      About October 30th, I was in ******* visiting from **********. I went to the car wash for a single car wash. The attendant employee asked if I wanted a subscription and I clearly said No, I live in **********. He gave me a tablet and said to sign showing I paid for the service. I didn't read it unfortunately and signed. I just noticed recurring charges for this company for monthly car washes. I do not live in *******. My license plate is a NM license plate. It was extremely deceptive of the employee and bad representation of the company values to trick me after I clearly stated I lived in another state and didn't need unlimited monthly car washes at their place of business.I want a refund for the past 3 months of charges I did not verbally agree to.

      I signed up with Quick Quack January 2022 for complete service for $39.99 a month. Their site said that it was perfectly safe to use their services because they used brushless rollers. I took their word and started using their service regularly; sometimes two times a week. I never paid very close attention until one sunny day I noticed that two light spots on both sides started showing up on the top of my car near the windshield. When I called the company, they said to get an incident report from the location I used. When I tried to do that, the manager came out, took a brief look at my car and told me it was sun damage. I know it wasn't sun damage. I've had a car with sun damage, so I know what it looks like. He gave me a lot of mumbo-jumbo about the age of the car and paint breaking down. When I wasn't buying it, he told me it was company policy that cars over five years old didn't fall under their quidelines for repair. He didn't even let me file an incident report. He told me "sorry and have a good day ".I have written to the company and followed up with a second request, but they continue to ignore me. One spot has gotten worse because it wore down to bare metal and it has been raining. I don't recall having received an account number. I looked through all the paperwork and there isn't a number showing.

      I am rejecting this response because: No solution has been reached yet.  *********** representative *******************************, ************* Assistant  Team Lead contacted me twice, not several times as indicated.  I am just sending her the information she requested as I was not available during the holidays.

      On November 23rd 2022 around 3:00 p.m. I took my vehicle to Quick Quack for a car wash. Upon answering the machine my Mobility Scooter gate was caught in the washer. My driver was instructed to back out and to file a complaint. Will my driver came to pick me up he informed me of the incident and told me that I needed to go with him to Quick Quack so that I may give them my phone number and email address. Upon arriving to Quick Quack an employee came out and asked me was it any damage to the vehicle. I informed him that I was unsure because I was not driving. Both of my legs are amputated so therefore I did not go to the back of the car. He asked who was the owner of the car I told him I was then he asked who was driving the car and I told him my driver he then informed me that the driver was the one who needed to fill out the complaint. They exited the vehicle went to the rear then my driver got back in the car and as we pulled off my driver said the employee told him that no complaint was needed because the gate was just bent and just needed to be straightened up. When we got to our out of town destination the gate completely fell off. Everything was closed on Thanksgiving but the following day I contacted Quick Quack and informed them of the incident. I was told somebody would be contacting me. I've called four times since then and keep getting told the same thing that the incident has sent to the higher-*** and regional manager and somebody would be calling me. This is now December 21st and I've contacted them again this morning with no resolution and was told the same thing that somebody would be calling me. They keep giving me the runarounds and the back and forth without resolving the issue. I have now had to have the gate removed because it could not be fixed. I would like to be compensated for a new gate.

      On November 10th, 2022, I went to get a car wash. The attendant was directing me through a contraption that guides the wheels of the vehicle through the car wash. Repeated attempts to be aligned were unsuccessful. I finally asked to have another attendant to guide me through. The previous attendant was not paying attention that the plastic part of my bumper (left front) was scraping against this contraption, damaging it.I filed an incident report and was told I should hear from somebody to address the damage within three days. Weeks later, I went in to the car wash and was told that I would hear from a manager by the end of the weekend, I have sent multiple emails to *************************, Store Leader that are being ignored. Emails to company CEO also ignored.

      I am rejecting this response because: The claim that several attempts to reach me are false. Quick Quack has made every attempt to avoid my attempts to contact them after the initial report was submitted. Emails were sent to CEO ************************* and Store Lead, *************************. Several appearances to the *************** to attempt resolutions were unsuccessful and voicemails were not returned. On December 23rd, Quick Quack contacted me and claimed it was there position that my car was "previously damaged" which is false. I take meticulous care of my vehicle. I explained several times the event on November 10th to the representative of Quick Quack only to be told that they would not provide remedy and the they are of the opinion that my vehicle was previously damaged or that I was somehow responsible. Everything about my experience with Quick Quack has been frustrating and taxing as their business has taken every attempt to avoid responsibility or shift responsibility back to me. This unacceptable.

