      On January 5th around 10:15 am I took my brand new black 2023 Ram to the first car wash on the quick quack Auburn car wash, after the car wash I noticed that my car was very scrach from both side were their brushes clean my car and have damaged my clear coat paint layers leaving my car very scrach, I went to to make a incident report with the manager in charge and he told me that he won't be responsible for my damaged causing by there equipment because my car have mud in the button and I can clearly see in the footage videos that my car didn't have any scratches on the middle were there was not mud, he denied my complaint and told me to report it to my insurance, my car was damaged by there equipment this was the first time that I was washing my car and there lack of maintenance ruin my paint and tlnow they don't want to take responsibility for it when this was cause by there equipment, I just want my paint to be fixed because their equipment cause this damaged and they need to resolve this issue, they can clearly see in the videos that my car didn't have any scratches and they still denied my claim, this is not fair for customers like me. My car wasn't cover in mud like they said to avoid responsibility, I can see in their footage pics that the mud was in the bottom of the car not in the middle were the scratches are I even told and explained to the person in charge but he decided to ignore telling me that I can file a claim with my insurance but they won't take any responsibility, you can clearly see the patterns of their brushes that made all the scratches around boths side of my truck.

      Went through the car wash and noticed right after the clear coat on my back rims was flaking off. The assistant manager on duty wrote up a statement report and stated that she didn't notice the damage before I went in the car wash and that the tire repair person was there that morning. Hired a rim repair company and the technician stated that the damage most likely was caused by the car wash. The manager/owner replied rudely to me in email form and stated he tried to call (he didn't) wouldn't respond to an email stating I would also like a refund at least for the remainder of the month. Now I am left with a $400 bill to repair my back tires.

      When a customer reports a concern, our team follows a structured process: we document the report, review surveillance footage, and conduct a thorough internal investigation. In this case, our footage confirmed that the damage to the rims was present prior to the vehicle entering the wash.
      We also want to clarify that our assistant manager would not have made the statements referenced in the complaint. Specifically, there was no tire repair person on site that dayor at any time since we do not have a tire repair person at Quick Quackand our team is trained to remain neutral, gather information, and explain the standard claim review process without offering personal opinions on the cause of damage.
      As noted on our posted signage, we are unable to accept responsibility for damage to parts that are not factory-installed, are already damaged, unsecured, or on vehicles more than five years old. Based on this policy and the evidence reviewed, the claim was respectfully denied.
      While we regret that this experience did not meet your expectations, we hope this helps clarify how and why the decision was made.

      On 12/09/2023 We drove thru the car wash machine after checking at the entrance as always, while I was in there and watching the process We hard something hitting the driver side window, it was the mirror that somehow got pulled out of the enclosure by the treads of the spinning rollers. When we got out, parked on the side and wen to report it to the staff. One of the staff members filled out a report and told me that within 3 business days someone will contact me. 4 days later, no one contacted me. I called customer service and had to provide all the information again and that needed to wait another 3 plus business days for some one to contact me. I patently waited hoping that the company would be taking responsibility and repair my truck's mirror. on 12/15/2023 I got an email from the Store Leader at **** stating that after 'carefully' evaluating the accident that they didn't find sufficient evidence that that happed in their machine and to provide facts or evidences to prove it. I replied to the email stating that if they already reviewed the videos showing that my mirror was ok when We checked in and that it was hanging when we got out of the machine to allow me to review the videos myself. As of today still no one had responded. Of course I canceled my membership and planning never make any business with this company.

      We took our Jeep to Quick Quack December 22, 2023 for a carwash. We heard a noise while our vehicle was being pushed on carwash track. We noticed our rims scrapped at both front passenger and drivers side, and tire sidewall was slit. We completed an incident report, an employee took photos. We were told someone would reach out. After calling 800 customer service # due to not hearing anything within 3 business days, we finally did receive a phone call at 6:30pm from ****** w/Quick Quack stating he reviewed the camera footage and it was preexisting. ****** was not help so we reached out to the 800 customer service number but all they stated is they can not help us it is a store issue. We requested the camera footage from ****** but no response. The damage is not preexisting we are requesting our rims and tire to be repaired and/or replaced. We have been a member of Quick Quack since August 2021 paying between $30 to $50 monthly membership fee. Please help us resolve this issue. Thank you.

      My bank account has been getting charged since January 2023, was finally able to sit down and check on charges, turns out I had my membership for a few months of ***** then someone else would use my information for fraud and stole about ***** towards a membership at quick quack, I cancelled my membership and my last payment goes out July 5,2023. I never received a confirmation email, message, call, anything about the other amount of ***** being taken out of my bank account without my knowledge. Now my bank (schools first) nor quick quack have helped in getting my money back, (my bank only returned about $100 out of over $300 because they could only go back 90 days) quick quack mentioned its a person named ******************* with my same license plate number, they also said they cant return my money because they use their services way too much (as if that would be my fault) now Im at a loss, confused and no one can help. I was given the location of where this person was using their services, it is over 7 hours away from my home and it has been impossible for me to go to this location. Quick quack in ********* was what I was told.

