    I would give this company a -10 if I could. They get your business info and expect you to pay $499 for some tools that are worth $20 and if you dont pay it they blow up your phone threatening to send you to collections. I advised the rude individuals calling me that I have not even opened the tools let alone use them and they have one of two options A) ill send back their worthless product or B) I keep them and they dont get their money. They told me they "Will get their money" and my 30 days is past due.
    Save yourself some time and do not use this company. They are a joke and so is everyone who works for them

    I had to message them to remind them about a return refund. Then they keep your shipping fee. Crooks!
    Bad company practices.
    Do not buy anything that is size specific, you take a chance of it not fitting and having to return it.

    This company called with some free stuff and including drill bits for free that we never ordered or wanted anything from them well never received nothing and they calling with the invoice amount and treatment that they will forward to collection company. This business must be closed and police need to investigate and put them behind bars for scamming people.

    This company is a scam, they target company names hoping that they can get away with their terms and conditions that they argued you agreed to over by phone.
    Long story short they offer you free stuff asking for your address and permission to send their overprice crap Gloves, oil, glasses and drill bits, you said go ahead send it and then they send you a bill for $500 of garbage, I’m a truck driver, never home usually many months away so the told me that I had 30 days to return their garbage after 2 months passed, I had to send my neighbor to verify if that garbage was in my mail and sure it was lol.
    I have being harassed by this company threatening me to file collection on my credit, I told them they got 2 options 1) send a label package so they can recover their garbage or 2) loose their garbage
    If any of this wanna be gangsters reading this you know what to do… send your stupid label package so I can Waist my time returning that garbage I should charge this people for making me waist my time and if they keep harassing me I will lawyer up and find expose their scam

    TOTAL RIP OFF ARTISTS. Misrepresented the price of their drill bit. Said it the drill bit was 4 9 9. They'd send some freebies too. Then they shipped our company a drill bit priced at $499.00!!! HELL NO! Now they're arguing about accepting them back, which is totally what their return policy states they WILL do, accept unused product back and refund within 30 days, but they finally relented and said they would send us a return slip. Now we'll see if they jerk us around further like I see other people in this thread talking about.

    This company send items you never ordered then expect you to pay. They harass you and the people are very rude. They refuse to except the items back when returned. The items are over charged based on there quality. Low grade material.

    I am being bullied by this company. I said that i would try their drill bits, but never received them. I have surveillance cameras, and show absolutely no one delivering anything. They are extremely rude and condescending. So now i have this company threatening to place this on my credit. I don't know what to do to stop this from happening? They try to trick you into saying that you have received them, and then use it against you. It boils down to this. They are a bunch of dishonest conniving people. I wish i would've looked the, up here in the beginning.

    This company is a SCAM. Liz is rude. My husband was not told about the $499 cost, because he would have never agreed to get "promotional products". They talk to about "at no cost" but don't tell you there is a cost to keep it or a cost to return it. I was also told that I had to ask about the return and who was responsible, that was something they didn't just disclose. This company will stick you with a bill, and have your company with a bad credit. If they call just hang up. I am gonna eat the shipping cost, but I will NEVER do business with this place. Also the products they send is not $499 worth.

    Calls our elderly owner (who is my father) constantly and ships tool but does not tell him the price or return policy. Ships it and then calls and threatens collections. This last shipment that he didn't want cost $6000. The product was not worth this and I told them to never call again. I have canceled his credit card and put on stop payment on the bank account as they would push through payments for product unworthy of these amounts.

    This company calls and asks for our parts manager and when informed he is not in and can I take a message they just rudely hang up. VERY unprofessional company. I have blocked their number. I would NEVER do business with such a rude company.
