Hello, dear BBB customer service. I'm contacting you to report the issue of my EA account being banned. My EA account ID is **************** month, I was inexplicably banned. After checking, I found that there was a suspicious login behavior in my EA account. However, since my account was unavailable, I requested EA to check the issue with my account. EA has disabled my account with the ********************** of breaking terms and agreement, which I have not. I had this account since 2018 and I have spent a fortune on the game year after year from 2018 to currently right now in 2025. They have disabled my account, they will not unlink my EA account out of my Xbox account. I have spent $100 on the game and now I cannot play the game. They have robbed all of my money spent on this game and the previous years. They scam other players with gambling on packs such as probability and chances on getting the players. It's all scams! I immediately contacted EA customer support.A support agent reset my password and locked the account. However, upon regaining access, I discovered my Apex Legends account had been wrongfully banned.Endless Loop of Unresolved Requests EA advised me to file a dispute to address the ban. However, when attempting to do so, I learned that EA Help no longer supports accounts linked to @******* email ************ proceed, I requested to update my accounts email address. Complaint: 23247407I am writing to formally reject the response I received regarding the denial of my appeal. While I acknowledge that the appeal was reviewed, I was not provided with any reason or explanation for the permanent ban of my account.
I have been a member of this community since 2010 and have maintained a clean record throughout that time. To suddenly receive a permanent ban without any prior warning or stated violation is not only confusing but also deeply frustrating. I believe I am entitled to know specifically what policy or rule I allegedly violated.
Furthermore, I am not alone in this experience. Multiple users on the Forums, Reddit, and X (formerly *******) have reported receiving similar bans yesterday, also without explanation. This points to a potential systemic issue that I believe deserves further investigation.
I respectfully request a clear and detailed explanation of the reason behind my account's permanent ban. I am fully willing to cooperate and rectify any issues if I am made aware of what they are.

On April 6, 2025, at 7:06 PM (April 7 at 2:06 AM UTC), my account with ********************** was permanently banned for alleged cheating. Its also linked to external platforms (like Twitch and Steam), making this action even more impactful.I have never used cheats, exploits, or software designed to gain unfair advantages. EAs response does not address the core of my complaint. I am fully aware of the appeal process outlined on their website and have already followed it. My initial appeal was submitted immediately after the ban, and it was denied without any transparency, evidence, or apparent human review.
The issue I am raising is not simply about submitting another dispute through the same automated system. I am asking for a fair and thorough manual review, along with access to the data or rationale used to justify the ban, which EA has refused to provide. My account of over ************************, with significant time and money invested, has been permanently banned with no meaningful explanation or due process.
Redirecting me to the same appeal link I already used is not a resolutionit's a dismissal. I respectfully request that EA actually review the specific case in question, rather than issue a form response. I am rejecting this response because: You said I was hacking/cheating! I do not have any hacks or cheats on my system! You won't give me any evidence that I was hacking or cheating so I have to take your word for the false positive. I have looked at all the forums regarding your in house anti-cheat in the past 3 months I found something like 50 users reporting that they were banned for no reason. This is only 50 users that have reported it. I am asking you to tell me at least which software was detected as hacks if I ma going to be banned. I was signed into the game April 6th and I logged of April 6th at 7:06 pm and your records say I was banned when I signed out at April 7th 2:06 UTC. How can I be banned as I am signing out? Was I reported or mass reported? Was I auto banned by your anti cheat?

I looked at the forums and found other users banned today. Something is absolutely wrong with your anti software and I am going to raise this concern on ******** to people that work in those departments.