      We appreciate the opportunity to respond. This matter was thoroughly investigated when the customer contacted our ************* team on December 21, 2023. Our records, including those from our secure payment processor, confirm that the card in question was physically presented at the time it was added to a second membership account.
      Given that both accounts were active and regularly used, and we were unable to verify fraudulent activity on our end, we were not able to issue a refund. The customer was advised to continue working with their financial institution, as any determination of fraud must be made through the card provider.
      We regret any inconvenience this situation has caused, but we consider this matter resolved based on the information available to us.

      I am rejecting this response because: it is unfortunate that this type of fraud is done against faithful customers. There was no way I could have purchased that membership myself, seems like fraud is being done inside of this business. Also I never traveled to said place where membership was being used nor did I accept this purchase. My license plate information was being used without my permission in that case, I was told my car with my license plate was used in another town hours away from where I live which was untrue.

      We apologize for any frustration you have experienced and that this is not the outcome you desired; however, as we previously explained the stripe transaction does show that the physical card was presented and used at the location to make this purchase.  Due to this we cannot prove that fraud occurred.  As we have previously explained if you believe fraud occurred please contact your financial institution so that they can conduct their own investigation.  Our team will be happy to provide them with any information necessary in order to complete their investigation.

      I am rejecting this response because: where is the proof of me me purchasing the second membership? I worked and commuted in ******,Hemet, ***********, which is where I purchased my membership for my Jeep, the only car I used for washes, then for a while I stopped taking it in so later I decided to cancel that membership then I found out someone had submitted a purchase for a second membership, for my one car? why would I buy a secondary membership when I already had one? Does it make any sense? I reached out to my bank but because it has been too long they were unable to get me all of my money back, I will continue to let everyone, everywhere know about this fraudulent car wash until this is solved. Thank you!

      I purchased the Ceramic Duck car wash and my car came out just as dirty as it was when it went into the car wash. There was no onsite manager to speak to, and when calling their phone number, it was out of service!! I wanted a clean car, but at this point Ill settle for a full refund and a working phone number that I can call.

      On December 07, 2023 I used Quick Quack Car Wash to wash my 2023 ***** Civic. unfortunately, when my car came out of the wash there was a very noticeable scratch on the right side of the top of the veicle. I informed the car wash personel and they wrote me a Customer Incident Report. I was advice by the manager at the car wash to give them three days to investigate. Fair enough, I waited, however not even three days passed, on the 2nd day (Saturday,December9) I received a GROUP(5 other people) text message detailing that our claim was denied. I was upset that not only did they denied my claim, but also share my personal number with 5 other strangers. On Tuesday,December 12, I called corporate to get answers on why my claim was denied, also, on why they didnt bother to send my own text message. According to corporate, once the claim its been resolve, they ussually send you an (individual) email with their decision taken. therefore, employees are not allow or should not be sending any text message to customer. Corporate asked if I could send them a picture of the group text message which I did. Once again, I was told (this time by corporate) to give them three days to investigate, and that someone will reach out to me. The three days passed and no one called me back, so I called corporate once again on December 15th. The person who assisted me said exactly the same thing as the first person when I first called, "give us three days to investigate, and some one will reach out to you." Once again, no phone call from corporate, so for the third time I decided to called corporate again, on December 21th. honestly, it was a waste of time. Once again, I have to wait another 3 days!

      I signed up for a monthly car wash program. I was told it would be 15,99 each month. I just noticed I was only charged ***** once and in November I was charged ***** and yesterday they processed another charge of *****. I called to get this remedied. They told me they would not refund the charge that is still being processed right now and that they would not reimburse the difference in the overage charged last month. I agreed to *****/month. I asked the person when I signed up if that was the cost each month and was assured that it was. I was bait and switched. I will pay the ***** I agreed to. I want the $16 difference in last month and the full ***** being currently charged to be refunded. This is fraud.

      On Friday November 3rd while getting my truck washed, the truck came off the conveyor belt in the middle of the wash cycle. On this particular day they loaded the vehicles in very close to each other, so when my car fell of the conveyor belt the vehicle behind me ran into the back of my truck denting the bumper. After the collision the conveyor stopped the employees assessed the situation and instructed me to pull up and they restarted the wash cycle. Once we were out of the wash an employee took down our information and the other driver and I exchanged information as well. After a month of Quick Quack not returning phone calls I reached out to the other driver and was informed he was having the same issue. Finally on Dec 7th I received an email from an incident supervisor who wanted a brief description of the event. Then on Dec 19th I was informed by the other driver that Quick Quack had contacted him and informed him that I was at fault and that I didn't follow the instructions provided by the employees as evidenced in a video. Quick Quack has yet to follow up with me. I was able to get a copy of the video from the other driver and there is nothing in it that shows me not following the instructions as they indicated.

