  Im so glad with my kitchen done by Ybarra company they all have been very professionals to get this done. I really appreciate ***** and **** and ***** for all this in the Santa they bought to me.

  This was the worst contractor experience we have ever had! What started as a 3 day exterior painting job turned into 2+ months, too many problems to list here, and extremely vague contract writing and communication that ended up causing us to pay DOUBLE what we thought we were agreeing to in signing. There was more damage than good done to our home in the first 3 days of this project, which led to the following 2 months of ongoing stress, hours upon hours of personal time spent following up, documenting and communicating problems, our home being a constant worksite where we never knew when or if contractors would show up, being lied to multiple times when we'd ask if something had been done, being lied to after agreeing upon a way to fix damage and finding they'd actually done it a cheaper worse way instead, thus just adding a new level of problems, etc. Their contract writing skills were shockingly terrible, the description just being hand-written steps to painting anything really, and the payment schedule for money was not followed. After all the initial damage, we had understood a regional manager to be offering to "make this right" by doing some extra work "for the same price," with their best crew. We were grateful for what we understood to be an offer to preserve the company's reputation and review ratings, and agreed to signing what we understood to be a replacement/revised contract. Then we were hit with the WORST surprise when the job was 90% completed to find out that what we'd actually signed was a SECOND contract and that we actually now owed DOUBLE!We finally ended up agreeing to a settlement with the company and had to take on fixing all of their damage ourselves after losing trust repeatedly that they were going to do the job as agreed upon or professionally. The settlement was not what we would have liked, but given the level of our personal stress and time investment we would have been harming ourselves further by taking it to court.

  This experience remodeling has been as good as I could have hoped. Ybarra has been professional, friendly, and very good during the whole process. I highly recommend their services and will look to them for any future work.

  Work was great, worked with ****** to do some lightning updates and freshen up wallpaper. Love how it turned out!

  There is nothing Professional about this company. I agreed to use this company after meeting ******* who assured me he'd be the ** on the job and would make sure everything was perfect. I gave him a professionally done 3D rendering of the entire backyard project that he used to prepare his estimate. Once the permit for the gas line was granted, ******* disappeared entirely from the project and left the work to guys who know nothing about the project. I pleaded with ******* to come to the house and manage the project but he had decided it was too far from his home. WTF?! So, I came home one day and they had built me a retaining wall that looked nothing like the design in the 3D drawings provided, they just built what they had probably built 100 times before. Again, could've used an actual Project Manager on the job. After the wrong wall was built, that ruined the rest of the design and they just had to improvise the firepit and the rest. None of it is what we wanted. We decided to add some additional concrete on one side of the pool which he quoted, then proceeded to tell me that he needed to charge me for some additional concrete that he didn't estimate (due to fact that they screwed up the whole design). Since they poured concrete, I've had to have them come back many times because of cracking, missed sealer, etc. They made the opening for my pool skimmer so small I can't get the basket out any longer, and they still have some bricks that haven't been glued down. After 10 months of dealing with these clowns, I'm DONE. They are embarrassing.

  I would not refer them to ANYONE!!! The did very shoddy work, used second rate stuff, did a poor job. Had to redo quite Al lot of things!! I still have to have them come back and fix a few more, which Im not looking forward to. Plus, Im not prejudice, but none of the guys they den spoke English, so it was very hard to communicate with them, so things didnt go well!

  The construction and final look of our porch and balconies are top notch! We could not have found a better company to do our project. We will be repeat customers!
