On June 1, 2023 and June 5, 2023, I transferred $800 from my savings account in the amount of $400 each. The external bank that I requested transfer to did not receive the funds. Ive been calling Axos everyday since June 5th to get a status update on the transfer. I received a credit of $400 on June 7th but I am still missing $400. Axos bank representatives keep pushing the timeline back for me to receive a response and when theyre not stalling for time, theyre trying to gaslight me into thinking that the missing $400 is sitting in my external account. I have emphasized multiple times that the receiving bank never got the funds. Its been 12 days since I made the transfer and Axos refuses to reach out to the intermediary bank to figure out where the missing $400 or to request it back from them. They stole my money! Never, ever open an account or do business with them. If you have an account, I recommend that you withdraw your money.

I opened an account with them by depositing an insurance check paid to me that was ten days ago. come to find out later that it takes seven business days to clear not counting the holiday. So I called and spoke to a representative who informed me that it would post by the end of the business day, okay sounded good but when I asked when the "end of business day" was they informed me by 12 midnight. I'm sorry my business day ends at 5:00pm. I feel like I'm just getting the run around when all I'm trying to do is buy groceries to survive on. Thanks axos for the hard core diet plan.

I opened a brokerage account with ********************** on April. After initated ACH transfer from ******* ****** banking, I was charged $25 by Axos bank due to ACH return: non trans account. I am sure, ******* ****** does have enough funding. Beyond this, I also found Axos Bank online banking is *****-bar slowing, show wrong numbers, takes time to load. With all this, I decided to close account. I contacted **************** through message and got a cold-hearted reply asking me to pay the $25 charge and then they can close the account. Fine, I added Chase banking and tried another ACH transfer. Boom, I was charged another $25 for ACH return: non trans account. Stay away from this bank.

I have a mortgage with Axos and I have had nothing but nightmares since my husband died. Axos will not put me as the primary account holder even after I have given them the required document. I have asked them almost every month to cancel the old joint ACH but they refuse to even acknowledge it so I was getting duplicate mortgage pulls almost every month. I eventually had to block that link and set up a new link to a new bank account. Now I am still having issues with multiple payments, and they are telling me I have late payments even when I have proof that I am up to date with my mortgage. I have had multiple requests to speak to supervisor but I get no response. I even found out that my first request to speak to a supervisor didn't have enough information for her to call me back. I wanted to talk with her about the 3 mortgage payments that were pulled in April. One of them had my late husband's name on it and was manually linked to my current account to pay the mortgage. I have called multiple times in the last couple of day and left messages asking to speak with her ( the supervisor), nothing. I keep getting the run around with the customer service representatives. They keep telling me to not worry about the problem, but I still do because this keeps happening every month. DO Not do business with this company!! I repeat, Do not do business with Axos!! I would give this company less than 1 star if I could.

I have over an 800 credit score and a 7% debt ratio. They declined my personal loan application because I forgot the email address I used to apply saying they couldn't verify my identity. That's *****! They had us jumping through hoops during the application process providing far more documents than SoFi needed, who offered the same rate and much more easily and quickly approved me.

Either theyre not telling the truth or they confused me with another applicant. I dont have a son. And why would I not know my own birthday? Its fine because SoFi approved me with the same interest rate, and it was much quicker and easier. So, your loss.

Hate, hate, HATE this bank! What bank (anywhere on the planet) holds your paychecks for a minimum of 5 days?! They take forever to reply, they are cold and uncaring. I hope they get shut down, cuz no matter HOW to u deposit your money, it wont clear for a full FIVE **BUSINESS** DAYS. Never, ever will recommend this establishment to ANYONE.

If I could give this bank negative stars I would. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH AXOS. I made a $5k check deposit from my grandmother on my personal account, and they restricted and locked the entire account because they were waiting to verify the authenticity of the check, which is a load of ****, pick up the phone and call the issuer. My accounts been locked a week+ now, and every time I call Axos, I get smoke blown up my rear by some rep in *****. No one in that company knows what is going on. The mobile app is garbage, and their entire back end is stuck in the early mid ****s. Doing business with Axos has been a sheer nightmare.

I transferred money from my other account into axos bank 4-3-2023 and it shows as their "total balance" but i cannot access this money at all for the past 6 days now? Seeing tomorrow is monday and a holiday my guess is i won't see anything moved to access my money? I received an email from axos bank and they said they will escalate this issue? When? I have to use a credit the past week i only use as an emergency because it's 29% interest on it. I've been with them for over 6 years and i am done..

I joined Axos bank before it WAS Axos Bank. I originally joined because of the "no overdraft fee" AND no monthly limit/monthly fee. But apparently, during the transition, my accounts became detached/unlinked. By then I had a pretty good payment system in place, but as in life, something unexpected came up and I didn't have enough money in my checking account to cover a check. I had plenty of money in my savings and when I realized what had happened, I didn't stress at all, knowing that this happened before and money just automatically transferred over. But wanting to keep track of financials, I wanted to move over some extra money so I wouldn't have to worry further. Come to find out that - my accounts were NOT linked, so every check was bouncing! Now, I didn't pay any banking fees, which was a plus, but I DID end up paying late fees or 'insufficient fund' fees for all the bounced checks at all the establishments! When I asked customer service what the deal was, I also noticed that my last question to them was NEVER answered! Over a month later the reply I got was, "Well your accounts aren't linked." "Well, I linked them as soon as I opened the accounts! So what happened and what do I do?" And 3 weeks later got another response of, "Would you like them linked?" I said no, I'd like to close the one account while I search for another establishment. They closed it 2 days later. Once I was prepared to close my last account I messaged them Mar 1 saying I wanted my account closed. I received a message on Mar 29 that my query has been forwarded to the correct department and the account should close in the next 2 business days. They were a pretty good company pre-COVID, but their customer service is seriously lacking and I found another company with better offers! So glad I'm almost done with them forever!
