple times, but have only received copy-paste replies. EA’s enforcement actions are impacting my ability to access services I have paid for, and their refusal to engage in a proper appeal process violates basic consumer rights.
Additionally, their system currently shows the Transfer Market ban as “Overturned”, yet the ban is still in place—adding further confusion and lack of accountability to the matter.
I am seeking:
• A full manual review of my account and transfer market activity.
• Restoration of my Transfer Market access.
• Transparency and accountability from EA regarding their enforcement process.
• Assurance that sanctions are only applied with verified evidence—not assumptions based on flawed algorithms.
If EA cannot demonstrate clear, factual reasoning behind these restrictions, they must remove them and restore full access to the account.

I was permanently banned from a game EA game (Battlefield 2042) that I spent money on. They said I was cheating and it vilolated theyre rules because it was unfair for all other players. I tried to dispute the ban because I wasnt cheating and I wasnt even playing with others players. I only play the solo bots or coop bots with friends so I didnt actually violate any rules because I dont play with others. They responded a week later saying I did cheat and they wont remove my sanction. How is it fair you ban an innocent person from a game they payed for. I cant even open the game I paid for. On April 28, 2025, my EA account was permanently banned for harassment after I typed mf stay by your team, this mf playing by himself lol, and fkn dumbas in an Apex Legends match. These are not threats, slurs, or hate speech just frustration-based comments after a teammate ignored pings and threw the game.Apex Legends is rated M for Mature, and emotional communication in a competitive team-based shooter is expected. Ive never used discriminatory language, and my past infraction history only includes two low-level flags in 3 years. According to EAs own policies, permanent bans are meant for repeated or extreme violations not this.Ive spent several hundred dollars on this account over 5 *********************.
