I received notification of an automatic renewal from this company. I have never used this software, it was included in my ** purchase and has been deleted from my **. When I contacted the company and attempted to long in, I did not have an account listed in their system. I reached up to the company and have yet to receive a response. I'm unclear as to how I have an auto renewal set up if no account exists under my name. Perhaps I simply missed the charges over the past 4 years, perhaps It was in the fine print when I purchased the ** with the preloaded software package. Thats my fault. HOWEVER, I want the latest transaction cancelled and charges refunded. I want my name removed from their autopay records, because I have no account, I'm unable to cancel something that I cannot access.Business Response

The software program Hallmark Card Studio had typos in the cards. This tells me that it is not a Hallmark Trademark sanctioned product. Fakes are the ones that have typos and errors. We want to contest this complaint. The customer is complaining about a company called inPixio. We are *************. We currently sell gaming monitors and monitor accessories and are starting to expand into other computer accessories.We do not sell any studio software like inPixio. inPixio is a company that seems to sell some sort of photo editing software. We do not know for sure since it is not our company, but their website reflects as such.
We can provide screenshots of our website showing what we sell and our business and screenshots of inPixio to show what they sell and what the customer is actually complaining about.
We would also like to emphasize that we do not have any prior contact with this customer, so we know this was a mistake on their part. This happened previously where an inPixio customer thinks we, *************, are the same and file the complaint on us. This has happened about 4 or 5 times now.
Once again, please understand the complaint is against a different company called inPixio. We are *************. and we only sell gaming monitors and monitor accessories.Business Response

In Pixio has a 30-day money back guarantee. I requested a refund within 2 days as the software could not do what I wanted it to do. I have emailed the company requesting a refund well within the money back guarantee time period. They keep emailing me requesting feedback about why I chose to ask for a refund at least 6 times so far and have yet to refund my money according to their refund policy since requesting a refund 2 weeks ago.Business Response
