      I had joined beyond finance to settle my debt. They have closed out 2/4 accounts but it's been taking a long time for the final two. They keep asking me to up my bi weekly payments and try to make settlements which obviously I can't afford as to why I'm in the program in the first place.

      We confirmed your enrollment into the program on February 16, 2023.  At the time of enrollment, the Account Specialist reviewed your Debt Resolution Agreement with you prior to your signing.  Information about estimated time frames for resolution offers can be located in the section titled "Debt Resolution Agreement" in paragraph 8. Timing and Program Estimates.  It reads, in part, as follows:


      "While guidelines differ widely among Creditors, in our experience an accumulation of 25%-50% of the then-current balance of a Debt and approximately 4-6 months from the last payment will normally enable us to make a good-faith offer to resolve your first and subsequent Debts.  This is just an estimate based on past results, and is not Intended, nor is it possible, to apply to every case. Individual circumstances will necessarily cause some variations as to when this can occur."


      Upon enrollment you elected to move forward with a 48 month program.  Your first resolutions offer were presented to you 5 months into your program.  Currently, you have two completed resolutions and one active resolution.  Your program is being serviced within the established expectations. 


      Recently, you have been presented with offers that would require you to add funds to move forward with them.  You are not required to approve these offers and are being presented with them to give you the opportunity to expedite your program.

      I had a relationship with beyond Finance. I decided to end my association with them. They said **** would forward the money they have of mine to my bank account. They haven't done that. I can not longer get on the site or chat.

      Review of your program determined that you requested to take a withdrawal of the balance in your account on June 27, 2024.  Following this withdrawal you elected to reduce your program deposits.  At the time of your requested termination the balance in your dedicated account was returned to you.  This withdrawal took place on November 8, 2024 in the amount of $7.25.

      I have been working with Beyond Finance for over 1 year and they still have not settled one of my debts when I was told it would only take 3 months. They were taking both of my paychecks monthly minus $150 of each because they said I was being sued by one of my debts. I canceled the program yesterday with a current balance of $1820.72 and was told that they will not be refunding me that amount and that I owe them $7000 plus when they did not even do their job.

      In April, spoke to ***** at Accredited Debt Relief about program for CC acct, I had with Cap 1.Explained the program,stated I would make 223 bi-weekly pays into an acct they make negotiations with creditors to lower my balance. Could not set up with 1 acct, so added 2 more accounts. Told heir fee was a certain percentage, 6%, Stated no $ was taken UNTIL the 1stpayment went to creditors.***** told me about a one time $10 set up fee. ***** **** up arrangement. 1ST payment out to them on 4/18. I looked at statement, found other fees. There was a fee for *** (a legal team) of $14.95, a service fee for $10.95 and the account set up fee of $9.95. I never was told about these legal and monthly service fees. Again, as I stated previously, I was told there were no fees paid until payments started going out to the creditors. I asked how much would come out once payments start going to the creditors, which is going to be several months before that happens, and I did not get a clear answer. It was just explained that it is included in my $223 payment. I was not told that my radically delinquent account ************* that is accruing approx $300-$400 a month was going to sit inactive for MONTHS. I was not told there was an additional $25.70 taken from my account.Sept balance over $2200 in my acct. A settlement amount was agreed upon with Cap 1. 9/13 a $50 payment went out to ***********. On 9/14 a payment of $2219.18 went out to book, this brought my balance to $30. I was sick to my stomach; this has had a severe emotionally negative outcome on my everyday life. My husband and I struggle to make ends meet and to keep are utilities, home needs, groceries, insurance, bills in general up to date.

       You are correct, I was told about fees and how much and how/when they would be paid. Also the one time fee I was aware of. But what I was told is not the manner in which you took my money. You have taken over $2000 and have DONE NOTHING.  and will continue to take money at every turn and agreement I make with you. The problem with taking my  money is that it is in different amounts and with different timing than what I was told.I was not "saving" my money up to pay the creditors I was building up a pot of money for you!. This was not  what I signed up for. I want my money returned. I was not told of the legal club and when i found out I asked to be removed from that option, as i never approved it to begin with. I was told that I would be removed but I never have. I have addressed my concerns on several occasions both verbally and emotionally. This has been a completely traumatizing and upsetting event that has happened to me. At this time my money is very low and and am having great difficulty making ends meet. I was completely ignored and my concerns made no difference to your company.