      We appreciate the opportunity to respond to this concern and regret that the customer was dissatisfied with the outcome of our investigation.

      This incident, which occurred on November 3, 2023, was thoroughly reviewed by our leadership and incident response teams. This review included a full analysis of security footage, employee statements, and the customers account of events.

      Our video review confirmed that there was no malfunction of the conveyor system or any component of the wash that would have caused the customer's vehicle to exit the conveyor unintentionally. As with every wash visit, safety instructions are clearly provided to all customers before entering the tunnel: 1) place the vehicle in neutral, 2) remove hands from the steering wheel, and 3) remove foot from the brake.

      In this case, the video footage shows the customer actively moving inside the vehicle, including wiping down the dashboard and interior surfaces, placing hands on the steering wheel, and ultimately applying the brakes at 4:39:57 PM. This action caused the vehicle to disengage from the conveyor, which led to the incident described.
      While we understand that this situation was frustrating for those involved, the evidence confirmed that the safety procedures were not followed. As with any traffic-related event, responsibility lies with the party whose actions directly led to the incident. Because this was not caused by any equipment failure or negligence on our part, we are unable to accept liability for the damage.

      We communicated the results of our investigation and the basis for our decision to the other party involved. We regret that the customer feels this was not handled to their satisfaction and wish them the best moving forward.

      I am rejecting this response because:

      What they are claiming is false. Yes I was wiping down the dash, but only applied the brakes when the vehicle fell off the conveyor. At no time did I ever turn the steering wheel. I believe when the technician loaded my vehicle on the conveyor he put me way too close to the side which ended up pushing me off the conveyor in the middle of the wash. They don't want to claim responsibility but it was their fault 100%. To claim it was my fault is complete fabrication. Wiping the dash down with a wipe would not make the car leave the conveyor.

      We apologize for any frustration you have experienced and understand that this is not your desired outcome; however, that does not change the fact that the footage does show that you applied your brakes in the wash at 4:39:57 PM and this action caused your vehicle to disengage from the conveyor and ultimately cause this incident.  


       Upon entering the wash every customer is given the safety instructions to 1) Place the vehicle in neutral 2) remove your hands from the wheel, and 3) remove your foot from the brake. When these instructions are followed your vehicle will be pushed along through the tunnel in a safe manner until the directional signage at the end of the wash instructs you to "go" at which point you will place the vehicle in drive again and exit safely. Unfortunately, these safety instructions were not followed in this case causing this incident. 


      The footage shows that the wash did not malfunction in any way during your visit and the damage caused was due to driver error. Like a normal traffic accident, the driver whose actions caused the incident would be responsible for all damages. Unfortunately, we cannot accept responsibility for damage that was not caused by the wash.  We wish you the best.

      Took our car to Quick Quack Car Wash on *************************** in ****, ** on 9/30/23. Was not advised by car wash personnel or store signage regarding any problem with cars roof rack. Car wash personnel ushered car into car wash, car emerged with $2600+ damage to vehicle roof. Took photos immediately and received signed incident report stating, Top brush was not retracted and came down on and damaged racks as well as top of the car. Was told manager would reach out within 3 business days but he never did. Called customer service number on website after waiting a week and was again told manager would reach out, but again he did not. On 10/13/23 went to car wash at 6:30 am before opening, spoke in-person to the manager and showed damage to vehicle. Was advised by manager to take vehicle to a specific autobody shop in town for a quote. Performed quote at specified autobody shop on 10/23/23, whereupon they sent a copy of the quote to the manager. We retained a copy of the quote for our records. Did not hear back from manager despite numerous attempts to inquire as to the status of the issue. Finally heard back from manager via text on 11/10/23 that he will attempt to get a copy of the quote from the body shop. We contacted the body shop ourselves, and they verified that they had indeed sent the quote initially. We requested they resend the quote to the store manager, and we texted pictures of our copy of the quote as well, showing repair costs at $2621.68. Did not receive any response/communication from store manager. Contacted Quick Quack Car Wash LLC again on 12/10/23 through company online portal and was again told that the manager would contact us in 3 days. As of 12/14/23 we have not been contacted and have seen no forward motion towards reimbursement for vehicle damage.

      We apologize for any delay and frustration this customer experienced during their claim.  Their claim did elapse over a time when we had a change of store leaders and unfortunately the previous store leader had not processed this payment in a timely manner.  As soon as our new store leader took over they did expediate the the payment to the body shop to close this claim.  We again apologize to the customer for the frustration this situation caused and appreciate their patience and their time as they worked with the new store leader to resolve this concern.  We hope to have the opportunity to serve them again in the future.
