    I haven't seen results yet because I just started working with them today. But my experience in getting started with Pacific Debt was very pleasant. **** was very informative, understanding, and helpful. I'll be honest, I was hesitant because of the shame that comes with having debt issues, but I hung up with **** feeling relieved and no judgement at all.

    **************** is spot on. They make sure you understand everything. Process was easy for me due to my particular creditor companies which they have experience with. I'm a hard working person and wanted to pay my bills diligently. But life made that difficult. When my creditors threatened litigation without consideration to my hardships, I was in a panic. Ive never been sued. It scared me. After speaking with ****** and getting my 500 questions answered I was enrolled. It was like a ton of bricks were lifted off of me and I can BREATHE. I'm happy that I can be able to pay my debt and actually make headway instead of drowning in interest. Very thankful for people who are human.

    The anxiety and apprehension were heightened midway through the consultation especially when the word "bankruptcy" was mentioned. The staff who walked me through the process was knowledgeable and clear with his explanations that made my head feels a lot lighter. And more confident to bettering our credit management.     ****** was extremely helpful and thorough. Dealing with debt is not easy and this wasn't an easy decision. This is something that I had been trying to avoid but had been looking into for about 6 months as I was trying to take care of it myself. But when things come up and without any available savings unfortunately the reliance on a credit card makes things worse. I am glad I waited to find the right person I could explain my situation to and the right company to assist me and my family with this financial burden.
