      Hello ****** -
We're truly sorry to hear about the damage you mentioned and understand how frustrating that must be. However, after reviewing our records, we were unable to find a damage claim filed in connection with your visit.
Because this incident occurred over a year ago, were unfortunately unable to conduct an investigation at this point. In situations like this, we recommend contacting your vehicle insurance provider, who may be better equipped to assist with resolution.
At Quick Quack, we are committed to doing everything we can to ensure the safety of every vehicle that travels through our wash. We wash hundreds of vehicles each day without issue, but in the rare case of damage, we take every claim seriously and conduct a thorough investigation to determine what may have happened.
To help us best support our customers, we strongly encourage anyone who suspects damage to immediately notify our onsite staff and file a claim at the time of the visit. This allows us to review footage, inspect equipment, and gather relevant information in a timely manner.
For transparency, our damage claim policy is posted in multiple locations at each of our facilities, including at the wash entrance. As stated, we are only responsible for items that are factory-installed, properly secured, undamaged, and on vehicles less than five years old. Antennas should be removed or retracted prior to entering the wash.
Even with these guidelines in place, we always aim to work with every customer fairly and respectfully.

Im a monthly customer of a car wash service at Quik Quak. I prepay for certain services each month. Included in my paid service is for my tires. This is pad for in advanced as it is an additional fee I pay. However, the tire shine machine is broke and they are not fixing it which is making it an overpayment by customers with the establishment making an overage of monies. To add injury to the insult there is no one in management to complain to. I expect to be reimbursed for the additional and over payment.

Incident 01/17/24 Took my SUV to have it washed as I'm a member for almost 2 years. I ask the employee if I can go in twice because my vehicle was really dirty he said I can go as many times as I pleased. So I went in the 1st time there was no issue second time I went in when the soap dispensing started to come down the pressure lifted my windshield wipers up when the scrubber came down it ended up pulling the wipers straight pointing up after the rinse and coming to the end to blow dry my vehicle the air pressure broke the driver side wiper and that wiper ended up broke to the driver side mirror. I immediately park my vehicle and had the employee who attended me come see the damage that occurred we tested out the wipers to see if they would move when turned on and they did not move. He made me fill out an incident report and took a picture of my broken wiper and said I will be contacted within 3 days. I had no choice but to get my wipers fixed as soon as possible due to the fact we were expecting rain in the coming days. Total cost was $560.00 to replace the wipers as they come in a set only. I was contacted by one of the leaders named *********************, he stated after reviewing footage it does show that the windshield wiper came off underneath the blower section but I must of have previous damage to them and there for they are ******* my claim. They attach the footage of the ending when it broke off and a picture saying they are not responsible for any previous damage. I responded to him asking him to please review the footage from the 1st time I enter showing nothing had happen to them and I had no previous damage to my wipers. He has yet to respond back. I would like copy's of the 1st time I went in as well when I went in the 2nd time. I only received the ending of the 2nd time coming out.

I put my membership on hold for two months to give them time to fix the mechanical issues at their Vintage Park location. My membership started again on 1/24/24. On 1/28/24 I went to get a car wash. I asked the young lady who was attendant the wash if all the equipment was working. She said yes. I proceeded to get a wash. All the equipment was not working. The brushed that clean the top of your car did not work and one of the brushed on the right side of the car did not totally clean that side. Also, more of the the vacuums were not working from when I paused my membership.I talked to a male attendant and he gave me the customer service number to call. I called today and the young lady on the phone told me she will cancel my membership but could not refund my money because I used the service. I told her the female attendant had lied and told me everything was working and the facility is in worse shape than when I paused my membership. She said she would let upper management know. I told her their management doesn't care otherwise they would have fixed the issues in the last two months. I want my membership cancelled and a total refund.

