Axos bank is not a good bank and I would not recommend using them. I have a vehicle financed through axos and was setup on automatic payments, their system failed and didnt draft one payment, instead of fixing the issue they hit my credit report with a late payment which caused my perfect score to drop drastically. Before axos I have never had any late or missed payments. If you want to keep your credit score healthy STAY AWAY from AXOS BANK.

Bank takes consumer feedback very seriously. The Bank has fully reviewed this matter and a detailed

I'm trying to open a small business checking account. My company is a new LLC, just my wife and I. I've provided all the documentation requested. My application seems to be hung up in their approval/review process. It's been a week, a good 4 business days and they can't tell me when, if ever, my account will be approved. This is horrible. I've tried to escallate and they say someone will call in the next 24 hours. We'll see. I just spoke to **************** in ** and they tell me my app could be approved as soon as 15 minutes after I apply. Worst cas they said 3 business days if it needs further review. My main issue I guess is AXOS seems not to care, because they can't tell me what the hang up is or when it wwill get resolved. Just a BIG BLACK HOLE. Very disappointing!!!!

****** get my money transferred out of Axos managed **** first of all they take more out of it in fees each year than it makes in interest. when I try to roll it into an unmanaged account through e-trade, they repeatedly lie to me about how to get this account rolled over. They tell me it can be done on there website but the website tells you to call customer service. Each person in customer service tells you something completely different or has you call another number and talk to someone that sends you right back to them. At this point I might have to get a lawyer or government agencies involved. My advice to all , is, never let them touch your money.

I found Axos bank through a popular third-party website and decided to sign up for the checking account promotion with promo code rc500 to receive 500 dollars over the course of 6 months. After two months I never received anything and every agent I spoke to gave me a new time Frame in which it would appear. It never came. Then another agent told me I wouldn't get a bonus unless I kept making ***** transfers. That was not what the promotion stated on this website or several others that I found, although others had different wording. Either way, I kept my money there and made no interest on it even though an agent at the very beginning stated I had met all requirements. Now, when I try to transfer my entire balance out, I get a cancellation email telling me it's been canceled for no apparent reason even though I've made the same transfer before. Agents have given me multiple stories about what is going on. This is not a great bank and each agent will tell you something different. I don't trust them anymore...

Absolutely garbage bank with stupid policies. They wouldn't let our nonprofit open an account without a ***** letter from the *** (which takes months to acquire). All banks with half a brain will give you a bank account with articles of incorporation, an EIN, and supporting documents. *****.

I paid off my auto loan in full last week through a linked account. I wanted to ensure I paid off entire loan (balance says 0 online, but the suggestion is that i am paying interest while they process the closing of the account). Also told it will take 30 days for them to get me my title. I wanted to discuss expediting transfer of title (as I cannot sell car without it). All customer service numbers are routed first to 'EVo' an automated system, then to an overseas call center that cannot provide definitive information, are not 'authorized' to transfer to a supervisor, then say they will notify a supervisor to call and will you will get a same day return call...I am still waiting.Stay far away from Axos Bank.

Horrible customer service. **************** promises one thing and the back office will not deliver on that in a timely way. Overseas call center (where all calls are directed) will not or cannot transfer call to US and cannot or will not transfer call to any supervisor in any country. Completely at their mercy. Unresponsive and uncaring.

Do not use. I had an investment account. It wasn't showing up online, their rep had "no idea" why. Later it did show up, I spoke to another rep who said if I transferred my assets to another bank, I wouldn't be charged. When I did, they cashed out some of my stocks to get their $100 fee. The rep then apologized I was given confusing, incorrect info.

Completely deceptive business practice. They will lie to you via email to pull your credit and then tell you they cannot perform the service. But your credit has already taken the hit from the pull they did. DO NOT do any mortgage business with this fraud bank. They are not to be trusted.

I had a loan for $35000 and paid on it religiously until I had enough to pay the loan off in one lump sum. I went onto the website and triple checked the amount to pay off the loan $32000 and change. I made 1 final payment and my account showed a zero balance. A few weeks late I receive a collections notice for $429. I called the ***** number 5 times, each time being transferred to a robot that hangs up on you. I was finally able to get a person on my 6th attempt who stated that I only owed an additional $280. Confused I asked what the $280 was for and why it was different from the letter I received $429? He stated that it was undocumented interest and collections. Undocumented? If your balance states zero balance then when was I going to informed? Obviously I had not received any communications or I would have addressed it prior to collections. Why hold out on $280 when I just paid off $35000? Great start horrible ending!!!!!
