      This is a debt relief company I have had terrible communication with them and the money I owe my creditors interest is climbing as they drag their feet. When I contact them... Nobody replied to me I demand for someone to provide me update when I ask .. they are ghosting me ! Currently they have in access of $1000 of my money and No explanation as to a plan.

      I enrolled into this program on 3/16/23 with multiple accounts I was trying to get resolved. I received an enrollment letter with information with all the accounts I enrolled. I decided to drop all the accounts enrolled except for one and did so with Beyond Finance on 4/11/23. I never received an updated enrollment contract. In that time the one account I did have enrolled was negotiated and I was making my payments. When I dropped the other accounts, it changed my payment structure, and I continued to make payments HOWEVER, the new payment structure was lower and because of that it caused Beyond to miss a payment to the account that was negotiated and because of that the account dropped the negotiation. I was told by Beyond that they would have to renegotiate to get me back. THIS TOOK MONTHS and still was never renegotiated. I called in September to cancel the program which I was told to not do because I would deal with legal issues with the original account company, and I would never get a good deal on my own. I was also told that if I cancel, I would have fees to pay but there was NO way to tell me what the fees were or how much. I stayed with the program and was told my renegotiation was on high priority. In January of 2025 I called to cancel again and was told (I have a screen shot to show) that I would get back $902.79. I ended up getting back $117.34 and when I called to question it I was told that it was fees for the original negotiation which fell through due to poor communication. I was also told that the fees are known and could have been communicated to me but were not. I was able to negotiate with this account in 5 min, I got the same deal that was originally set with no problems. This company withholds information and does not follow through with what they say. They make up fees as they go and withhold that information.

      At the time of your requested termination you had approved one offer.  This offer was approved on April 11, 2023, roughly one month after your enrollment on one of your highest enrolled balances.  Due to the adjustment in payment amount this offer was in the process of being renegotiated.


      Given the status of that program, providing the requested information required additional research.  While the fee was appropriately earned, we are happy to issue a goodwill gesture of $810.96.  We are hopeful this will be a satisfactory resolution to your concerns.

      When this company originally contacted me, I was told 6 to 12 months before they could negotiate with all my creditors. It has been a and a half, I have since removed several creditors, and called recently to ask about what my monthly cost would be if I removed therest that they had not negotiated with. The person on the phone gave me the total cost of what the creditors will receive plus the fees, however what I was told was owed them was an additional $14,000. I asked for information regarding that and they sent me a schedule of what I paid them, which wasnot what I asked them. I need someone to contact me go through everything that I paid everything that I owe and talk to me about a fair price to finish out with the four creditors that they have negotiated with on my behalf.

      I enrolled in this program on 07/22/2022 at which time per phone call I enrolled 12 debts. On this day I was informed as part of program to stop paying debts as requirement of program. I had just paid a few bills so enrollment *** I spoke to informed me to send updated account amounts so that debts would be updated correctly on how much I actually enrolled. So I have email where I sent these updated amounts and did not receive response so I reached out again and ******* ***** responded it had been sent to underwriting and was updated to reflect correct amounts. Now I have graduated from program and receive message from said debt that I owe which is how I realized Beyond told me they added it and to stop paying it when in fact they did nothing. I have proof of emails showing this. Now because they did not add it and I have graduated they say I have to completely enroll again for this debt to be resolved. When if they had done what the ********* this debt would have been resolved with other debts through my loan amount based upon my debts listed. I understand and was willing to pay this but now I stopped paying it when they said and no one ever spoke to this creditor so I owe a lot more. I was current and up to date never had late payment until enrolling and feel like Beyond needs to pay this debt as it was there fault. It shows on my credit as last payment on exact date as enrollment. If I had known they were not going to do there part I would have continued paying and took care of it on my own. They record phone calls and I know I asked for this debt to be added. And now Beyond is doing nothing to make this right. When I graduated I had money remaining and was more than willing to pay but they never touched this debt. I was told since this was new account at time of starting program it was not on my credit ***ort yet that does not negate fact I still gave them info and requested it be included. My contract was not upheld on there part.

      As of the time of this review your program has been completed.  You approved arrangements on eleven of your accounts and they are all completed.  Your first offer was approved on August 25, 2022, less than one month into your enrollment.


      Review of your program confirmed that while you discussed the possibility of adding the card, your formal approval was never gained to add the card and your monthly deposits were not adjusted accordingly.   Additionally, throughout the lifetime of your program you had access to view all of your enrolled accounts through your client portal.  Records indicate that you had the opportunity to address this concern with an account manager who advised that we would be happy to assist you with this account and provided you with the steps necessary to do so.  Should you wish to move forward, please feel free to reach out and we will be happy to work with you to resolve this account.

