    Company sends tools you don't want, never contacts you back and then sends you a bill. Got hung up on when I tried to question the bill. This company is a scam. Do not ever accept anything from them. Disgusting way to try and get money, clearly because their tools and equipment are worthless.

    Same as everyone else’s experience. Very disrespectful customer service will NOT offer any help with anything but trying to get your money. They buffalo people into paying for products cheaper else where. They want $499 for drill bits when you can get them from a competitor for $150 ish. I didn’t know there reputation till after the fact.

    Inland Empire Industrial Supplies, Inc. Is a scam company that contacted me unsolicited to try out there drill bits for free if i don'tlike them to send them bac, the drill bits are garbage I didn't like them offered to send them back and they stated that they wouldn't accept them back. They call constantly and say they will send it as a mark on my credit. I never signed a contract and will have my lawyers deal with the matter if they do try to damage my credit. There is no way on earth I will pay $500 for some cheap drill bits that can be bought at Harbor Frieght for $100.

    i wish there was a was to give negative stars. send you over priced junk say they will call you in a week to see how you like it. 31 days later collections calls and says your passed do. hang up when they call.

    Same story as everyone else who has posted a complaint. We were offered a set of drill bits to try out for 30 days and if we liked them we could then purchase them. The salesman said that he would be back in touch after this time, however we never heard another word until we were contacted about our "delinquent invoice". The customer service representatives that we spoke to were extremely rude and threatening, and spoke very limited English. We paid this invoice along with $40 in late fees and interest, there was absolutely no reasoning with these people. They then had the gall to call our office several days later to see if we were satisfied with the product. Lesson learned! Stay away from this company, there are better vendors to work with with and better products to buy. I would not recommend this company to anyone and hate to even give then "i" star

    The shady salesman called from this company with some free stuff ato try out then you get a supprise $499.90 bill with a package. Even if you dont agrea to buy anything they still send you junk and expect you to pay. The best advice once you hear the name is to hang up!!

    If you want a replacement item, GOOD LUCK all they want is sales, before you buy a product check out other companies you will find it cheaper, all the free stuff will cost you in the long run,