On October 1st 2023 I took my 2018 kia ****** SXL through the quick quack Carwash located at **** noth *********** in ****** ** *****.. and the car wash bent my driver side mirror completely backwardnand was stuck like that.. I immediately went and got in an employee and had to insist he come look at my mirror and make a report as well as take picture as this was not some minor thing. finally he agreed to come over and make the report and once he saw my mirror he did write up and incident report as well as FaceTime the manager (since it was a Sunday the manager was off that day) once he gets the manager on FaceTime and shows him my mirror the first thing the manager says is well get her to get a monthly membership and tell her then we can help her.. the employee informs him I already have a membership and the manager tells him to get me to upgrade my membership.. ( I already have the best membership they offer) after all that I get of FaceTime with the manager where he is telling me to lift up slightly on my mirror and force it back into place.. I tried to get it back in place but it wouldnt budge and I refused to try and force it with more pressure and take the chance of breaking it more.. I explained that my mirror had cameras and sensors on it and I was taking that chance.. they said ok and that he was already reviewing the cameras and would call me in a few days.. he never called me and so I called then and explained the situation gave them the incident report number and they have never done anything to help me resolve this issue. I have called over a dozen times.. I have asked to speak to the the the district manager the regional managers and everyone else but all I ever get told is they sent out another email and that someone will contact me in 3 to 5 days.. no one ever contacts me and I just keep calling every week.. I have done everything in my power short of hiring an attorney to get this resolved but they refuse to call me back.

The 3rd week of December I utilized this car wash and noticed damage to the passenger side mirror. Picture is enclosed, but you can see the plastic portion popped off as well as indentations on the paint above that section. I attempted to contact the company who told me to go to the store. I did this, and on the second visit, we found the missing part in the wash. I filled out a damage report and was told a manager would call. I would end up going back to the location two more times and talking with the manager. During this time, I reached out to the company via the website as well as telephonically. I kept getting the response that someone would call. Finally after the 5th attempt an email was sent with a message from the manager. This email caught the company in 3 lies. It said the company attempted to reach out to me-I have phone records showing this not to be true, I was the only one who ever called. Second, They said the damage was pre-existing. This is untrue and if it was, why did they have my part that fell off in the wash? Lastly, they said BOTH mirrors had preexisting damage. I only claimed one mirror as the other is still fine, so blatant lies once again. I have done everything reasonably possible and the company takes no responsibility. I am not ruling out the possibility of discrimination at this point as my car as Purple Heart plates.

I used the Quick Quack Car Wash (Location ****) on ************************************ Sacramento, ** ***** on January 7, **** at 2:30pm. Upon approaching the tire shine portion of the automated carwash, my vehicle suddenly came to a halt as the wash continued to operate and the car behind me kept approaching while the rollers bounced under my car. I then felt the car forcefully and suddenly pushed as if it was stuck and then freed up. Upon exiting the wash, I inspected the vehicle for damage; there were deep gouges in the driver side front rim indicating the issue/contact causing the malfunction. The attendee who assisted me apologized and mentioned that "this has happened multiple times and is a known issue, however, the Manager refuses to shut it down."As the sign states that Quick Quack is responsible for damage to factory installed parts less than 5 years old, I figured this would be an easy resolution as my car stayed within the guard rails as guided by the attendee the entire time of the wash, I was in neutral, kept my hands off of the steering wheel, and had the car in neutral. After entering the claim -- it was denied stating: "We have completed our investigation and review of the video footage. You were guided on the conveyor correctly slightly over to the right side of the rails. As you traveled down the conveyor, you were all the way over to the left and hit the entrance of the tire shine. The tire shine was off this day and there was no malfunction of equipment. Unfortunately, there is no negligence on Quick Quack, and we respectfully deny your claim for damages."Upon entering the guard rails, putting the car in neutral, taking the foot off the brake, and keeping my hands off of the wheel, guidance of the vehicle is/was at the control of the carwash's guide system. If my car wound up to the left of their guard rails as it traveled down, this would be due to nothing other than their guide system.