      On 06/28/2024, I spoke with ***** ******** who informed me, on a recorded line, that included in this program is full legal protection in case of legal action against me for a debt enrolled with this program. This was the reason I decided to ********** of my debts was settled (for far less of a reduction than they advertised) in October. I had questions about the legal protection and wanted more details, so I followed up on 01/03/2025. On that day, I found out legal protection had never been applied to my account.I demanded that the original call be reviewed. On that call, I requested that full legal coverage be added to my account, as initially agreed upon, with no additional charges as I was informed this coverage was included. The representative indicated the issue would be escalated and Id hear back. I heard nothing so I followed up again on 01/12/2025. The representative told me that according to internal notes, the full coverage option was not legally allowed in the state of ******** where I reside. Instead, a lesser coverage option had been attached to my account without any communication with me. After hearing this, I escalated to management to get a refund of the fees I have paid for this service (According to a representative named *** amounted to $750), and all money of mine they currently held due to the breach of contract. Today, 01/17/2025 *** indicated, that after internal review, the fees paid could not be refunded. It was expressed to me that this was a misstep by "one of their affiliates." When I attempt to contact the "affiliate," which goes by "Accredited Debt Relief," all phone numbers lead to Beyond Finance.This company blatantly falsely advertised, breached our contract, and attempted to hide this from me while they profited off of deceiving **** would like a refund of fees Beyond Finance charged on the settlement of my debt, which amounts to about $750. That settlement occurred without the legal protection I was paying for.

      Review of your enrollment interaction confirmed that you were advised that legal accounts would be prioritized, but you were not advised that any legal services that would be made available to you.  Upon initially addressing your concern with an account manager they confirmed that information and offered to provide you with assistance.  You were sent a Colorado limited power of attorney document which you executed via DocuSign on January 10, 2025.


      Your program was being serviced in alignment with all established expectations.

      I have been attempting to cancel my debt resolution account for almost two months. I receive the same scripted replies and am being told I am not able to cancel. The amount of of money they hold in the dedicated account far exceeds the on remaining account.

      I signed up with Beyond Finance for debt settlement in June 2023 and they have been auto-debiting my bank account the 15th and 30th of every month since, in the amount of ****** per payment. Things seemed fine, and I occasionally check my account and it seemed ok, until today. I could not access my account online and tried to call, text and email them and the cftpay account which details my transactions, with absolutely no response. Each number I called attached to either account, it immediately cut off. The text "failed" to be delivered. No responses to my emails. Is this company out of business? Is there anything I can do about this? What happens if I stop the auto debits?Please advise. My cftpay account shows a balance of $727.73. I can access that account but can't reach them directly. To date, I estimate I have paid a total of $5,256.00 into my Beyond Finance account. My cftpay acct # is ******************* enrollment # is 5103105.Please help me. I am turning 72 yrs old next month.Thank you, ***** ***********

      I enrolled nearly $40,000 with BEYOND FINANCE in hopes of making payments more manageable and resolving my debt more quickly. They settled one debt relatively quickly but didnt begin working on any others. Fast forward and Im being SERVED by the court and being sued by one of my creditors. They finally hustled to get this debt resolved, but an initial $10,615.86 was only reduced to $9,025 - so Im still paying 85% of my original debt PLUS their 25% (of the original debt) fee on top of the settlement, bringing my grand total to $11,678.97 $1,063.11 MORE than my original debt. I requested that they review the account for their no worse off policy and they refused, stating it would be at the end of the program. To date, *** given this company $6,197 of which $3916 has been used to pay by debts so far. Ive unenrolled all of my debts (and have reached resolution outside of BEYOND FINANCE) and closed the account. Im being told I will still owe them the remainder of the fees due for the second debt that Ive taken over payments on. PLEASE DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY. BEYOND FINANCE - youve already collected $2284 IN FEES - 14.2%! Keep it and waive the remainder. Please let this be settled so I can continue to work towards a more stable financial future as youve promised and did little to help me achieve.

      The potential for accounts moving into a legal status is covered during your enrollment process.  You were presented with a conditional offer, which did require additional funds, in order to expedite the process and prevent additional legal action.  


      All programs are reviewed at graduation in accordance with our no worse off policy, as yours would have been.  As you elected to terminate, you were reviewed at that time.  We can confirm you were not put in a worse position as it relates to the debt resolved in the program.

      April 2023 I paid close to ******* for at least 5 months and they never resolved anything so I stopped paying and asked for a refund but they said that the money was to be used to settle baone account but didn't happen I am now with a higher debt .

      The company waiting over 6 months to attempt to settle any debt. Company waited until lawsuit filed and then requested additional money above agreed upon payments. This happened 3 times in 4 months each time they wanted large dollar amounts. The have collected fees without providing agreed upon services.
