  Cold call I received from them with drill bits and other things on a net 30.over a year agonever received products or bill I was supposed to pay *** put me on a one year hold for delivery after they investigated and these inland empire industrial is now sending me to collections.but the *** investigator did tap his scanner and went into truck and showed me a package was deliveredno signature and no pictures SCAM!

  If possible I would give negative stars! BEWARE this is a fraud! They contacted me multiple times trying to sell tools. After being told they would send me multiple items valued at over $500 I agreed. Upon receiving the box contained $30 worth of useless items. Tried contacting the company several times to get a return label (one lady actually laughed about the deception) Finally I was given a number to write on the box after I pay to return it. This company needs to be put out of business!

  They call telling you its a promotion to get free stuff for your business and they send you a product if you like you can purchase or if not you can return. I return the product at my expense because it was ****** priced and not worth the cost. They told me Ive created an account which I didnt. They are very unscrupulous and deceptive. Consumers be ware of the company.

  Total scam. Phone rep talked to me about some high quality drill bits made of a special alloy, explained a demo they saw where the bits were used for an extended period of time and then held them bare handed and was shocked that they were not extremely hot after the use. He said they were running a special for $500, and I happened to be looking for some nice drill bits, these sounded nice and was such a coincidence, so I bought them. Gave me 60 days to try and return them. I passed the 60 days without even opening the box (my bad) and the billing department hounded me, so I paid them.Finally got around to opening the box. Turns out these bits are labeled as "Iron Shark Tools ***" and can be had for less than $100 on **** brand new. Also, they don't seem particularly nice, just sort of normal to low quality bits. I can't find anywhere on the packaging that says the type of metal used. Some of the bits come in a mug style holder and the smaller bits slid down and are unreachable, so that ***** too.Got some other freebies in the box like gloves, lubricant, hand cleaner, etc, but that doesn't make up for the rip off.Beware!

  These people are scammers!! They call offering something on a trial basis with the offer of gifts. Then they charge you without the opportunity to return. When you want to return they conveniently insist they will call back with info for return and never do. Then they call to rudely harrass you for payment. Reporting them to the *** Bureau of consumer protection, and the ********** ***** of consumer affairs as well.

  They lie to you about their products and use sales tactics to send you free product and tell you that you can return it if you don’t like the products but will not take returns on the products. They are very rude over the phone and are not willing to help in any way

  And they will keep sending you bills in the mail threatening to send it to collections. Told them I will send their untouched products back and they will not take it