On 11/14/2023, just before 6:48 p.m. MST, I visited the Quick Quack Car Wash at *****************************************************************************. I drive a factory-built 2023 ****** Tundra Limited.During the wash, the driver's side mirror cover was damaged, removed from my vehicle, and flung about in the wash. The replacement cost is well over $100.Despite my efforts to resolve the issue, including multiple visits and calls, the customer service was abysmal. Emails to customer support yielded no results. Requests to speak with a manager went unanswered, and promises of callbacks were never fulfilled. After weeks of frustration, I finally spoke with ****, the store manager, on 11/20/23. He promised to review the incident and get back to me in a few days. Despite canceling my membership due to the lack of resolution, I continued my efforts to seek justice. However, the situation only worsened. Emails requesting updates were met with requests for an incident report number, which the car wash failed to provide. Customer support proved to be utterly worthless, directing me back to the car wash for a report that seemed impossible to obtain. Finally, on 12/9/2023, I met with **** at the car wash for a walk-around and to file a new incident report. Unfortunately, on 12/21, I received an email stating that everything was functioning correctly during the wash, offering a mere free month of washes at $35.This response demonstrates a complete lack of consideration for the customer. the dismissive attitude is appalling. I have attempted additional resolution or negotiation and settlement, and have allowed ample time to pass. Unfortunately, my experience of apparent lack of responsiveness seems to echo the sentiments of other dissatisfied customers I've seen in reviews.

We apologize that you had an unsatisfactory experience and disagree with the outcome of your claim earlier this year. Our store leader reached out and set up a time to meet with you about your claim. During your meeting, you explained that your mirror had fallen off in the wash. He inspected the mirror on that visit and it was not broken or in need of repair in any way. There was a slight smudge but we could not be sure it had been caused by the wash. Because the part was not broken, the claim was denied, but he offered a month's free membership for the experience which you accepted, seemed pleased with at the time and offered no complaint, and was fulfilled. We're sorry that this still resulted in a negative experience; however, since the part was not damaged we cannot offer any other solution. We wish you the best.

On January 5th around 10:15 am I took my brand new black 2023 Ram to the first car wash on the quick quack Auburn car wash, after the car wash I noticed that my car was very scrach from both side were their brushes clean my car and have damaged my clear coat paint layers leaving my car very scrach, I went to to make a incident report with the manager in charge and he told me that he won't be responsible for my damaged causing by there equipment because my car have mud in the button and I can clearly see in the footage videos that my car didn't have any scratches on the middle were there was not mud, he denied my complaint and told me to report it to my insurance, my car was damaged by there equipment this was the first time that I was washing my car and there lack of maintenance ruin my paint and tlnow they don't want to take responsibility for it when this was cause by there equipment, I just want my paint to be fixed because their equipment cause this damaged and they need to resolve this issue, they can clearly see in the videos that my car didn't have any scratches and they still denied my claim, this is not fair for customers like me. My car wasn't cover in mud like they said to avoid responsibility, I can see in their footage pics that the mud was in the bottom of the car not in the middle were the scratches are I even told and explained to the person in charge but he decided to ignore telling me that I can file a claim with my insurance but they won't take any responsibility, you can clearly see the patterns of their brushes that made all the scratches around boths side of my truck.

Went through the car wash and noticed right after the clear coat on my back rims was flaking off. The assistant manager on duty wrote up a statement report and stated that she didn't notice the damage before I went in the car wash and that the tire repair person was there that morning. Hired a rim repair company and the technician stated that the damage most likely was caused by the car wash. The manager/owner replied rudely to me in email form and stated he tried to call (he didn't) wouldn't respond to an email stating I would also like a refund at least for the remainder of the month. Now I am left with a $400 bill to repair my back tires.

Thank you for taking the time to share your concerns. We understand how frustrating it can be to experience unexpected damage to your vehicle, and we take every claim seriously.
When a customer reports a concern, our team follows a structured process: we document the report, review surveillance footage, and conduct a thorough internal investigation. In this case, our footage confirmed that the damage to the rims was present prior to the vehicle entering the wash.
We also want to clarify that our assistant manager would not have made the statements referenced in the complaint. Specifically, there was no tire repair person on site that dayor at any time since we do not have a tire repair person at Quick Quackand our team is trained to remain neutral, gather information, and explain the standard claim review process without offering personal opinions on the cause of damage.
As noted on our posted signage, we are unable to accept responsibility for damage to parts that are not factory-installed, are already damaged, unsecured, or on vehicles more than five years old. Based on this policy and the evidence reviewed, the claim was respectfully denied.
While we regret that this experience did not meet your expectations, we hope this helps clarify how and why the decision was made.
