      In the world of games, we players invest a lot of time, energy and even money in the hope of enjoying the fun of games in a fair and just environment. However, EA's recent mistaken account blocking behavior has seriously affected the gaming experience of loyal players like me.First of all, I have always strictly abided by the rules of EA games. During the game, I have never used any cheating software or violated the fairness of the game. Every operation I made in the game was based on my own skills and understanding of the game. Whether in fierce battle scenes or in the process of completing daily tasks, I always maintain a fair competition attitude.However, suddenly I received a notification that my account was blocked. This notification did not provide enough detailed reasons, but only informed me that I violated the rules. This was completely unacceptable to me because I had no ******************** what I did wrong. This ban without a clear explanation was like an unwarranted accusation, and my reputation in the gaming community was also ********** account is not just a string of numbers, it represents all my efforts and memories in the game. I have unlocked many achievements under this account and spent countless happy gaming time with friends. Now that my account has been blocked, I feel like I have been deprived of these precious things.I hope EA can review the situation of my account being blocked. I ask EA to provide a more detailed and accurate reason for the blocking. If it is indeed a mistake, they should immediately unblock my account and take ************************ to restore my account status, including my game level, in-game assets, etc. At the same time, I also hope that EA can improve their account management system to avoid similar mistaken blocking situations from happening again, and provide players with a fair, just and transparent gaming environment.

      I purchased EA's Battlefield 1 on May 4th, and on May 5th I was banned by EA for no reason. I didn't violate any of the terms of sale, cheat or act maliciously in the game during this time. When I contacted EA's customer service, they ******************************. I wrote 4 emails to EA and they still haven't resolved the matter. EA is wasting my time and energy in vain, and I hope that they will correct their behavior after receiving the complaint and give me a fair response as soon as possible.

      Hello, BBB customer service of Love. I need to report the issue of my account to the EA team I really don't understand why my EA account was banned. I did nothing and it was banned just like ******* account has been played for nearly a thousand hours. I'm a player who loves APEX and I once reached the Master rank, but my KDA was only around 0.5. What I want to say is that all my data are normal and I have never used any cheating methods.During the days when my account was banned, I have been studying the problem of my account. I checked my email and learned how to discover the data and find the problem. After my efforts, I guessed that my account might have been stolen, and even hackers might have shared my account.I found that my account had been logged in with an IP address from another country as early as January, but I didn't notice it. Moreover, my account was bound to someone else's email address. Although the main email address wasn't changed, my email address was stolen. The change occurred around January 7th. During this period, I haven't logged in to my account until today, June 10th. I just retrieved my account.Before my account was banned in January, it had been in a leaked state. "IP_Geolocation": "Tokyo-JP-102-0082", "IP_Geolocation": "US","IP_Geolocation": And on the day of the ban, it was this IP from the Japanese region that kept logging into my account, and then my account was banned. Moreover, after the ban, there were still people from other cities logging into my account.       Unjust Account Ban Due to Hacking EA Case #********* My EA account was hacked sometime in 2024. I recently recovered it (in early June 2025), only to find that it had been permanently banned for violations in a game called Football Soccer, which I do not own, play, or have ever interacted with.The ban clearly occurred while someone else had unauthorized access to my account. I submitted a ban appeal through EA Help (Case #*********), but its been over a week and I have not received a meaningful response. It appears my case has been ignored or auto-dismissed.I am 17 years old, and this account ********************* a lot to me. Im simply asking EA to properly investigate the situation and lift the ban if the activity is found to have occurred while the account was compromised.       I purchased an add-on pack in Star Wars: The Old Republic on May 21st, it charged me, then I was charged again on May 22nd. I contacted EA/SWTOR after finding out about being double charged and I was told it was a known issue that occurred. I was told refunds would be issued for those that had been effected. It has been over two weeks now and I've yet to receive my refund. I've contacted SWTOR and EAHelp and neither of them seem to be able to tell me when I will receive my refund or issue my refund back to my card. My credit card bill is coming up soon and I shouldn't have to pay for something that should of never been charged to me.

      I am rejecting this response because:
      The message I received says they reached out to me to resolve this issue.. but that is not true. I have contacted them several times, but I still get the same response of they are aware of the issue and plan to refund those effected. Well it has been over two weeks, coming up on 3, and I have yet to receive my refund for the double charge. SWTOR CSR says they have no ******************** when the refund will be issued as they can't see that, but that EA is aware of the issue. I am then told to contact EAHelp and see if they know. I contact EAHelp and I am then told to contact ***** as they will have the answer. So it is a back and forth. I am trying to avoid doing a charge back for the double charge as I am sure it will result in my account being banned or closed, but I'll do what I must to receive my refund. All I am asking is for the money back that they double charged me.

      I am rejecting this response because: I see they say that I have been in touch with them about this matter, while correct, the matter still needs resolving. As of responding to this I have yet to receive my refund and it seems they are just going to blow this off, so unless they can give me a satisfactory answer as to when I can expect my refund to be given back to me for the money  they took by double charge then I will be left with no recourse but to contact my credit card company and get my money back that way. It has almost been 3 weeks and there is still no resolution from EA.

      As many EA game players, we write this letter of complaint with great frustration and anger. Recently, EA's anti-cheat system had a serious anomaly, resulting in a large number of innocent players' accounts being banned, which has caused great damage to many players. In the past period of time, many players in the normal EA's various games, without warning received the account was banned notice. These players did not break any rules during the game, nor did they use any cheating methods. They range from veterans who have spent a lot of time crafting their characters and worlds to newcomers who have just stepped into the world of EA games. However, the anti-cheating system indiscriminately blocked their accounts, making it impossible for them to continue to enjoy the game, and their previous investment of time, energy and possibly money was wasted.

      I am rejecting this response because:I guarantee that my account has been leaked. It was indeed leaked, and there are login ips from multiple countries in my email. I think this might be the reason for the ban. Because my account has been played for a long time and a lot of time and money have been invested, and it has certain value.
