    They lie to you about their products and use sales tactics to send you free product and tell you that you can return it if you don’t like the products but will not take returns on the products. They are very rude over the phone and are not willing to help in any way
    THEY ARE SCAMMERS
    And they will keep sending you bills in the mail threatening to send it to collections. Told them I will send their untouched products back and they will not take it

    This complaint is just like the rest. Sent me these "free" items and some drill bits. Didn't want them, they won't give me a return label. They threatened to turn me to collections. The salesman won't even return calls. Worst complaint have dealt with. Bunch of frauds. Wish I could choose 0 stars

    I am the owner of the Cha*******a Bs Company. I keeo getting a call from their colections asking for G****d. I do not know a G****d and the address given to me, I have no idea where that is.
    I did order something from them before and paid what I was owed.
    They keep saying I approved this order but not knowing a Gerald or this address how would I approve.

    Apparently, I have an unpaid invoice from over a year ago that got overlooked. A few weeks ago they randomly started charging a credit card I have on file $250 every two weeks without my authorizing the charges. Apparently, they did this once before, in October 2022, then nothing until a few weeks ago without any warning or contact.
    Imagine my surprise when I checked my credit card and saw three charges for $250 that I never authorized.

    They don’t deserve nothing as star , I was mistreated intimidated by telling me your accent we don’t understand you well speak good English and call us back Ali , any way they Calle me on my phone even though my business is not active wondering how did they got my nimber also same exact story like everyone else and they asked me to pay $573.51

    This business is a complete scam operation. They will have a “salesman” contact you offering to mail you some free safety glasses and gloves along with a catalog, with the agreement that you will give them a shot at earning your business if you were to need anything offered in their catalog. My free items were never delivered and now I’m receiving phone calls and demand letters stating I owe them over $500 for some drill bits I elatedly ordered. Their customer service rep will not even attempt to resolve the issue. Instead, will argue and demand you make a payment for the items you did not receive or order.

    They sent an unauthorized shipment to our business and now refuse to take it back. They are wanting to be paid over $500 for items that were not ordered and are stating will be turned over to collections if the bill is not paid. Customer service is horrible.

    I received a package from Inland Empire to my doorstep, in the name of my old company that has been closed for 6 months. I called and said it needed to be taken back by them. I then received a call from Mark, who claims he talked to me. And saying that since it's in my name they're holding me responsible and threatened to go after my credit if I don't pay. I told him they can send a return label and I'll send everything back unused, but I will not be paying.

    Complete scam company, Kyle don't ever call me or my company again, got completely blind sided with these so called drill bits that I ended up paying $400 for. You are a complete disgrace to the industry, I will spread this all over to make it seen, hope you sleep good at night scam company. Do not have any business with this scam company.
