      EA has routinely shunned *** fans since their exclusivity deal in ****. As soon as ****** made the jump to the PS3, EA deliberately deleted features from each Madden from 2008 to this very day. In 2008 (Madden 09) was the last game to have all of the features from EA's golden era, after that they began to slowly remove features from the game realizing they had zero competition and zero incentive to make a great game. EA has stripped ****** of everything, in an effort to enforce their pay to win game mode introduced in Madden 10 (MUT) . They completely removed superstar mode from the game and took feature after feature from franchise mode so it'd be too bare bones to play.The game is literally copy and pasted every year and broken in some way, shape of form to ensure that next years game sells and kills last years game without needing to add anything else to it. They do things like darken the lighting, lower the grass/turf resolution, break the games AI causing inaccurate and broken game play (that the ** modding community fixes every year) then switches them back to "refresh" the Madden experience. After 13 years of effectively killing their brand and enraging Madden fans they've finally started re-adding old features from their PS2 games into the modern titles. They have screwed us in a devious and malicious way only mirrored by our politicians. Finally, after 18 years of being the only football video game Madden 23's game play can compete with a game made with technology from the PS3 era (if EA hasn't told their devs not to fix their blatant game breakers), All Pro 2k8. The *** must end the EA exclusivity deal and allow other companies to compete with EA for a better game.

      Randomly my account password no longer works and they claim my details don't match my account. I can't get in because the account is so old I used an old email.. so I can't get a verification email.. I did my best to give them all my details but something didn't match their records, but I guarantee everything else did. I've lost hundreds of dollars in games and I was someone who didn't mind spending extra on new expansions or in game content. Literally years of funneling my paychecks into their pockets and they just take my account away.

      Purchased a game and activated under my kids account not realizing it was an underage account and thus am locked out of half the game due to age restrictions. When I called customer service said nothing they could do about it and ended up hanging up on me. Worst customer service ever!!!

      Locked out of my account because the email address was deleted. EA Support has NO interest in helping me. They will only send form letters and REFUSE to listen to the information I give them. No way to play EA online games anymore on Playstation as I just get constant error codes when I try to use my actual, working account.EA is so unprofessional, I think this counts as fraud.

      VERY SCANDALOUS TACTICS THE REWARDS BEEN BROKEN SO PEOPLE HAVE NO CHOICE TO BUY LOOT BOXES (PACKS) BUT THE ABILITY TO BUY LOOT BOXES(PACKS) WORK 100% OF THE ***** THERE ARE VERY LIMITED WAYS TO MAKE COINS IVE SPENT 319HOURS ON THIS GAME AND 1ST WAS THE NEW FIELD PASS REWARDS THAT WAS BROKEN, NOW THE H2H REWARDS ARE BROKEN. SO HOW I CAN THE COMMUNITY ACHIEVE THE NEW PLAYERS THAT ARE PUT IN THE **** IF THE REWARDS SYSTEM IS BROKEN AND NO ONE CAN RECEIVE COINS FOR SIMPLY PLAYING THE ****, THE ONLY OTHER WAY IS TO BUY PACKS.       Pay to play company. I have a 60 dollar game I bought and now I cant play because of their design. I spent 30k coins on a card to resell and they put a BND on it, now I cant. I have pictures of anything to back up my support.

Some items used in sets will now return directly back into your item binder as "BND" or account bound, meaning they can no longer be collected, auctioned, or traded, but can still be used on the field or ********* for reduced Training.       After charging my Debit card 3 times instead of once I reported the error to my bank, EA BANNED me, they are slow at investigating the situation, I have paid a years subscription to POGO, not only have they banned me from the game but they have not refunded any of the monies they have stolen from me and they refuse to let me sign into my POGO account to get the proof I need !!!!!!!

      EA Games.. EA Support.. What comes to mind when you see or hear these names? Worthless..Useless..Does not care about their customers. Basically, any negative word comes to mind, right? EA is like any other typical large corporation. They promise you the world, the best experience, they're the best, etc. Once you buy into their product they have your money, now you are useless to them. They outsource their support gro*** that have no ******************** what is going on. They are provided scripts in order to respond to your support needs. 9.5 out of 10 times their response has nothing to do with your initial question. Mostly because these outsourced analysts EA hires barely know the English language. I submitted 3 support cases needing help with my account on a game purchased online. All 3 responses had nothing to do with what I needed done. Overall, my case was not resolved as expected. Now I am left in the dark with my issue and cannot enjoy the gaming experience that EA games wants us (the customer) to have. **********************'s social analyst (who is most likely American) will see these reviews but won't be much they can do other than 1 thing. The 1 thing that most companies like EA should do when it comes to help and support and that is the word CARE. EA does not care. They outsource to save money. When you outsource, you get what you pay for and that is zero progress. EA..wake up and read the reviews out there. Your customers HATE you! Its not time to think..its time to replace some of your high *** in the company. Until then you are nothing else but complete garbage! I will look up every review site there is for EA and paste this review. Why? Because what I am saying is the truth. You don't even deserve 1 star.

      I only have a couple of games on Origin. I switched to a different computer and tried downloading "This War of Mine" that I paid for years ago. It won't let me. Called customer support and they gave ********************* link to download it from an outside sketchy website for free. It didn't even work and hopefully, I didn't get a virus. I called again and they said there's nothing they can do about it because the game is older. So I can't play for a game I paid for.I've bought A LOT of **** 4 games and expansions for years. Every month just about I have to change my password just to play the game I paid for. I don't even understand why I have to login to Origin to play the game. But now they banned for no reason. All I do is play **** 4. I wish I could get a refund for everything I paid for and switch to Steam. I've never had a problem with Steam. Save yourself a headache and don't buy EA or Origin.

      Madden 23 is an outright scam. Their ultimate team is a pure scam to fleece you of your money. Why do some packs give odds while the most desirable do not? EA is playing its consumer base for suckers. I have deleted their game.