      THIS IS DECEPTIVE AND DETRIMENTAL TREATMENT OF CONSUMERS AND THIS TYPE OF TRICKERY SHOULD NOT BE ALLOWED.   AS CONSUMERS,  WE DESERVE BETTER.

      I initially enrolled with Beyond Finance, and they promptly set me up on their program. They advised me not to engage with any creditor calls or contact my creditors directly, as this would assist them in making resolution offers and ultimately clearing my debt. After a few months, I received two resolution offers. However, there was a period of silence before I received a letter from one of my creditors stating that my debt was being sent to collections. In a panic, I reached out to Beyond Finance, and they miraculously resolved that issue as well.When I inquired about the remaining debts, I was informed that it typically takes 8-9 months for creditors to accept the offers. Despite growing weary of the process, I continued to wait. Recently, I received another offer that required me to call. I was informed that two of my debts had been sent to a law firm, and I was at risk of being summoned to court. Although they had reached a resolution with one creditor, I was asked to pay more than originally planned. Feeling frustrated, I reluctantly agreed to avoid court summons.Expressing my dissatisfaction with the handling of my case, I was assured that such situations were rare. However, I received yet another resolution offer yesterday, prompting me to call once again. The creditor had agreed to an offer, but I was now required to pay an additional $5000. When I expressed my financial constraints, I was offered the option to pay an extra $109 per month, which was beyond my means.Feeling deceived and unsure of my next steps, I am filing a complaint with the Better Business Bureau. I believe I have been misled by this company and feel lost in this situation. Beyond Finance has requested a response by November 21st to prevent a court summons, leaving me feeling overwhelmed and unsure of how to proceed.

      In the circumstance that an enrolled account moves into a legal status, we will ensure our focus is on resolving those items.  A part of this process involves presenting you with conditional offers that may require you add additional funds or increase your monthly payment.  You are not required to move forward with those options, but they may expedite the process of addressing the account.

      Good Morning,After many many months of trying to get them to settle the last account commenty bank (bought out by ************ they kept asking for acct # commenty closed everything once we signed on with beyonce.this is the bottom line there have been 2 accts that were not settled in 2 years because they needed a statement so i called *********** and was told a agreement was in place since Sept27,2024 for $1616.94.Granted i did all the work sent the statement from *********** for $3114.00 and showed them cap one setlled it for $1616.94 everytime you call you get the same answer give us 2 weeks.Again this is been going on for a year now i am demanding that they settle this acct NOW or send me my balance and i will settle it i am done waiting this is just not fair.Thank You ******* & **** ***** ************************************* ******************** ************

      I enrolled with Beyond Finance in August 2024 in hopes of working with creditors to settle my debts. Beyond Finance told me that their only fees would be 25% of the settled debt and that the fees would come out as a portion of each payment to my creditors. This has not been the case. As of November 2024 Beyond Finance has charged me $933.15 on a settled debt of $3164.00, but has only made $45 in payments towards that debt.

      I originally signed up with Beyond Finance with 2 credit cards. Beyond helped get a resolution to one debt but did not for the other. I resolved the issue for the 2nd debtor on my own but Beyond is still requiring the same payments even though my debt owed has decreased. I am at payment 20 of 36 payments of ****** a month. But I only have $1243.91 left on the debt owed.

      I have written and verbally advised the company of wanting to cancel services. I was advised when setting up that I could cancel at any time and no additional penalties for doing so was advised. I was harassed to take a call to complete cancellation even though advised it had to be in writing and when speaking to the agent, they advised I will owe THEM $2000 for the negotiated loan I was actively paying on with MY money. Completely unprofessional and insensitive to someone who is already in a financial strain trying to get back on track.

      I have been a customer of ********************** since ****** had a debt from ********** on my account.I began making large payments ($758) in February 2024 to pay off the program within the 2024 year.Beyond was unable to reach a negotiation with ********** and was unable to provide any updates when I asked in early 2024. I removed the Credit One account from ********************** on July 9th due to inactivity and needing to close out this program soon.I found out on November 1st, 2024 that I had been SUED by Credit One on JUNE 10th, ************************** Beyond's control!No one from Beyond had contacted me to let me know it was a possibility, no one told me I had been sued when I asked to remove the account, no one from ********************** is willing to take accountability for this!

      I do not accept this response because I had more than enough funds in my account to pay off the creditor. I asked several times from February 2024 to July 2024 to get this account resolved but never got any answer besides were working on it. I was willing to put even more in my account if needed but ********************** did not give that direction when I inquired on how to settle this account. 

      I am not satisfied that Beyond really cares about its customers.
