Impaktech states on their website that my order can be made within 1-3 weeks of order date. No order update or communication beyond 3 weeks and I waited another month for nothing. Finally decided that it was not happening and reached out to them a couple of times to cancel the order with no response. Contacted my bank after yet another month to start a dispute and they suddenly appeared that the order is almost done and denies to cancel my order or process a refund. It is a fraud when a business fails to deliver and refuses to process a refund. Multiple complaints online about this company. If they take my money and never delivers my product it is a fraud! Its also a big purchase ($680) so it is not just some small business problem!Initial Complaint

I placed a order with them over a month ago. Apparently there was an error in their system and I had to pay more than what was advertised on the website. Okay no problem I paid it and asked when my order would be sent out as it was already 3 weeks since the order. They told me it would be sent out that day they were just waiting for payment. So I paid and since then I've emailed and tried to call in. All my emails have been ignored and calls sent to voice-mail. After a week of calls and emails they answered and was extremely disrespectful told me they have no updates I asked to speak to a manager to get a resolution and was told none were available. I told the lady I wanted to make a complaint because she was being rude and she just kept saying "yup and". Eventually I hung up and called back and this time the "owner" who is the guy you reach when clicking 1 for sales said they were all sitting there laughing at me being upset and it was 100% my fault for the whole problem. He hung on me and I called back and was sent to voicemail again i left a voicemail asking for a refund and now they blocked my phone number from contacting them. My complaint is with a company called impaktech who owes me a refund of $414.00. I sent the item that I purchased back to impaktech which was an adjustable sub cage for my motorcycle, through the **** shipping label that the owner, *************** provided, and the item had been received back by impaktech on January 8, ****. (I checked the tracking status on the **** website) I waited two days for the company to notify me that they have received my item back and that the refund was in process, but I received no response or email from this company. Complete silence. I emailed them on January 10, ************************************************************************************************* place was when the owner of the business, ***************, responded stating that the chargeback was accepted and my bank should be providing me with a refund soon...after a few days of checking the status of any pending or posting refund back to my debit card, there was none at all so on January 15, **** I emailed *************** asking him what was the status of my refund because nothing was pending or posting. I told him if he does not give me back my money that they owed me I will have to take further actions. He emailed me back stating that it was out of his hands now and that my bank was now responsible and that I should call them. After contacting my bank concerning this matter my bank clearly stated that nothing has been done on his end and that he needed to reissue my refund and provide the date and time of the issued refund. I emailed *************** back to let him know this. He told me that he would speak to his team and get back to me............today is January 25, ****. He never got back to me, and I haven't heard from him or his company since. Complete silence. I am very upset and all I want is my $414.00 back. Order #***** Date order was processed: 17 November 2023 Order:1 x Crash Cage 1 x sub cage Order total= ****** I placed the order back in November, within a 24 hour period after making the transaction I immediately reached out to the company since the charge hadnt been processed nor the order requesting the order be cancelled since I would not be able to receive the product due to the long turn around period. I called the company, left a voice message, submitted a ticket request, and emailed them to which they did not reply to any. At that point I attempted to dispute the charge with ****** since the seller had not responded to me and the product had not been sent (around 12 December 2023) Affirm eventually got a hold of the seller and the seller called me. When I answered I mentioned I had been attempting to contact them about cancelling the order since the day I placed it. The woman on the call (did not say her name) mentioned they had a 30 day cancellation policy to which I said I attempted to cancel it the next day and she said they actually didnt accept cancellations. I explained to her I wouldnt be able to receive the product to which she said she would place me on hold, came back to say the manager would give me a call back. Yet they never did. Around the 28th of December ****** closed out my dispute saying there was insufficient evidence to prove the seller acted against their agreement and closed out my dispute. I attempted to contact the seller again by calling then emailing them to request an update on the product and they did not respond. It is now the 6th of January, 11 days shy of 2 months since I placed the order and I still have not received the order to the address. I need a refund. This is flat out wrong and unprofessional on their end.Initial Complaint

I purchased my crash cage 08/04/2023 and after multiple attempts to contact them I never received a tracking number. I never received an email back after multiple attempts and calls were never answered. I've already disputed this transaction with my bank and am waiting to hear back to get an update. They're trying to reach the merchant which I have a feeling they won't so I'm confident I will get my money back.Initial Complaint

I ordered a crash cage for my motorcycle on July 12 and been trying to get info on a tracking number or how much longer it would take to get. Ive heard no response, tried calling emailing and even put in a ticket through their website like the company suggests still nothing. Their company standard is 4 weeks to ship and its been 3 months. This isnt the first time I had issues with this company. Their customer service is absolutely terrible. On November 25, 2022, I purchased motorcycle supplies, specifically Race Rails and a Subcage for my 2019 ****** R6. Impaktech's Instagram and official website promises fast shipping. Months go by and I did not receive the motorcycle supplies. I made multiple attempts to reach Impaktech, however it was very hard to get a response in a timely manner. I would often have to try texting, or calling multiple times. I have also reached them over email, and instagram, however when that stopped working I would then call or text their business phone and would get a response sometimes. They are mostly unresponsive. 3 months go by without receiving any of the supplies I ordered. I sent Impaktech a message in writing stating to give an update or I will contact my bank for dispute. They did not respond so I contacted my bank for dispute. Unfortunately, my bank did not approve my dispute, even though I provided all proof and documentation for my case.Initial Complaint

I made an order on April 1st for a crash cage and some levers. Estimated delivery on their website is 4-6 weeks. I have not gotten any updates since. I used their ticket system to submit a request for a status update and not response. I called the number which goes directly to voicemail. I texted the number (recommended on the recording) and no response. I’ve followed up multiple times and no response.
