      I lost my ea account that I loved so much and spent a lot of money on. I attempted to resolve my issue by going through ea support, which only let to a disaster. I then tried again, and was met with the same result. Everyone else agrees with me that the support system is terrible, but thats not what Im here to complain about. Im only here to get my account back and move on. I just want to be able to play on my old account again.

The PlayStation account id linked to the ****************** account is PsytwoYT, and the email is ******************** I just want my account back. I can provide images to prove I have the account on my PlayStation. I forgot the email to my ea account, but I know the PlayStation account linked to it, but I cant access it because its suspended.       Dear BBB Support Team:My EA ID is guoankang, and the registered email is ****************** My account for Apex Legends was banned, and I hope the company can lift the ban. I love this game and have invested a lot of time and money into it. I have always abided by the game rules and never used any cheating software or engaged in???? (violations). This ban has prevented me from continuing to enjoy the game with my teammates.I suspect the ban may be due to a system misjudgment. After a game update, there were several network fluctuations, and when I changed my network node, the game experienced abnormal lag and even disconnections, which might have been mistakenly flagged as unusual activity by the system.I feel EA has been inactive and failed to carefully review my account.       I am rejecting this response because:I am dissatisfied with EA's ban on my account. ********************** has been very perfunctory. My account was banned a ******************** ago, and at that time, I did not use any cheating-related software. The only incident was when I might have played at an internet ***. The computer at the internet caf was hacked. The network was very slow at that time, so I switched the acceleration node and changed the game node. Later, I checked and found out that someone had used cheats on the computer in that internet caf before, and the computer was hacked. I had no ******************** about it. I just went to the internet caf with friends to play and have a happy team match. I love Apex so much and have spent a lot of money and time on it.

      As many EA game players, we write this letter of complaint with great frustration and anger. Recently, EA's anti-cheat system had a serious anomaly, resulting in a large number of innocent players' accounts being banned, which has caused great damage to many players. In the past period of time, many players in the normal EA's various games, without warning received the account was banned notice. These players did not break any rules during the game, nor did they use any cheating methods. They range from veterans who have spent a lot of time crafting their characters and worlds to newcomers who have just stepped into the world of EA games. However, the anti-cheating system indiscriminately blocked their accounts, making it impossible for them to continue to enjoy the game, and their previous investment of time, energy and possibly money was wasted.

      I am rejecting this response because:I am writing to file a formal complaint against Electronic Arts **** (EA) regarding the unjust and unresolving ban of my EA account, which severely impacts my ability to access and enjoy games I have legitimately purchased and invested in.      This issue stems from a compromised linked Xbox account, leading to an erroneous ban for "cheating" in Apex Legends, despite my adherence to EA's terms of service.


      Prior to April 4, 2024: I was actively playing Apex Legends on my Xbox, linked to my EA account, without any history of cheating or violating EA's terms of service.      My gameplay was legitimate, reflecting over 550 hours of dedicated effort and reaching the Master rank.
      April 4, 2024 Account Ban: On this date, my EA account was banned from Apex Legends for "cheating."      This ban was immediately alarming, as I had not engaged in any such activities.
      Discovery of Xbox Account Compromise: Following the ban, I conducted a thorough investigation and discovered that my linked Xbox account had been compromised.      It appears unauthorized individuals gained access to my Xbox account credentials.
      Crucially, because my EA account was linked to the compromised Xbox account, the unauthorized party was able to launch Apex Legends through the Xbox platform, effectively gaining access to my EA account and initiating the "cheating" activities that led to the ban.      I had no direct knowledge or control over these actions.
      Upon discovering the compromise, I immediately took steps to secure both my Xbox and EA accounts, changing passwords, enabling two-factor authentication, and ensuring no further unauthorized access.

EA builds a silent 'castle', where players are like wandering lonely souls, knocking on no door, and having no way to appeal - this is a glaring scar in the digital age, and more importantly, a lament for the barrenness of procedural justice.When players knock on doors day and night in the siege of EA, and countless hours of hard work are silently consumed, this silent accusation will eventually become a thunderbolt. The gaming world should have shone with humanity's eternal pursuit of freedom and fairness, rather than becoming a quagmire of arrogance and indifference.       In the world of games, we players invest a lot of time, energy and even money in the hope of enjoying the fun of games in a fair and just environment. However, EA's recent mistaken account blocking behavior has seriously affected the gaming experience of loyal players like me.First of all, I have always strictly abided by the rules of EA games. During the game, I have never used any cheating software or violated the fairness of the game. Every operation I made in the game was based on my own skills and understanding of the game. Whether in fierce battle scenes or in the process of completing daily tasks, I always maintain a fair competition attitude.However, suddenly I received a notification that my account was blocked. This notification did not provide enough detailed reasons, but only informed me that I violated the rules. This was completely unacceptable to me because I had no ******************** what I did wrong. This ban without a clear explanation was like an unwarranted accusation, and my reputation in the gaming community was also ********** account is not just a string of numbers, it represents all my efforts and memories in the game. I have unlocked many achievements under this account and spent countless happy gaming time with friends. Now that my account has been blocked, I feel like I have been deprived of these precious things.I hope EA can review the situation of my account being blocked. I ask EA to provide a more detailed and accurate reason for the blocking. If it is indeed a mistake, they should immediately unblock my account and take ************************ to restore my account status, including my game level, in-game assets, etc. At the same time, I also hope that EA can improve their account management system to avoid similar mistaken blocking situations from happening again, and provide players with a fair, just and transparent gaming environment.
