Despite knowing my ***************************** password, I was locked out of my EA account because it was linked to an email I do not know of or haven't used in easily half a decade. I contacted support and they put me through a verification process that I did not get right and asked me to try again. Every time I would have to go through a chat advisor explaining my situation over and over and giving them information (including my IP address from when I last played, despite moving multiple times over the last couple of years); they would continuously reject it and ask me to try again. I've pulled out specific purchases out of two different credit cards, down to the exact date of the transaction and they've still rejected it. Everytime I've asked for an alternative customer rep, I have been told that I can only return to the chat. I have done this four times already. EA's support is a waste of time and completely hostile to its customers. It is a shame I have to lose years of purchases because EA cannot have a user-friendly process of verification.Business Response

As you can see, I made an in-game purchase per ****** play TWICE and NEVER received the product. I have multiple emails going back and forth with them. They keep making excuses and claiming they need an order number when per the previous screenshot within ****** Play, there is NO order number.I have provided them with the exact same screen shots you all have as proof of purchase. Electronic Arts/Origin automated process banned me in error on Xbox madden 23 they wont help. Ive ask multiple time what rules i broke they send a very Vague term of condition but never tell me what I did wrong. First they suspended me coin distribution and took all my virtual currency (coins) I never sold or bought coins from anybody so I file a claim they deny the claim than Permanently banned me for making a false claim I never broke any rules and to be banned after spending hundreds of dollar already they lock me out of the trade block and action house to buy players with coins so Im force to spend money to try to get the players I want on me team Electronic Arts/Origin only care about making money if they think you spending money elsewhere they banned you these so call rules doesnt apply to everyone it only apply if you not making the company moneyBusiness Response

Hi, This issue is regarding EA, Specifically there franchise "Madden. "I've been a long time customer of them, My stepdad and I have been playing there game for about 7-8 years now. I've spent over $4,000 within that time frame. I would tell you how much We've spent this year alone but EA has removed my access to see that. My account has had no issues ever. About a week ago my EA Madden account was used without my permission from a Family member (Step-Brother) that doesn't visit very often. After speaking to him I found out he transferred EA's Madden 23 in game currency from his account to ours. Since him doing that, without a warning or suspension, EA permanently banned my account for life from every Madden franchise ever made. The EA terms of service team will not help me, I tried explaining most of what happened but nothing on there end. Again, my account has had no issues EVER, I've been playing there franchise for over 7 years now, and to be treated like this is just sad. Why am I getting punished for something that I had no control over. My account will never be used without my permission again. Ultimately from this I'm hoping for my EA account to be unbanned, with everything returned in game as it was when right before they banned it. I will never let my account be compromised again. Went to Electronic Arts website to show proof of purchase from the Xbox market place purchased about $205.00 (******) apex coins after taxes of online currency ********* Xbox shows their policy that Customers are eligible for a limited number of refunds per year, and I've reached the limit for this year. I Screen shotted the denied request and brought it to Electronic Arts and they are still not will to add the currency to my account after showing proper proof of purchase. I have not been given what i purchased. When I call and asked ************** from EA to speak to a supervisor I am then told they cannot allow me to talk to the supervisor when they have one. All I want is them to actually do their jobs and give customers what they have payed for.
