    After initially reviewing my situation, ****** offered me a solution other than bankruptcy. None of us intend to get into that much credit card debt. Things will be tight around here for awhile.. but there is light at the end of the tunnel.

    I was absolutely terrified to make this phone call and start the debt relief process. Its incredibly embarrassing and nerve wracking to know how much debt Ive accumulated and just how in over my head I was. But ******* made me feel completely at ease and comfortable and made the process so much easier than I ever thought. As soon as he walked me through everything, I felt a million pounds fall off my shoulders. I know Im not alone in this situation as so many of us have struggled greatly the last couple of years.     The agent was very helpful. He made me feel like he was truly on my side and completely understood me. He gave me the confidences to keep pushing forward. I felt like I made a heartfelt friend on the other end of the call.
