      DON'T USE THIS BANK. The risks are far outweighed by any so-called benefit. They hold your money -- whether it be a check or a transfer-for so long no matter how long you have the account. They will hold it for 10 days and tell you they have to hold it for 5 days. I guess they can't count so I do not trust that as a bank. Also when you contact customer service you will get a different, WRONG, answer from every one you talk to. NOT WORTH IT. They also just updated their app and it is full of advertisements. NOT A GOOD LOOK. SCAM, SCAM, SCAM.

      I've been an AXOS bank customer (you're going to ask "why??") for almost 7 years. Last year they could not have MORE effed up a wire. MULTIPLE times, because of failure on their part (like losing the wire form, but had my secure message logged and never contacted me to ask for a new one (SO THEY MISSED DAY ONE), then acknowledging they received it the second time AND PROMISING THAT THEY WOULD CALL ME FOR WIRE CONFIRMATION) they never did, nor did they tell me that they ONLY contact clients through their messaging platform - THEY NEVER CALLED (AND THEY MISSED DAY TWO). So start of day three I called to see what the eff the problem was and they informed me that they never received a confirmation of my wire (of course they didnt call me on day two) and because they never received confirmation on their messaging platform, I had to RESUBMIT the wire form!!! Seriously, how customer effed up can they be??So here it is a year later and Im sending a wire again. Guess what?? They effed it up AGAIN!! Again, they promised they would call with any issues. Did they? NO!! There decided there was an issue with my signature - though I just sold my $500,000 home signing documents they way I did for their wire form - and ONCE AGAIN, INSTEAD OF CALLING So I could fix it and make the deadline, they just CANCELED THE ******* AND LEFT A MESSAGE ON THEIR MESSAGING PLATFORM.DO NOT USE AXOS - ANY BANK BUT AXOS!!!

      Absolute Nightmare - Axos Bank Is a Disgrace!I am utterly disgusted by the despicable behavior of Axos Bank. I made the unfortunate decision to open a checking account with their so-called "promo code," which supposedly guaranteed a $100 bonus upon fulfilling certain requirements. Guess what? They decided to toss their own terms out the window and flat-out refused to deliver the promised bonus. This level of deception is next-level outrageous and shows just how much of a scam Axos Bank truly is.But that's not even the worst of it. Their customer service? A bunch of rude, heartless individuals who seem to thrive on infuriating customers. It's as if they're actively trying to make your day worse. Dealing with them is a one-way ticket to frustration and anger.And let's talk about their website and app - if you can even call it that. It's an absolute disaster, ridden with bugs and glitches that make you question if they've ever heard of modern technology. Simple tasks turn into infuriating battles, thanks to their laughably outdated systems.Axos Bank is a disgrace, plain and simple. They're the epitome of a fraudulent company, with no respect for their customers or their promises. I'm convinced they exist solely to rip people off and watch them suffer. Don't be a victim stay far away from Axos Bank unless you're a glutton for punishment. Your money and your mental well-being are better off anywhere else.

      I recently received the following email from Axos Bank:We regret to inform you that Axos Bank has decided to end our banking relationship. This is in accordance with the Deposit Account Agreement you accepted when you applied for an account with us. The agreement states, ******** reserves the right to close your account for any reason, without cause, or notice.In order to provide you with sufficient time to procure alternative banking services, the effective date of the closing will be 30 days from the date of this email. Upon expiration of this 30-day period, the account will be closed and all related services terminated.We suggest you cease making deposits to, and writing checks against, your account at this time. After all outstanding items have cleared; a check payable to the current account holder(s) in the amount of any remaining balance (less outstanding fees, service or other charges) will be sent to your mailing address on file.Please make other arrangements for any automated transactions such as direct deposit and prearranged ACH credits and debits.This decision is final. We understand you may have questions or concerns, but we are unable to provide further information regarding the decision to end our banking relationship.       I got a mortgage with Axos bank, and part of the reason is that they offered a 3% cash back on mortgage payments made through their checking account. Well, I open the checking account, and a couple weeks later, I get an email just like ***** that they are terminating our relationship and will provide no further information. I called, and ******* could not tell me any information. I have sent a secure message with no response. This is a bait and switch, so be aware!!

      Think of a big, red ZERO. Axos Bank made me wait weeks to finally approve my business account. We funded the account and requested a small wire to pay for a web domain which was the same name as our business account was titled as. Instead of sending the wire Axos chose to freeze our account and not advise us. We called. No answer. We contacted Axon via their online chat. No answer.Finally after calling many times I was able to get business account representative on the phone who after placing me on hold for an eternity advised my business account was under investigation. He advised it could take another day or two for a decision. I asked him if Axos choose to close our account could we wire the funds on deposit to another bank and ******, the representative in the business banking department told me yes.An hour later Axos bank emailed the following:Hello ,We regret to inform you that Axos Bank has decided to end our banking relationship. This is in accordance with the Deposit Account Agreement you accepted when you applied for an account with us. The agreement states, ******** reserves the right to close your account for any reason, without cause, or notice.All account access is disabled.Any remaining funds will be mailed to your address on file.This decision is final. We understand you may have questions or concerns, but we are unable to provide further information regarding the decision to end our banking relationship.Sincerely,The Axos Bank Team I understand Axos reserves the right to close your account for any reason, without cause, or notice. That does not include lying to a customer or failing to advise the customer in a timely fashion. Both of which Axos is guilty of.I recommend you find another bank who follows traditional business ethics and morals. Axos bank clearly does not.

      Zero plus negative stars... DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS BANK... I have/had 2 car loans at the same time. Both in default (not) 1 was repossessed unjustly) needless to say it's been over a year and it's still reporting as an open account (it is not) I now have 25 late payments on my credit, still making full payments on 1 vehicle and Both vehicles are reporting late payments every month(1 being a closed account and 1 being open and paid a month ahead) someone has to STOP THIS FRAUD AND INVESTIGATE... My credit has been completely ruined and continues to be ruined daily at no fault of my own. I have disputed in everyday possible. Is there anything we/I can do as a consumer? HELP PLEASE...

      I had a horrible experience I am trying to transfer my *** to a different bank and I have set it up and tried 4 times to get this taken care of. I have been hung up on, I have been told to try it again 3 times and it still is not moved! NOW after 3 weeks of phone calls online talking and trying to get this taken care of they sent it to corrections. NOW after 2 weeks this is unacceptable!!

      Horrible customer service, I've tried and tried and tried to invest with this company, the website is a joke! Rule #1 in business: make it easy for people to spend money, they make it impossible. I don't know how they stay in business.
