      Electronic Arts produced a video game. The game is madden 23. There is a mode that involves real money. Ultimate team has many issues but when i get scammed out of money because they false advertise. I get there is bugs but when everyone else got make rights i didnt.

      This involves the game Madden 23, and the process of buying packs with cash with very low odds of obtaining a desirable player card. This is a gambling racket.There is a process to buy packs or players with in game currency.After watching some videos from some streamers and YouTubers for the game that are sponsored by EA, they would advertise for coin sellers where you buy in game currency for cash and then buy the player you want from the in game auction house. This has a higher value to players.I wouldn't think that ea would frown against this coin buying process since there sponsored streamers advertise and instruct how to do it.I made a purchase and ended getting a transfer ban and having what currency I had in game wiped like many other players after searching for info. While I'm banned from using the auction house, the trade block and the companion mobile app, they still allow us to purchases the packs with horrible odds by using real money, and further make the company more money.I purchased the game for $80.00 I also subscribe to EA play pro pass at $99.00 annually and spent roughly$2000.00 on the gambling packs.I just seek to have my ban lifted, my coin balance restored and allowed to play the game properly. Purchasing of coin I understand is an offense and wouldn't purchase again.I reached out to ea and they refuse to listen, which goes with what other people say on the subject. Unless you're one of the streamers and get banned ea doesn't care for their customers.

      -On June 8, 2022 I paid Electronic Arts *** (EA) $39.99 for a 1 year subscription to Club Pogo. I am paid in full through 6/8/2023.-On September 30, 2022 I logged into club Pogo, and immediately noticed that my subscription had been wrongfully changed from PAID member to a FREE member account. -On September 30, 2022 - I contact Electonic Arts *** (EA) by telephone & was informed that other paid customers had been complaining of the same, and that despite being a PAID customer they were not going to immediately reinstate my PAID Subscription and that I would have to wait some days until their technical department could figure things out.-On Saturday, October 1, 2022 my Club Pogo subscription was still showing as a FREE Customer , so I contacted ******************** *** ************************ via chat, and was told the same thing as yesterday, and that they were not going to reinstate my account & that I would have to wait until whenever the problem was resolved.-This is NOT ACCEPTABLE

      I have spent close to, if not more than $1000 on games via the Electronic Arts platform Origin. I created an account with this service when I was a minor and, in the many years following, have moved, opened new credit cards and cancelled old ones, deleted the email address (it was created and used by me as a child), and more. Despite this, I continued to purchase games through Origin regularly and log into my account to play them.Since the last time I logged in to the account (months ago, but less than 1 year), Origin updated automatically and now requires email verification to log in. I did not opt into this update to my knowledge. I remember my ***************************** password, but am being forced to authenticate via an email address that no longer exists -- so I can't log in to the account.When I tried to get assistance through the contact info EA provides, I was told I needed to provide not only my name, but also my IP address, the credit card on the account, the date of a purchase and the title of the game, and more information that is impossible for a normal person to recall, much less someone who has moved across the country, cancelled a credit card, and never recieved email receipts due to the address being inactive for years. I can verify my identity with actual government documentation, but EA is asking for an unrealistic amount of personal information for a normal consumer to provide and will not accept anything less. Let me reiterate that I have not changed the username or password in years. I simply cannot verify via email address.I asked the representative in the chat if I could escalate the issue, and was given a phone number to call -- but if I call that number, they ask for the same information. When I asked if I had any other options, I was disconnected from the chat. I'm going to lose access to years of purchases due to this policy. There is absolutely no way this is fair or right.I would like assistance in resolving this with the company.

      I was hacked. I contacted ea with their help support. My account was being sold as I was speaking to them. They said theres no fraud and couldnt help. I lost over $2000 worth of players.

      Ea announced server closures for dirt 4 and dirt rally but only posted them on the 16th of September for shutdowns on the 3rd of October so only giving us 2 weeks despite in their legal page that they have to give 30 days notice, normally they give one month per the below but recently add 1 or 2 extra months, they posted on the 12th of August that they were being removed from game pass but didn't add the shutdowns till the 16th of the following months have proof that they weren't there on the 12th so they breached their own legal terms and i and others want the shutdowns postponed and reannounced with extra time as compensation Quote: (EA may retire online features after 30 days notice posted on www.ea.com/en-gb/service-updates.)From https://www.ea.com/en-gb/legal/legal-disclosures