      Their blower completely blew off my driver's side tail light cover. They even had the cover when I went back to file a claim. The acting manager at the time told me their blowers are too powerful and have been known to rip things off cars.I just got a phone call from the acting manager today who said he saw the tail light cover get blown off on the camera feed but they don't cover damage that occurs at the blowers because anything that happens there is considered to have occurred due to wear and tear on vehicles.How is the other side of the vehicle perfectly fine, but the driver's side is somehow plagued by wear and tear that would cause such damage? I can understand it this happens to someone with a rough looking car, but I take pride in making sure my vehicle is well taken care of.I'll be contacting HQ to try and get this sorted out because their response at the store level is absolutely ridiculous. If this is how you treat your customers, you are operating a fraudulent business.

      On December 13th 2022 I brought my car to quit quack car wash in ******* ********** *** services to wash my vehicle during that time while my car was in the Washing Bay one of the devices in the car wash ripped off my rear bumper on my vehicle. An incident report was filed and I've attempted numerous times To speak with a manager and I was always sent away. The damage on my vehicle is the responsibility of quick quick car wash And I want them to repair the damages that occurred because of their equipment

      I was in the Quick Quack car wash in ***, ** on 12/2 @ 5:25PM and the person in front of me came off the track. The sirens were going and the wash stopped but the track kept moving and I rolled into him. We both pulled out of the wash to look at our vehicles and to assess the damage. We both spoke to the attendant. The driver of the vehicle in front of me asked if he needed to provide his insurance information and the attendant told us both no, Quick Quack will take care of it. The gentleman left and I stayed and filled out a customer incident report. The incident report number is 59995.The attendant told me that the manager would contact me on Monday the 5th. She didn't end up contacting me until the 7th and just sent me an email saying that Quick Quack wouldn't pay for the damage because the video showed the driver putting on the brakes. She told me that I needed to get a hold of the driver to have him pay for my vehicles damage. I told her she needs to help me get this resolved by either flagging his account so Quick Quack can get his insurance information or Quick Quack needs to pay for the damage as stated on the 2nd. She has not responded to me since. Quick Quack needs to help me get this resolved! I shouldn't have to try and track down this person and get him to pay for the damage after we were both told Quick Quack would cover the damage! I have called customer service three times now and they keep telling me that my issue will be escalated and someone will get back to me and no one calls me back. I would like Quick Quack to get me their insurance information so I can get my vehicle repaired.

      Good Afternoon, this is in regards to an incident that had happened to me today. So towards the end of summer I had just leased a new car and two weeks after I went to quick quack and the car was scratched my car and I filed and *** and on the report it said will be contacted within 3 days. Which I wasnt contacted for months and I tried to reach out and all I kept filing was new reports. Still never got a call back to try and settle something. Today I tried to give quick quack another chance went to a different location and they scratched my car again I had talked the manager and the manager filed out the *** and he looked at the scratches with me and said bluntly these arent from us. Which I didnt have those new scratches before didnt give me the new *** and apparently hes also the new manager at the other location and completely disregarded the old one and said they arent from quick quack which I check for scratches now from the last time and, its irritating because my car is so scratched up and ive had it for less than 7 months. I would like a settlement and to actually be understood

      I had an accident inside the car wash the car that was in front of me rolled back and hit my car. The truck then drove off I do believe that my car was put into the car wash to early and to close to the *********** believe that the trucks tires where to big to be in the car wash that is why the truck came off track. I have contacted quick quack and was provided with the wrong lisence plate and have not received a call back with the correct lisence plate for the truck that hit me. I do have a video of the truck hitting my car. This incident happened in October and I still have not been helped with this matter.

      The front license plate holder on my vehicle was broken as a result of sending it through Quick Quack car in ******* **********. The ******* Franchise has not taken responsibility for damage when confronted telling me damage to license plates are not covered. Our license plate was not damaged. The holder attaching to the front grill was damaged to the point that it has to be replaced. The cost of the license plate holder amounts to ******** only is the business negligent in their operations by breaking/damaging a part of one's personal vehicle, there is no action of accountability on behalf of business management for the car wash equipment damaging vehicles. Nor is posted a consumer warning that damage may result (with a list of the most common damages) when having Quick Quack service a vehicle. Additionally, due to negligent equipment removing the license, my vehicle is now illegally operating on the road. So Quick Quack took a ********** Vehicle Code compliant car and rendered it non-compliant with a single run through the car wash.Consumers do not expect a service business to damage personal belongings. If damage does occur, the upstanding reaction would be acting responsible and accountable and reimbursing resulting damages.

      We have reached out to the ** of the location. They have denied to incident. The plate mount was already sticket out about 2 inches from his vehicle and support by a half way in or so mounting bracket.
